Claims (12)

  1. Dispositif d'enroulement pour une bande laminée, comprenant au moins un rouleau en auge (1) susceptible d'être entraîné pour la mise en rotation d'une bobine (2) lors de l'enroulement ou du déroulement d'une bande laminée, et comprenant une voie à rouleaux agencée en amont ou en aval du dispositif d'enroulement,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le rouleau en auge (1) est réalisé avec au moins une bague enveloppe (4) élastiquement déformable.
  2. Dispositif d'enroulement selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que la surface de travail (3) du rouleau en auge (1) est réalisée avec une rangée de bagues enveloppes (4) qui se suivent les unes les autres, lesquelles sont soutenues au moyen de corps de soutien (6) chargés depuis l'intérieur par des ressorts contre les bagues enveloppes (4) en entourant un noyau (5) du rouleau en auge (1) avec une différence de diamètre, et d'une manière aussi régulière que lesdites bagues attaquent les surfaces de contact (7) des rouleaux en auge (1) avec la bobine (2) sous une pression d'appui régulière sur la totalité de l'extension longitudinale (L) de celle-ci.
  3. Dispositif d'enroulement selon la revendication 2,
    caractérisé en ce que les corps de soutien (6) sont réalisés de façon bombée au niveau de la surface de contact en adaptation au cercle intérieur des bagues enveloppes (4).
  4. Dispositif d'enroulement selon la revendication 2 ou 3,
    caractérisé en ce que chaque corps de soutien (6) est doublé par l'arrière au moyen d'un empilement de rondelles-ressorts (8) avec une force de précontrainte prédéterminée.
  5. Dispositif d'enroulement selon l'une des revendications 2 à 4,
    caractérisé en ce que les corps de soutien (6) sont enfoncés dans les bagues enveloppes (4) avec une force élastique prédéterminée.
  6. Dispositif d'enroulement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5,
    caractérisé en ce que les bagues enveloppes (4) ont un diamètre extérieur qui augmente vers le milieu pour la compensation d'une flexion du rouleau en auge (1) due à la charge, d'une manière prévisible ou calculable selon des valeurs d'expérience.
  7. Dispositif d'enroulement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6,
    caractérisé en ce que des bagues enveloppes (4) qui se suivent les unes les autres sont pourvues d'un chanfrein oblique vers les bagues enveloppes (4) voisines.
  8. Dispositif d'enroulement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7,

  9. Dispositif d'enroulement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8,
    caractérisé en ce que deux rouleaux en auge (1, 1'), susceptibles d'être agencés à une distance prédéterminée parallèlement à l'axe, coopèrent ensemble pour encaisser la charge d'une bobine (2).
  10. Dispositif d'enroulement selon la revendication 9,
    caractérisé en ce que l'un au moins desdits rouleaux en auge (1) possède un entraînement en rotation.
  11. Dispositif d'enroulement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10,
    caractérisé en ce que le rouleau en auge (1) comprend :
    -- un arbre central massif (5),
    -- une bague centrale (11) sur l'arbre (5) pour recevoir des corps de soutien (6) chargés par des ressorts, et
    -- des bagues enveloppes (4) avec une bague de roulement extérieure (12) pour l'encaissement des charges.
  12. Dispositif d'enroulement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11,
    caractérisé en ce que lors du roulement sur une bobine (2), des surfaces de contact, en particulier concaves, qui se forment, s'adaptent automatiquement à la périphérie, habituellement bombée, de la bobine (2) au moyen des bagues enveloppes (4) capables de s'effacer élastiquement à la manière de ressorts.
