Claims (9)
- Dispositif obturateur (D) destiné à fermer une extrémité latérale (402, 404) d'un coffre-tunnel (400) pour volet roulant, ledit obturateur (D) étant constitué d'une joue (100, 100a) comprenant une arcade (112, 112a) disposée perpendiculairement à la joue (100, 100a), ladite joue (100) étant assemblée à un talon (300) pour former un dispositif obturateur (D) de construction monobloc, le dispositif obturateur (D) comportant des moyens prévus pour permettre l'ancrage de la joue (100, 100a) à la voûte (V) du coffre-tunnel (400), caractérisé en ce que ces moyens sont constitués d'un élément d'ancrage (200, 200a) destiné à être inséré dans l'arcade (112, 112a) de manière à lier mécaniquement la joue (100, 100a) avec la voûte (V) du coffre-tunnel (400), l'élément d'ancrage (200, 200a) comprenant un étrier (210, 210a) supportant au moins une cheville (220a, 220b; 222a).
- Dispositif obturateur (D) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une ouverture (128a, 128b) est réalisée perpendiculairement dans l'arcade (112) pour permettre respectivement le guidage d'une cheville (220a, 220b) de l'élément d'ancrage (200).
- Dispositif obturateur (D) selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la distance (T) séparant la cheville (220a) de la cheville (220b) est égale, au jeu près, à la distance (t) séparant chacune des ouvertures (128a, 128b).
- Dispositif obturateur (D) selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que chacune des ouvertures (128a, 128b) est décalée de la joue (100) d'une distance (d) supérieure ou égale à 15 mm.
- Dispositif obturateur (D) selon l'une des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'étrier (210) est renforcé par une cloison (212).
- Dispositif obturateur (D) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'étrier (210a) supportant la cheville (222a) de l'élément d'ancrage (200a) est pourvu de deux gorges de guidage (230a, 230b) prévues pour coulisser de manière guidée sur des glissières de guidage (113a, 113b) prolongeant perpendiculairement l'extrémité libre de l'arcade (112a).
- Dispositif obturateur (D) selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la distance (Ta) séparant les glissières de guidage (113a, 113b) est égale, au jeu près, à la distance (ta) séparant le fond de chacune des gorges de guidage (230a, 230b) de l'élément d'ancrage (200a).
- Dispositif obturateur (D) selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que la cheville (222a) est décalée de la joue (100a) d'une distance (d) supérieure ou égale à 15 mm après le montage de l'élément d'ancrage (200a) dans ladite joue (100a).
- Dispositif obturateur (D) selon l'une des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisé en ce que l'étrier (210a) est renforcé par une cloison (212a).
