Claims (22)

  1. Betätigungsorgan für ein Ventil (13), das dazu bestimmt ist, in einen Ventilkörpers (11) eingebaut zu werden, wobei dieses Betätigungsorgan Öffnungs- und Schließmittel (15, 115), die in der Lage sind, derart mit einem Verschlußorgan (31) des Ventils zusammenzuwirken, daß in einer ersten Stellung das Innere des Ventilkörpers (11) mit der Außenumgebung in Verbindung gesetzt und in einer zweiten Stellung jede Verbindung zwischen dem Inneren des Ventilkörpers und der Außenumgebung verhindert wird, und ein Befestigungselement (60) aufweist, das in der Lage ist, das Verschlußorgan (31) des Ventils im Inneren des Ventilkörpers in Stellung zu halten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Befestigungselement mit den Öffnungsund Schließmitteln (15, 115) über mindestens einen zertrennbaren Abschnitt (70) verbunden ist, der beim Einsetzen des Betätigungsorgans (13) in den Ventilkörper zerbrechen kann, um es dem Befestigungselement zu ermöglichen, mit dem Verschlußorgan in Eingriff zu gelangen und es innerhalb des Ventilkörpers in Stellung zu halten.
  2. Betätigungsorgan nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Öffnungs- und Schließelement vom Einstecktyp ist und aus einer Stange (15) besteht, die einen axialen Kanal (45) aufweist, der eine Eingangsöffnung und eine Ausgangsöffnung besitzt.
  3. Betätigungsorgan nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Öffnungs- und Schließelement vom Aufnahmetyp ist und aus einem Becher (115) besteht, der ein Einsteckorgan eines Betätigungselements (43) eines Ventils (42) aufnehmen kann.
  4. Betätigungsorgan nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Befestigungselement aus einem ringförmigen Element (60) besteht, wobei das Öffnungs- und Schließelement (15, 115) in der Längsachse des ringförmigen Elements (60) angeordnet und mit diesem ringförmigen Element über mehrere zertrennbare Abschnitte (70) verbunden ist, die radial ganz um das Öffnungs- und Schließelement herum angeordnet sind.
  5. Ventil (13) zur Ausgabe eines fluiden Produkts (P) unter Druck, mit einem Ventilkörper (11), in den innen ein Betätigungsorgan (15, 115) montiert ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Betätigungsorgan gleich einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 ausgebildet ist, wobei die Öffnungs- und Schließmittel in Abwesenheit einer Betätigungssteuerung durch im Inneren des Ventilkörpers angeordnete, elastische Rückholmittel (27) in die zweite Stellung beaufschlagt werden.
  6. Einheit (1, 201) zur Verpackung und zur Ausgabe eines fluiden Produkts (P) unter Druck, die einen mit einem Ventil (13) ausgestatteten Behälter (6) aufweist, wobei über dem Ventil ein Betätigungsmittel (21) sitzt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ventil gemäß Anspruch 5 ausgebildet ist.
  7. Einheit (1, 201) zur Verpackung und Ausgabe eines fluiden Produkts (P) unter Druck, die einen Fluid-Druckbehälter (6) aufweist, auf den ein Ausgabeventil (4) und ein Einlaßventil (13) montiert sind, wobei das Einlaßventil (13) entgegengesetzt zum Ausgabeventil (4) und mit diesem letzteren fluchtend ausgerichtet ist, wobei Betätigungs- und Ausgabemittel (21) mindestens einem der Ausgabe- oder Einlaßventile zugeordnet sind, wobei jedes der Ventile ein Betätigungsorgan aufweist, das Mittel (20, 24, 26, 15, 30, 35, 115) besitzt, um als Reaktion auf eine Steuerung selektiv das Öffnen und Schließen der Ventile (4, 13) zu ermöglichen, wobei elastische Rückholmittel (27) vorgesehen sind, um in Abwesenheit einer Steuerung die Öffnungsund Schließmittel (20, 24, 26, 15, 30, 35, 115) in die geschlossene Stellung zu beaufschlagen, wobei die Ausgabe- und Einlaßventile (4, 13) im Inneren des gleichen Körpers (11) angeordnet sind, der mit dem Behälter (6) in Verbindung steht, und von den gleichen elastischen Rückholmitteln (27) in die geschlossene Stellung beaufschlagt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Betätigungsorgan mindestens eines der Ventile gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4 ausgebildet ist.
  8. Einheit nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnungs- und Schließmittel des Ausgabeventils (4) eine vorstehende Ventilstange (20) von der Art mit seitlichem Kippen oder Eindrücken aufweisen.
  9. Einheit nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnungs- und Schließmittel des Ausgabeventils und/oder des Einlaßventils (4, 13) ein Aufnahmeorgan (115) aufweisen, das in lösbarer Weise eine Steuerstange (43) aufnehmen kann.
  10. Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie einen Druckknopf (21) aufweist, der auf das Ausgabeventil (4) zu seiner Betätigung und zur Ausgabe des Produkts aufgesetzt wird, wobei das Einlaßventil (13) zum Füllen oder Nachfüllen des Behälters (6) vorgesehen ist.
