    b) a dispensing duct (14) able to communicate with the product inside the container, the duct being moulded in one piece with the fastening means with which it is integral via deformable connecting means (12);
    c) means (20) for actuating the dispensing member, the actuating means being provided with a dispensing orifice (51) and being able to move with respect to the duct between a first position in which the product can be dispensed and a second position in which the product cannot be dispensed and in which the dispensing member cannot be actuated, the actuating means being able to abut, in the second position, an integral portion (190b) of said fastening means which stops the actuating means moving from the first position to the second position, characterized in that, in the first position, said actuating means are able to abut an integral portion of the fastening means.
  2. Dispensing head according to Claim 1, characterized in that it is configured such that the dispensing member (34) can only be actuated when the actuating means (20) are in the first position.
  3. Dispensing head according to Claim 1 or 2, characterized in that it comprises an axial stop (160) against which the actuating means (20) are able to bear axially at least when they are in the second position so as to prevent the actuation of the dispensing member (34).
  4. Dispensing head according to Claims 2 and 3, characterized in that the axial stop (160) is configured such that the actuating means (20) are able to bear axially against it between the first position and the second position.
  5. Dispensing head according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the dispensing orifice (51) is formed at the end of a channel (24) and the duct (14) opens onto at least one opening (154) able to be positioned facing the channel (24) in the first position and able to be closed off in the second position.
  6. Dispensing head according to Claim 5, characterized in that the duct (14) opens onto a single opening (15a) able to be positioned facing the channel (24).
  7. Dispensing head according to either of Claims 5 and 6, characterized in that the opening (15a) is a slot extending parallel to a longitudinal axis X of the head.
  8. Dispensing head according to any one of Claims 5 to 7, characterized in that the length of the channel (24) is greater than the diameter of the dispensing orifice.
  9. Dispensing head according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the fastening means (11) are fixed axially on the container (30).
  10. Dispensing head according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the connecting means (12) are elastically deformable.
  11. Dispensing head according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the connecting means (12) enable the duct (14) to move as a result of the actuating means (20) being actuated.
  12. Dispensing head according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the connecting means (12) consist of a wall transverse to a longitudinal axis X of the head, in particular an undulating wall.
  13. Dispensing head according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the duct (14) has a first end (14a) able to engage with the dispensing member (34).
  14. Dispensing head according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the duct has a second end (14b) on which the actuating means (20) are fitted.
  15. Dispensing head according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the duct (14) is formed along a longitudinal axis X of the head.
  16. Dispensing head according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a spike (26) is located inside the duct (14) so as to define an annular passage for the product in at least part of the duct.
  17. Dispensing head according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the actuating means (20) are able to rotate about a longitudinal axis X of the head between the first and second positions.
  18. Dispensing head according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises audible identification means (281, 191a; 191b) for signalling positioning in one or the other of the first and second positions.
  19. Dispensing head according to Claim 18, characterized in that the audible identification means consist of engagement of a first relief (281) formed on the actuating means (20) with a second relief (191a; 191b), the first relief, while the actuating means are moved with respect to the duct, being able to come into contact with the second relief and to pass over the latter, deforming it elastically so as to produce an audible signal.
  20. Dispensing head according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises visual identification means (F; M) for identifying the first and second positions.
  21. Dispensing head according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the dispensing orifice (51) is defined by an attached nozzle (50).
  22. Assembly for packaging and dispensing a product, comprising:
    - a container (30) containing the product and equipped with a dispensing member (34) surmounting the container; and
    - a dispensing head (1) according to any one of the preceding claims and designed to actuate the dispensing member in order to dispense the product.
  23. Assembly according to Claim 22, characterized in that the container (30) is pressurized and in that the dispensing member (34) is a valve.
  24. Assembly according to Claim 23, characterized in that the duct (14) is fitted on a valve stem (35) of the valve (34).
  25. Use of an assembly according to any one of Claims 22 to 24 for packaging and dispensing a cosmetic or care product.
  26. Use according to Claim 25, in which said cosmetic or care product is a deodorant.
