Claims (26)

  1. Abgabekopf (1), der für die Betätigung eines Abgabeorgans (34), das auf einem Behälter (30) montiert ist, und für die Abgabe eines Produkts, das in dem Behälter enthalten ist, vorgesehen ist, wobei der Kopf umfasst:
    a) Befestigungsmittel (11) für die Befestigung des Kopfes auf dem Behälter;
    b) eine Abgabeleitung (14), die dafür geeignet ist, mit dem Produkt im Inneren des Behälters in Verbindung zu stehen, wobei die Leitung durch Formen aus einem einzigen Teil mit den Befestigungsmitteln erhalten wird, mit denen sie über deformierbare Verbindungsmittel (12) fest verbunden ist;
    c) eine Betätigungseinrichtung (20) für die Betätigung des Abgabeorgans, wobei die Betätigungseinrichtung mit einer Abgabeöffnung (51) ausgestattet ist und beweglich ist, bezogen auf die Leitung, zwischen einer ersten Position, in der das Produkt abgegeben werden kann, und einer zweiten Position, in der das Produkt nicht abgegeben werden kann und in der das Abgabeorgan nicht betätigt werden kann, wobei die Betätigungseinrichtung dafür geeignet ist, in der zweiten Position im Anschlag gegen einen Abschnitt (190b) zu sein, der fest mit der Befestigungseinrichtung verbunden ist, der die Verschiebung der Betätigungseinrichtung von der ersten in die zweite Position abstoppt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der ersten Position die Betätigungseinrichtung dafür geeignet ist, im Anschlag gegen einen Abschnitt zu sein, der fest mit der Befestigungseinrichtung verbunden ist.
  2. Abgabekopf nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er so konfiguriert ist, dass er die Betätigung des Abgabeorgans (34) nur zulässt, wenn die Betätigungseinrichtung (20) in der ersten Position ist.
  3. Abgabekopf nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er einen axialen Anschlag (160) umfasst, gegen den die Betätigungseinrichtung (20) geeignet ist, axial in Anschlag zu kommen mindestens wenn sie in der zweiten Position ist, um die Betätigung des Abgabeorgans (34) zu verhindern.
  4. Abgabekopf nach den Ansprüchen 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der axiale Anschlag (160) so konfiguriert ist, dass die Betätigungseinrichtung (20) dafür geeignet ist, axial gegen ihn zwischen der ersten und der zweiten Position in Anschlag zu kommen.

Abgabekopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abgabeöffnung (51) am Ende eines Kanals (24) geformt ist und die Leitung (14) in mindestens eine Öffnung (15a) mündet, die dafür geeignet ist, in der ersten Position dem Kanal (24) gegenüber angeordnet zu werden, und die dafür geeignet ist, in der zweiten Position verschlossen zu sein.
  6. Abgabekopf nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leitung (14) in eine einzige Öffnung (15a) mündet, die dafür geeignet ist, dem Kanal (24) gegenüber angeordnet zu werden.
  7. Abgabekopf nach einem der Ansprüche 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnung (15a) ein Schlitz ist, der sich parallel zu einer Längsachse X des Kopfes erstreckt.
  8. Abgabekopf nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kanal (24) eine Länge hat, die größer als der Durchmesser der Abgabeöffnung ist.

  11. Abgabekopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsmittel (12) eine Verschiebung der Leitung (14) als Reaktion auf die Betätigung der Betätigungseinrichtung (20) zulassen.
  12. Abgabekopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsmittel (12) aus einer Wand quer zu einer Längsachse X des Kopfes, insbesondere einer gewellten Wand, bestehen.
  13. Abgabekopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leitung (14) ein erstes Ende (14a) umfasst, das dafür geeignet ist, mit dem Abgabeorgan (34) zusammenzuwirken.
  14. Abgabekopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leitung ein zweites Ende (14b) umfasst, auf das die Betätigungseinrichtung (20) aufgepresst ist.
  15. Abgabekopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leitung (14) entlang einer Längsachse X des Kopfes ausgebildet ist.
  16. Abgabekopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Spitze (26) so im Inneren der Leitung (14) angeordnet ist, dass ein ringförmiger Durchlass für das Produkt in mindestens einem Teil der Leitung definiert wird.
  17. Abgabekopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Betätigungseinrichtung (20) in einer Drehbewegung um eine Längsachse X des Kopfes zwischen der ersten und der zweiten Position beweglich ist.
  18. Abgabekopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er akustische Nachweismittel (281, 191a; 191b) umfasst, die das Positionieren in der ersten Position oder in der zweiten Position anzeigt.
  19. Abgabekopf nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die akustischen Nachweismittel aus dem Zusammenwirken eines ersten Reliefs (281), das auf der Betätigungseinrichtung (20) geformt ist, und eines zweiten Reliefs (191a; 191b) gebildet sind, wobei das erste Relief dafür geeignet ist, bei der Verschiebung der Betätigungseinrichtung, bezogen auf die Leitung, mit dem zweiten Relief in Kontakt zu kommen und dieses zu überwinden, indem es elastisch verformt wird, wodurch ein akustisches Signal erzeugt wird.
  20. Abgabekopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er visuelle Nachweismittel (F; M) für den Nachweis der ersten Position und der zweiten Position umfasst.
  21. Abgabekopf nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abgabeöffnung (51) durch eine aufgesteckte Düse (50) definiert ist.
  22. Einheit für die Verpackung und die Abgabe eines Produkts, die umfasst.
    - einen Behälter (30), der das Produkt enthält und der mit einem Abgabeorgan (34) ausgerüstet ist, das über dem Behälter angeordnet ist; und
    - einen Abgabekopf (1) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, der dafür vorgesehen ist, das Abgabeorgan zu aktivieren, um das Produkt zu verteilen.
  23. Einheit nach Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter (30) unter Druck steht und dass das Abgabeorgan (34) ein Ventil ist.
  24. Einheit nach Anspruch 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leitung (14) auf einen Ventilstift (35) des Ventils (34) aufgepresst ist.
  25. Verwendung einer Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 22 bis 24 für die Verpackung und die Abgabe eines kosmetischen Produkts oder eines Pflegeprodukts.
  26. Verwendung nach Anspruch 25, in der das kosmetische Produkt oder das Pflegeprodukt ein desodorierendes Produkt ist.
