Claims (13)
1. Устройство для сборки, регулировки и испытания автомобилей, отличающееся тем, что оно выполнено с возможностью сборки из транспортабельных, соединяемых между собой отдельных модулей, которые предназначены для установки на ровной поверхности без выемок или потолочной нагрузки, причем устройство содержит транспортно-сборочные устройства для собираемых автомобилей.
2. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что содержит средства для соединения выполненных в отдельных модулях питающих линий.
3. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что транспортное устройство выполнено в виде устройства для транспортировки автомобилей в висячем положении.
4. Устройство по п.1 или 2, отличающееся тем, что оно содержит участок окончательной сборки.
5. Устройство по п.3, отличающееся тем, что оно содержит испытательный стенд, причем автомобиль расположен на испытательном стенде в висячем положении, а колеса автомобиля выполнены с возможностью приведения во вращение или затормаживания посредством воздействующих сбоку на колеса, снабженных электроприводом элементов стенда для испытания на качение, торможение и АБС.
6. Устройство по п.5, отличающееся тем, что элементы с электроприводом выполнены с возможностью воздействия на шины.
7. Устройство по п.5, отличающееся тем, что элементы с электроприводом выполнены с возможностью воздействия на ободы.
8 Устройство по п.5, отличающееся тем, что элементы с электроприводом выполнены с возможностью воздействия на ступицы колес.
9. Устройство по п.4, отличающееся тем, что оно снабжено средствами для автоматического осуществления процессов ускорения и торможения.
10. Устройство по п.4, отличающееся тем, что оно снабжено средствами для автоматического осуществления других функциональных испытаний.
11. Устройство по п.1, отличающееся тем, что оно снабжено средствами для транспортировки готовых автомобилей в висячем положении из сборочного цеха.
12. Устройство по п.10, отличающееся тем, что оно снабжено ответвлением к соседнему рабочему участку.
13. Транспортируемый отдельный модуль для сооружения устройства по любому из пп.1-11.
