Abstract
Description

Claims (9)
- Zündspule für eine Brennkraftmaschine mit einem eine Primärwicklung (1) tragenden, vorzugsweise zylindrischen, Primärspulenkörper (2),
einem Niederspannungsanschlussbereich (10) zum Anschließen der Primärwicklung (1) an eine Niederspannung,
einer mit der Primärwicklung (1) induktiv gekoppelten Sekundärwicklung (3) zum Bereitstellen einer Hochspannung für eine Zündkerze der Brennkraftmaschine, wobei die Sekundärwicklung (3) von einem vom Primärspulenkörper (2) konzentrisch umgebenen Sekundärspulenkörper (4) getragen wird,
einem Hochspannungsanschlussbereich (5), in welchem die Sekundärwicklung (3) die Zündkerze kontaktiert,
wobei der Sekundärspulenkörper (4) einen zylindrischen magnetischen Kern (6) umschließt und Primärspulenkörper (2) und Sekundärspulenkörper (4) gemeinsam von einer elektrisch und magnetisch leitfähigen Hülse (7) umgeben sind, wobei die Hülse (7) einen durchgehenden Längsschlitz (8) aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
bei einer aus (2n-1), n= 1,2,3, ... Lagen bestehenden Primärwicklung (1) die vom Niederspannungsanschluss (10) entfernt austretende Wicklungszuleitung (9) derart entlang des Erstreckungsbereichs des Längsschlitzes (8) der Hülse (7) geführt ist, dass sie zumindest teilweise innerhalb des äußeren Umkreises der Hülse (7) verläuft. - Zündspule für eine Brennkraftmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Primärwicklung (1) dreilagig ausgeführt ist. - Zündspule für eine Brennkraftmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Wandstärke der Hülse 0,8 bis 1,2 mm, insbesondere 1 mm, beträgt. - Zündspule für eine Brennkraftmaschine nach Anspruch
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Hülse (7) aus weichmagnetischem Blech, insbesondere Fe-Si Blech oder Edelstahlblech, besteht. - Zündspule für eine Brennkraftmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Hülse (7) mehrlagig, insbesondere zweilagig, aufgebaut ist. - Zündspule für eine Brennkraftmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die entlang des Schlitzbereichs verlaufende Wicklungszuleitung (9) einen Durchmesser von 0,5 bis 0,8 mm, insbesondere 0,75 mm, aufweist. - Zündspule für eine Brennkraftmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die entlang des Schlitzbereichs verlaufende Wicklungszuleitung (9) eine isolierende Ummantelung trägt. - Zündspule für eine Brennkraftmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die entlang des Schlitzbereichs verlaufende Wicklungszuleitung (9) in isolierende Vergussmasse, insbesondere vergussharz, eingebettet ist. - Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Zündspule für eine Brennkraftmaschine nach Anspruch 1
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
bei einer aus (2n-1), n= 2, 3, ... Lagen bestehenden Primärwicklung die vom Niederspannungsanschluss entfernt angeordnete Wicklungszuleitung derart innerhalb des Bereich des Längsschlitzes der Hülse geführt wird, dass sie innerhalb des äußeren Umkreises der Hülse fixiert verläuft.
