L'invention concerne un paquet dur (1) qui comporte : un corps d'emballage principal (2), qui a une forme de parallélépipède sensiblement rectangulaire et reçoit des produits à l'intérieur de celui-ci; et un dispositif d'emballage (3) comprenant un film d'emballage (6) pour emballer le corps d'emballage principal (2), et une bande de rupture de joint d'étanchéité (7), qui est fixée sur le film d'emballage (6) de façon à s'enrouler autour du corps d'emballage principal (2) le long d'une surface circonférentielle et qui, durant la rupture de joint d'étanchéité, rompt le joint d'étanchéité par déchirure du film d'emballage (6). Le corps d'emballage principal (2) a une section facilitant la préhension obtenue à partir d'une encoche (9), d'une ouverture (9A) ou d'une indentation (9B) qui est formée dans une région coïncidant avec une languette de tirage (71) positionnée à la pointe de la bande de rupture de joint d'étanchéité (7).