  11. Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie einen Körper (2) und einen Boden (8) aufweist, wobei der Körper (2) eine Ventilträgerschale für das Ausgabeventil (4) bildet, während der Boden (8) eine Ventilträgerschale für das Einlaßventil (13) bildet, wobei der Körper (2) der Einheit (1) mit dem Boden (8) zusammenwirkt, um einerseits den Behälter (6) für unter Druck stehendes Produkt und andererseits den Ventilkörper (11) für die Ventile zu bilden.
  12. Einheit nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ausgabeventil (4) eine Ausgabe-Ventilstange (20) aufweist, von der ein erstes Ende (26) innerhalb des Ventilkörpers (11) mündet, während ein zweites Ende (28) außerhalb des Ventilkörpers mündet, wobei das Einlaßventil (13) eine Einlaß-Ventilstange (15) aufweist, von der ein erstes Ende (30) innerhalb des Ventilkörpers (11) im wesentlichen vor dem ersten Ende (26) der Ausgabe-Ventilstange (20) mündet, während ein zweites Ende (29) außerhalb des Ventilkörpers (11) mündet, wobei die elastischen Rückholmittel (27) aus einer Feder bestehen, die zwischen den ersten Enden (26, 30) der Ventilstangen aufliegt.
  13. Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Körper (2) durch Schweißen, Einrasten, Schrauben oder Kleben dicht am Boden (8) befestigt wird.
  14. Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Körper (2) aufweist: eine erste Querwand (3), die eine Ventilträgerschale für das Ausgabeventil (4) bildet, eine erste seitliche Schürze (5), die einen Außenumfang des Behälters (6) abgrenzt, und einen ersten zentralen Schacht (7) mit gegebenem Innendurchmesser, der einen Innenumfang des Behälters (6) abgrenzt, während der Boden (8) aufweist: eine zweite Querwand (9), die eine Ventilträgerschale für das Einlaßventil (13) bildet, eine zweite seitliche Schürze (9b), die mit der ersten zur Befestigung des Bodens (8) am Körper (2) zusammenwirkt, und einen zweiten zentralen Schacht (10), der einen Ventilkörper (11) bildet, wobei die zweite Querwand (9) auch einen Boden (12) für den Ventilkörper bildet, wobei der zweite zentrale Schacht (10) einen Außendurchmesser aufweist, der geringfügig kleiner ist als der Innendurchmesser des ersten zentralen Schachts (7), wobei Mittel (16, 17, 18, 19) vorgesehen sind, um die Verbindung zwischen dem Behälter (6) und dem Ventilkörper (11) zu ermöglichen.
  15. Einheit nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Ende (30) der Einlaß-Ventilstange (15) einen im wesentlichen ebenen Abschnitt aufweist, von dem eine Fläche sich vor dem Boden (12) befindet, wobei das Einlaßventil (13) durch elastische Auflage zwischen einem auf der Fläche ausgebildeten Dichtring (33) und einer von der Einlaß-Ventilstange (15) durchquerten, am Boden (12) des Ventilkörpers angeordneten Dichtung (31) in der geschlossenen Stellung gehalten wird, wobei die Dichtung (31) einerseits mit den Innenwänden des zweiten zentralen Schachts (10) und andererseits mit der zweiten Ventilstange (15) in engem Kontakt steht.
  16. Einheit nach Anspruch 14 oder 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Querwand (3) des Körpers außerhalb der Einheit (1, 201) eine Ringkehle (22) zwischen der ersten seitlichen Schürze (5) und dem ersten zentralen Schacht (7) aufweist, um einen freien Rand (53) der Ausgabemittel (21) aufzunehmen.
  17. Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste und der zweite zentrale Schacht (7, 10) die gleiche Höhe aufweisen, wobei der erste zentrale Schacht einen freien Rand aufweist, der an die Querwand (9) des Bodens (8) geschweißt ist.
  18. Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Boden (8) einen Rücksprung (14) aufweist, in den die Einlaß-Ventilstange (15) vorsteht, wobei der Rücksprung eine Höhe entlang der Längsachse X der Einheit hat, die größer ist als die Höhe des vorstehenden Teils (29) dieser Ventilstange (15).
  19. Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Boden (8) zwischen der zweiten seitlichen Schürze (9a) und dem zweiten zentralen Schacht (10) ein abgerundetes Ringprofil aufweist, dessen konkave Seite (46) zur Innenseite des Behälters (6) weist.
  20. Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 11 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Ende (26) der Ausgabe-Ventilstange (20) einen axialen Anschlag (37) bildet, um die Bewegung der Einlaß-Ventilstange (15) bei der Öffnung des Einlaßventils (13) zum Füllen oder Nachfüllen des Behälters zu begrenzen.
  21. Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 12 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ende (29) der Einlaß-Ventilstange (15), das zur Außenseite der Einheit (1, 201) mündet, eine Form aufweist, die angepaßt ist, um mit einem freien Ende einer Ventilstange (43) eines unter Druck stehenden Hilfsbehälters (41) zusammenzuwirken, um die Einheit zu füllen oder nachzufüllen.
  22. Einheit nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Produkt mittels eines Organs aus wabenförmigem Material mit geschlossenen Zellen (M), mittels eines mit dem Produkt vermischten, verflüssigbaren Gases, mittels eines nicht verflüssigbaren Gases oder mittels eines Druckgases unter Druck gesetzt wird, das vom Produkt durch ein geschmeidiges oder steifes Element von der Art Kolben, Tasche getrennt ist.
