Description

"Chemise de classement à au moins deux rabats pour documents" .
La présente invention concerne une chemise de classement à au moins deux rabats pour documents.
On connaît une telle chemise comprenant une couverture formée de deux feuillets antérieur et postérieur assemblés l'un à l'autre par une reliure généralement constituée par une zone de pliage, le feuillet postérieur comportant au moins deux rabats situés respectivement le long de l'un des bords inférieur ou supérieur et de son bord droit ou latéral. Les rabats sont rabattables vers l'intérieur du feuillet postérieur pour ranger les documents se trouvant dans la chemise.
L'inconvénient d'une telle chemise est que les documents généralement sous forme de feuilles de papier sont souvent classés de façon désordonnée et certains de ces documents peuvent être égarés lors de leur manipulation.
La présente invention a pour but d'éliminer l'inconvénient ci-dessus des chemises de classement connues en proposant une chemise de classement à au moins deux rabats pour documents, comprenant une couverture formée de deux feuillets antérieur et postérieur assemblés l'un à l'autre par une reliure, l'un des feuillets comportant un rabat le long d'au moins l'un de ses bords inférieur et supérieur et un autre rabat le long de son bord latéral, rabattables vers l'intérieur du feuillet pour ranger les documents se trouvant dans la chemise, et qui est caractérisée en ce que les documents sont constitués par des pages de cahier reliées de façon imperdable à la reliure des deux feuillets pour permettre le rangement des pages par rabattement de celles-ci successivement les unes au-dessus des autres sur le feuillet et sous les rabats rabattus vers ce feuillet. De préférence, le feuillet comportant les rabats est le feuillet postérieur.
Avantageusement, la reliure est du type à spirales permettant aux pages de cahier d'être rangées à plat sur le feuillet à rabats.
La chemise peut être fermée par au moins un moyen de fermeture constitué par un élastique fixé au feuillet antérieur ou postérieur par des rivets ou analogues en coulissant relativement à celui-ci par des œillets et pouvant se rabattre sur au moins l'un des deux coins du feuillet opposé ou d'un seul tenant sur ce feuillet parallèlement à la reliure.
Le feuillet antérieur ou postérieur comporte trois rabats le long respectivement des bords inférieur et supérieur et du bord latéral du feuillet.
L'invention sera mieux comprise, et d'autres buts, caractéristiques, détails et avantages de celle-ci apparaîtront plus clairement dans la description explicative qui va suivre faite en référence aux dessins annexés donnés uniquement à titre d'exemple illustrant un mode de réalisation de l'invention et dans lesquels :
- la figure 1 est une vue en perspective d'une chemise de classement de l'invention en position d ' ouverture ; - la figure 2 est une vue en perspective de la chemise de la figure 1 à une autre position d'ouverture ; la figure 3 est une vue en perspective représentant la chemise fermée.
En se reportant aux figures, la chemise de classement comprend une couverture formée d'un feuillet antérieur et d'un feuillet postérieur 2 relié au feuillet antérieur 1 par une reliure 3.
Le feuillet postérieur 2 comporte trois rabats 4,
5, 6 respectivement le long de ses bords supérieur, inférieur et droit ou latéral et pouvant être rabattus vers l'intérieur du feuillet 2 de façon à recevoir et ranger les documents 7 dans le logement défini par le feuillet 2 et ses rabats 4 à 6.
La chemise peut être fermée par un moyen de fermeture constitué dans le cas présent par une bande d'élastique 8 montée coulissante sur la face dorsale du feuillet postérieur 2 par deux œillets 9 et fixée à ses extrémités au feuillet postérieur 2 par deux rivets 10 ou tout autre moyen de blocage ou de fixation de façon à fermer le feuillet antérieur 1 en position rabattue sur les rabats 4 à 6 en engageant l'élastique sur les deux coins de la chemise sur le feuillet antérieur. Ainsi, pour des élastiques se rabattant parallèlement au rabat 6, le blocage s'effectuera par un ergot métallique anti- retour, connu en soi. Bien entendu, la bande élastique de fermeture 8 peut être fixée et montée coulissante de la même manière au feuillet antérieur 1 pour fermer la chemise en rabattant la bande élastique sur les coins opposés la face dorsale du feuillet 2. La bande élastique peut également être fixée à l'un ou l'autre des feuillets 1, 2 pour fermer la chemise en rabattant la bande sur le feuillet correspondant suivant une direction sensiblement parallèle à la reliure.
Selon l'invention, les documents 7 sont constitués par des pages de cahier reliées de façon imperdable à la reliure 3 des deux feuillets 1, 2 pour permettre le rangement des pages 7 par rabattement de celles-ci successivement les unes au-dessus des autres dans le logement défini par le feuillet 2 et les rabats 4 à 6 rabattus au-dessus de celui-ci. De préférence, la reliure est formée par des spirales assemblant ensemble les feuillets 1, 2 et les documents 7 au travers de perforations correspondantes de façon que chaque feuille de cahier 7 puisse être rangée dans la chemise en étant parfaitement à plat sur le feuillet 2. Par spirales, il ne s'agit pas forcément d'un simple fil en spirale, mais également d'un double fil dans chaque perforation des feuilles. Ainsi, l'utilisateur peut ranger de façon ordonnée et sans les égarer les différentes feuilles de cahier 7 dans la chemise. En outre, il lui est possible de diviser en deux parties les documents 7 en rangeant ceux d'une première partie dans le logement entre feuillet 2 et rabats 4 à 6 et disposant la partie supérieure des documents restants au-dessus des rabats 4 à 6 et fermant ensuite la chemise, constituant en quelque sorte une indexation. Ceci peut être utile pour permettre à un utilisateur de reprendre ultérieurement un travail à l'endroit où il avait été laissé.
Les feuillets 1, 2 et les rabats 4 à 6 peuvent être réalisés en tout matériau approprié, tel que papier cartonné, matière plastique translucide ou non et de toute couleur appropriée.
En outre, les rabats 4 à 6, au lieu de faire partie du feuillet postérieur 2, peuvent être formés respectivement le long des bords supérieur et inférieur et du bord droit ou latéral du feuillet antérieur 1 sans sortir du cadre de la présente invention.
La chemise peut comporter seulement deux rabats, un rabat présent le long du bord inférieur du feuillet antérieur 1 ou du feuillet postérieur 2 et un rabat le long du bord latéral de ce feuillet. Avantageusement, il est possible de loger dans la couverture à rabats des documents libres, c'est-à-dire non liés à la reliure, et des accessoires tels que des stylos, une calculatrice ou autres .

