Definitions

  • the invention relates to a ski, in particular alpine skiing, with a ski basic body and a binding receiving plate according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • the invention relates to the particular design of a ski for receiving matched binding elements.
  • the binding absorption in the ski body is integrated with the aim of ensuring improved introduction of force and better longitudinal compensation during the deflection.
  • the plates are usually connected in the middle firmly with the ski.
  • the freely sliding ends allow a free bending of the ski.
  • FIG. 1 An example of such a prior art construction is that shown in the appendix FIG. 1 shown.
  • a ski 1 is shown with conventional structure.
  • the ski has a core 7, a covering 5, a lower flange 6, a top flange 8, a surface 9 and steel edges 4.
  • On the surface 9 and rail guides 10 are screwed, which are designed as plastic rails.
  • These have, as in FIG. 1 shown, a dovetail-shaped form, which engage in a corresponding longitudinal recess in the patch on the rail guides bond receiving plate. In this construction, all forces are transmitted via the rails.
  • EP 1 240 925 A1 discloses the features of the preamble of claim 1, known.
  • a guide rail with the features of the preamble of claim 1 is known.
  • this guide rail consists of a full-surface rail, which has laterally guide elements.
  • On the side opposite the guide elements of the guide rail mounting pins are arranged here, via which the entire guide rail is anchored in the ski.
  • a disadvantage of this embodiment according to the prior art is that delays occur due to additional elements between the ski and binding receiving plate and the power transmission can negatively influence the ski properties by the game between the different elements.
  • the friction occurring in the deflection of the ski can not be eliminated.
  • the width of the mounting device should be between 50 and 95% of the smallest width of the ski basic body. Also from the WO 02/49727 A1 In an embodiment, two grooves extending in the longitudinal direction of the skis, which are open on sides facing away from one another, are described.
  • binding receiving plate are guided in outwardly directed to the side edges of the ski grooves, which adversely affects the flexural rigidity of the overall system of binding receiving plate and ski base.
  • the object of the invention is to make the inclusion of a binding receiving plate or generally binding elements in the ski base in such a way that power transmission losses minimized and a free deflection of the ski is guaranteed.
  • lateral guide elements are arranged in the central region of the ski basic body, in which the binding receiving plate is to be used, each having a lateral guide groove for the binding receiving plate which can be positively inserted therebetween.
  • the guide of the binding receiving plate is integrated into the interior of the core of the ski base, so that the flexural rigidity of the entire system is no longer affected.
  • the binding receiving plate thus no longer surrounds the guide elements but is guided internally between them in the correspondingly provided grooves.
  • the guidance and reception of the binding receiving plate is in the binding mounting region of the Ski foundations centrally integrated.
  • the bearing surface of the binding plate lies in the interior of the ski and thus acts directly on the ski basic body.
  • the lateral outer surfaces of the ski are pulled upwards and the middle part of the ski section becomes equal or flatter than in corresponding conventional skis.
  • the ski height can be built between 5 and 15 mm thicker compared to conventional constructions. This increase in standing height has, as has shown particularly in the racing sector, an improved edge grip and a stronger edge of the ski result, which improves the driving characteristics, especially in the application of sporty driving.
  • the inventive design of the ski makes it possible to defer a binding system on the ski together with the binding receiving plate.
  • the binding receiving plate By a central fastening screw, the binding receiving plate can be secured with the binding system against displacement in the longitudinal direction.
  • the separate receiving elements are connected to one another in the longitudinal direction and can move along the guide elements during the deflection of the ski.
  • the binding receiving plate may rest on the surface of the ski base. On the other hand, the binding receiving plate may be held only in the lateral guide groove area. Finally, the binding receiving plate may rest on the surface of the ski base and the side guide groove area.
  • the binding receiving plate engages in the corresponding groove of the guide elements, so that an umbrella term in the middle part of the ski base towards the inside he follows.
  • the inner bearing surface is moved as far as possible to the outside, so that the edge grip of the ski is improved overall again.
  • the binding receiving plate can laterally be resiliently supported.
  • the force curve in the overall ski can be directly influenced. So z.
  • steel or similar hard materials such as fiber reinforced composites
  • the torsional stiffness in this segment can be significantly increased.
  • conventional ski materials can continue to be used for construction.
  • the binding receiving plates may consist of metallic material, but also of thermoplastic materials.
  • the binding receiving plate or the groove-like attack by the guide elements may be part of the binding housing.
  • the binding receiving plate can protrude on both sides.
  • FIG. 2 an inventive ski 1 with blade area 2 and end portion 3 is shown, wherein in the blade area a slip-12 is provided.
  • the ski basic body is shown without a binding receiving plate.
  • the ski basic body has lateral guide elements 14, which, as in FIG. 3 represented as separate separate components can be provided, which can be inserted and glued within the surface of the ski base.
  • This embodiment results from the FIG. 3 in which a conventional ski construction with a core 7, a covering 5, side edges 4, a bottom flange 6, a top flange 8 and a surface 9 is shown in section.
  • the surface 9 surrounds, as shown here, the corresponding guide elements 14, each to the ski interior have directed undercuts or grooves 16. With 13 the bearing surface is designated on the ski basic body.
  • FIG. 4 shows the guide elements as integrated components of the core 7. Otherwise, the structure corresponds to the previously described.
  • FIG. 5 shows the longitudinal section according to FIG. 2 , here as well as in FIG. 2 the binding receiving plate is not yet inserted.
  • FIGS. 6 to 10 different binding receiving plates 17 are shown.
  • the binding receiving plate rests on the surface 13 of the ski base body, whereby this support is designed in each case only in the groove near area.
  • the support surface is thus moved as far as possible to the outside, so that the edge grip is further improved.
  • the binding receiving plate 17 is executed only in the region of the grooves 16 and in the upper region of the guide elements, in which case the corresponding bearing surface of the binding receiving plate 17 is indicated at 13 in the upper region of the guide elements.
  • the inner region of the core 7 with the surface 9 bulges so far that here a contact bearing surface in the central region of the ski base is formed, on which the binding receiving plate 17 is supported.
  • the overall design is designed so that a lateral mobility of the ski recording plate is possible depending on the force shift to some extent.
  • FIG. 9 A further embodiment of the invention results from the FIG. 9 in which the binding receiving plate 17 in contrast to the embodiment according to FIG. 8 largely over the entire surface rests on the curved surface 9 of the core 7 and on the surface of the guide elements.
  • the bearing surfaces are designated here by 13 and 13 '.
  • FIG. 10 A further alternative embodiment of the invention results from the FIG. 10 in terms of the binding of the binding plate, largely according to FIG. 6 equivalent. However, here a binding receiving plate 17 is shown with laterally projecting side portions.
