  • a dispenser of this kind is described in document US-A-5,388,730.
  • document describes a dispenser comprising a push button provided with an orifice distributor and a fixing band, this distributor being equipped with a system to selectively position the push button relative to the hoop, in a first position in which the push button can be activated, or in a second position preventing any axial movement of the push button.
  • This fact that the push button can be disabled eliminates the need to use a Protective hood prohibiting.
  • a selective push button blocking system similar to the one that comes to be cited, is also described in documents US-A-4 324 351 and US-A-3 848,778.
  • US Patent 5,027,982 describes a dispensing head which includes a push button fixed on a tank on which is fixed a cover. To pass from a dispensing position to a position in which the dispensing orifice provided on the push button and the actuation area of the push button are hidden by the cover, the cover is moved in rotation relative to the pushbutton.
  • each of the aforementioned distributors has, on the accessible part by the user of the hoop, unsightly notches, able to cooperate with a radial extension of the push button, also unsightly. Because of this arrangement, when handling the push button, the user risks wedge your fingers between the indented part of the hoop and the extension of the push button. This is valid, both for the angular manipulation of the system blocking / actuation, only for axial actuation of the valve.
  • the dispenser according to US-A-3 848 778 requires the use of two hands the user to position the push button in the actuation position, this which is an undesirable gesture from an ergonomic point of view.
  • Yet another object of the invention consists in providing a dispensing head, suitable for operation, either with a push-in valve or with a lateral tilting.
  • Another object of the invention consists of a dispensing head, allowing actuate the push button on a large actuation surface.

  • a means of indication for the user indicating whether the push button is in the actuation position or in the locked position.
  • by masking the dispensing orifice we reduces the risk of it clogging between two uses.
  • This dispensing head is characterized in that the push button and the hoop are configured so that the push button cannot be mounted and removed than through said open end of the hoop.
  • the fret is mounted on the product tank, non-removable.
  • the fret and the push button are separate parts. However, it is possible that before mounting, they are linked to each other, for example by bridges of material, breakable at the time of mounting on said tank.
  • a hood of protection is generally provided with this kind of devices, to avoid, in particular, that the push button does not come off accidentally, particular during transport, and will not be lost as a result. It is also used for prevent inadvertent triggering of the dispensing valve. So thanks to the possibility of axially locking the push button, so it is not necessary to use such a protective cover in order to prohibit accidental actuation of the dispenser, for example during transport.
  • the main object of the present invention is to improve the ease of mounting the distributors listed above, and to ensure reliable operation and ergonomic of such a dispensing head.
  • the present invention relates to a dispenser that can be put commercially without needing to be fitted with a protective cover.
  • This distributor must present, in particular, no risk of accidental loss of the push button, and above all, be without risk of involuntary triggering of distribution of the product, during transport. In fact, under these conditions, it is possible to store and transport such a dispenser without using a special packaging, intended to prevent untimely actuation of the push button, which is advantageous from an economic point of view.
  • the dispensing head must be able to be pre-assembled, so that it can be mounted on the valve fitted to the tank of product, via a single assembly step.
  • Yet another object of the invention consists of a dispensing head, comprising positioning means, for selectively positioning the push button in the operating position or in the locking position, and which can be operated with one hand, and in particular with the hand which holds the distributor.

  • the dispensing head is able to operate with a lateral tilting valve, the articulation axis being, also, substantially perpendicular to the axis passing through the outlet orifice of the product. Note, however, that the configuration of this joint is such that it also allows actuation of a push-in valve.
  • anchoring means are provided to facilitate tilting of the push button around said articulation axis, each anchoring element carried by the push button cooperating with an anchoring element complementary located on the internal wall of the hoop.
  • These anchoring means comprise, for example, two tabs integral with the inner wall of your hoop, extending radially inward, and capable of position, in the actuation position, in a corresponding notch practiced in a free edge of the push button, and abutting against said free edge, in locking position. It is understood that a reverse arrangement can be considered.
  • the passage from the position actuation in the locking position is done by rotation of the push button relative to the hoop around the axis of the push button.
  • This passage from position to the other is performed by the user using said means of positioning, formed for example, by a lug arranged on the push button, especially on the actuating surface.
  • this lug extends over at least a peripheral portion of the surface actuation, and preferably near the dispensing orifice.
  • this orifice distribution is located next to a light in a side wall fret.
  • said orifice being positioned behind the wall side of the hoop, thanks to an angular positioning offset from the positioning in actuation mode. So when the user sees appear the outlet in the center of said light, he knows that the push button is in actuation position. Otherwise, when the dispensing orifice is not visible, the push button is in the locked position. Furthermore, in this blocking position, the dispensing orifice is protected from dust.
  • first return means elastic may be provided to generate, upon actuation of the push button, a restoring force, opposite to the direction of the pressing force exerted by the user on the actuation surface, said first return means elastic being distinct from second means for returning said valve.
