Claims (9)

  1. Etui à rabat en carton mince ou en matériau d'emballage similaire pour la réception d'un groupe de cigarettes (48), constitué d'une partie d'étui (10), d'un couvercle (11) et d'une collerette (12) ayant des arêtes d'emballage verticales, à savoir des arêtes longitudinales (29, 30) et des arêtes transversales (31, 32, 33, 34) s'étendant transversalement à celles-ci, caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes :
    a) les arêtes longitudinales (29, 30) et/ou les arêtes transversales (31, 32, 33, 34) se présentent sous la forme d'une saillie ronde (35) orientée vers l'extérieur formée par déformation ou estampage du matériau d'emballage,
    b) la saillie (35) présente une forme en section transversale approximative d'un trois-quarts de cercle, et
    c) la saillie (35) se raccorde respectivement via une arête intermédiaire (36, 37) aux parois d'emballage ou aux pattes repliables attenantes.
  2. Etui à rabat en carton mince ou en matériau d'emballage similaire pour la réception d'un groupe de cigarettes (48), constitué d'une partie d'étui (10), d'un couvercle (11) et d'une collerette (12) ayant des arêtes d'emballage verticales, à savoir des arêtes longitudinales (29, 30) et des arêtes transversales (31, 32, 33, 34) s'étendant transversalement à celles-ci, caractérisé par les caractéristiques suivantes :
    a) les arêtes longitudinales (29, 30) et/ou les arêtes transversales (31, 32, 33, 34) se présentent sous la forme d'un retrait (40) de section transversale ronde et orienté vers l'intérieur par déformation ou estampage du matériau d'emballage,
    b) le retrait (40) présente une forme en section transversale approximative d'un quart de cercle, et
    c) le retrait (40) se raccorde respectivement via une arête intermédiaire (36, 37) aux parois d'emballage ou aux pattes repliables attenantes.
  3. Etui à rabat selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les quatre arêtes longitudinales verticales (29, 30) sont conformées de manière correspondante en saillie (35) ou en retrait (40).
  4. Etui à rabat selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que des arêtes transversales supérieures et inférieures (31, ..., 34) destinées à délimiter, d'une part, une paroi frontale (18) et, d'autre part, une paroi de fond (15) se présentent sous la forme de saillies (35) ou de retraits (40).
  5. Etui à rabat selon la revendication 1 ou selon l'une quelconque des autres revendications, caractérisé en ce que la collerette (12) présente des arêtes verticales (43, 44) qui, au plan de leur conformation, correspondent aux arêtes longitudinales (29, 30).
  6. Etui à rabat selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que des pattes latérales (23, 24) de l'étui destinées à la formation de parois latérales (21) de l'étui ainsi que des pattes latérales (25, 26) du couvercle destinées à la formation de parois latérales (22) du couvercle se chevauchent uniquement dans la zone située entre les arêtes intermédiaires affectées (36, 37).
  7. Etui à rabat selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que, dans le cas de la conformation des arêtes transversales (31, 32, 33, 34) en forme de saillie (35) ou de retrait (40), des pattes d'angle, à savoir des pattes d'angle (27) du fond et/ou des pattes d'angle frontales (28) se présentent avec une largeur plus faible de sorte que les pattes d'angle (27, 28) puissent être positionnées exclusivement entre les arêtes transversales (31, ..., 34) conformées en saillie (35) ou en retrait (40).

Etui à rabat selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par une découpe, qui est pourvue, à l'état non plié, d'estampages (46) ou de moulures (47) formés par déformation, ayant une section transversale approximativement semi-circulaire dans la zone des arêtes longitudinales (29, 30) et/ou des arêtes transversales (31, 32, 33, 34), dans lequel les saillies (35) ou les retraits (40) sont formés en repliant les pattes repliables ou les parois en déformant l'estampage (46) ou les moulures (47) de sorte qu'une saillie (35) présente un rayon plus petit et un retrait (40) un rayon plus grand que celui de l'estampage (46) ou de la moulure (47) dans le cas d'un dimensionnement prédéfini de l'estampage (46) ou de la moulure (47).