Claims

REVENDICATIONS
1. Chemise de classement à au moins deux rabats (4, 5, 6) pour documents, comprenant une couverture formée de deux feuillets antérieur (1) et postérieur (2) assemblés l'un à l'autre par une reliure (3), l'un (2) des feuillets comportant un rabat (4 ; 5) le long d'au moins l'un de ses bords inférieur et supérieur et un autre rabat (6) le long de son bord latéral, rabattables vers l'intérieur du feuillet (2) pour ranger les documents (7) se trouvant dans la chemise, caractérisée en ce que les documents sont constitués par des pages de cahier (7) reliées de façon imperdable à la reliure (3) des deux feuillets (1,2) pour permettre le rangement des pages (7) par rabattement de celles-ci successivement les unes au- dessus des autres sur le feuillet (2) et sous les rabats (4, 5, 6) rabattus vers ce feuillet.
2. Chemise de classement selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le feuillet (2) comportant les rabats (4, 5, 6) est le feuillet postérieur.
3. Chemise de classement selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la reliure (3) est du type à spirales permettant aux pages de cahier (7) d'être rangées à plat sur le feuillet (2) à rabats (4, 5, 6) .
4. Chemise de classement selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle peut être fermée par au moins un moyen de fermeture constitué par un élastique (8) fixé au feuillet antérieur
(1) ou postérieur (2) par des rivets (10) ou analogues en coulissant relativement à celui-ci par des œillets (9) , et pouvant se rabattre sur au moins l'un des deux coins du feuillet opposé (1) ou d'un seul tenant sur ce feuillet parallèlement à la reliure (3) .
5. Chemise de classement selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le feuillet antérieur (1) ou postérieur (2) comprend trois rabats (4, 5, 6) le long respectivement des bords inférieur et supérieur et du bord latéral du feuillet.
