Claims (34)
- Vorrichtung zum Transport von Werkstücken (17) in einer X-Richtung mit mindestens einer an einem Gestell (14) einer Bearbeitungsvorrichtung anbringbaren Transporteinrichtung (T1, T2), welche mindestens einen mittels eines ersten Antriebs (AM1, AM2) in X- und Y-Richtung bewegbaren Transportbalken (15) aufweist, wobei der Transportbalken (15) an seinem einen Ende mittels einer ersten Kupplung (K) lösbar mit dem ersten Antrieb (AM1, AM2) verbunden ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
eine Schwenkvorrichtung vorgesehen ist, mit welcher der Transportbalken (15) in vom ersten Antrieb (AM1, AM2) gelöstem Zustand verschwenkbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Schwenkvorrichtung eine im Wesentlichen in einer Z-Richtung verlaufende Schwenkachse aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Transportbalken (15) an seinem anderen Ende mittels einer zweiten Kupplung (K) lösbar mit einem zweiten Antrieb (AM2) verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Schwenkvorrichtung lösbar am Transportbalken (15) anbringbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Schwenkvorrichtung ein Mittel zum schwenkbaren Halten des Transportbalkens (15) in einem von den Antrieben (AM1, AM2) gelösten Zustand aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Mittel zum schwenkbaren Halten einen in eine am Transportbalken (15) vorgesehene Aufnahme eingreifenden Zapfen (22) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Schwenkvorrichtung ein den Transportbalken (15) mit einem der Antriebe (AM1, AM2) verbindendes Scharnier aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der erste (AM1) und/oder zweite Antrieb (AM2) einen Parallelogrammstelltrieb (PL1, PL2) aufweist.

- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei am Transportbalken (15) Greifeinrichtungen (16) zum Greifen der zu transportierenden Werkstücke (17) vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Lenker (7) eines ersten Parallelogrammstelltriebs (PL1) bei einer Bewegung des Transportbalkens (15) in Y-Richtung entgegengesetzt zu den Lenkern (7) eines zweiten Parallelogrammstelltriebs (PL2) verschwenkbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei zumindest eine Gleitführung zur Aufnahme der ersten (1) und/oder zweiten Gleitelemente (6) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Gleitführung/en am Gestell (14) einer Bearbeitungsvorrichtung (P) angebracht ist/sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die Gleitführung/en innerhalb des Gestells (14) oder au-ßerhalb am Gestell (14) angebracht ist/sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei gegenüberliegend der ersten Transporteinrichtung (T1), vorzugsweise in spiegelbildlicher Anordnung eine weitere Transporteinrichtung (T2) gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei eine Länge des Transportbalkens (15) so bemessen ist, dass er in der X-Y-Ebene zwischen Säulen der Bearbeitungsvorrichtung (P) verschwenkbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei gegenüberliegend dem Transportbalken (15) ein in X- und Y-Richtung bewegbar gehaltener weiterer Transportbalken (15) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der weitere Transportbalken (15) entsprechend dem Transportbalken (15) ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei zumindest ein zur Bewegung des weiteren Transportbalkens (15) vorgesehener weiterer Antrieb (AM1, AM2) entsprechend dem ersten oder zweiten Antrieb (AM1, AM2) ausgebildet ist.
- Verfahren zum Aus- oder Einbau eines Werkzeugs (W) und/oder eines Transportbalkens (15) bei einer Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche mit folgenden Schritten:a) Vorsehen einer Schwenkvorrichtung am Transportbalken (15),b) Trennen des Transportbalkens (15) vom ersten Antrieb (AM1, AM2),c) Verschwenken des Transportbalkens (15) undd) Aus- oder Einbau des Werkzeugs (W) und/oder des Transportbalkens (15).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 31, wobei der Transportbalken (15) um eine im Wesentlichen in Z- oder Y-Richtung verlaufende Achse verschwenkt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 31 oder 32, wobei der Transportbalken (15) beim Schritt lit. b zusätzlich vom zweiten Antrieb (AM2) getrennt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 31 bis 34, wobei der Transportbalken (15) in der X-Y-Ebene in einen zwischen Säulen der Bearbeitungsvorrichtung (P) gebildeten Zwischenraum verschwenkt wird.
