Abstract
La présente invention concerne un dispositif pour monter, régler et contrôler des automobiles. Dans le domaine automobile, on utilise des chaînes de montage le long desquelles des composants sont transportés vers une automobile à construire, sont montés et, au besoin, usinés. Cet usinage est effectué par des hommes ou par des robots. L'avance continue de l'automobile à construire sur des roues s'effectue à la fin des lignes de montage au moyen de transporteurs à tablier présentant un système d'entraînement à chaîne, à câble ou à courroie. Ces transporteurs à tablier peuvent être encastrés dans le sol et entraînent les roues gauches, les roues droites ou toutes les roues de l'automobile. Lorsque l'on utilise un seul transporteur à tablier, l'automobile roule alors sur les deux autres roues. L'objectif de la présente invention est de mettre au point un dispositif pour monter des automobiles qui peut être installé dans un bâtiment plan, à n'importe quel endroit, sans effectuer de modifications au plafond ou au sol et qui peut être transporté. A cette fin, le dispositif est composé de composants individuels modulaires transportables, qui peuvent être reliés les uns aux autres et qui peuvent être installés sur des surfaces planes, sans creux ni charge sur le plancher, ledit dispositif comprenant les dispositifs de transport et de montage pour les automobiles à monter.
