Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum Herstellen von Betonsteinen, bei dem mittels eines Füllwagens (4) Betonmörtel (14) über ein Formwerkzeug (7) verfahren und das Formwerkzeug (7) mit Betonmörtel (14) aus dem Füllwagen (4) aufgefüllt wird, wonach der Füllwagen (4) zurückgefahren und der im Formwerkzeug (7) befindliche Betonmörtel (14) zunächst mittels eines von oben in Richtung auf das Formwerkzeug (7) verfahrbaren Stempels (13) und anschließend durch Vibration verdichtet wird, wobei der Stempel (13) über zwei in Verfahrrichtung des Füllwagens (4) hintereinander befindliche, synchronisierte Motoren (15) verfahren wird und die hiervon ausgeübten Drehmomente gemessen werden, wobei der Befüllvorgang des Formwerkzeugs (7) entsprechend der Abweichung von aus der Differenz der gemessenen Drehmomente abgeleiteten Istwerten zu vorbestimmten Sollwerten korrigiert wird.
