Claims (17)
- Vorrichtung zum Öffnen eines Schlauchbeutels (15) mitA) einem Einsteckröhrchen (7, 8) mit einer dem Schlauchbeutel (15) zugewandten Öffnung (D) an einem Ende und einer damit durch einen Durchflusskanal (0) verbundenen Austrittsöffnung (11) für das im Schlauchbeutel enthaltene pastenförmige Material am anderen Ende,B) einer an dem Einsteckröhrchen (7, 8) angebrachten Klinge (2, 6),C) bei der die Klinge (2, 6) zum Aufstechen des Schlauchbeutels (15) mit mindestens einer dem Schlauchbeutel zugewandten Spitze (12) und zum Schneiden des Schlauchbeutels (15) mit mindestens einer mit der Spitze verbundenen Schneide (14) ausgestattet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßD) die Form der Klinge (2, 6) der Innenwand (9) der Austrittsöffnung (11) für das im Schlauchbeutel enthaltene Material folgt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der die Klinge (2, 6) die Form eines Teils einer Zylinderwand hat.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der die Klinge (2, 6) die Form von drei Vierteln (10) einer Zylinderwand hat.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der die Klinge (2, 6) mindestens zwei Spitzen (12, 13) hat, die durch eine schräg verlaufende oder gebogene Schneide verbunden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der das Einsteckröhrchen (7, 8) und die Klinge (2, 6) aus unterschiedlichen Materialien sind, und zwar einem Dichtmaterial des Röhrchens und einem stabilen Material der Klinge.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, bei der Teil 7, 8 aus einem thermoplastischen Kunststoff und Teil 2,6 aus gebogenem Stahl ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, bei der Teil 7, 8 aus einem thermoplastischen Kunststoff und Teil 2, 6 aus Leichtmetall ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, bei der Teil 7, 8 aus einem thermoplastischen Kunststoff und Teil 2, 6 aus Keramik ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, bei der Teil 7, 8 aus einem thermoplastischen Kunststoff mit einem E-Modul <= 2000 MPa und Teil 2, 6 aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff mit einem E-Modul >= 3000 MPa ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, bei dem mindestens ein oder mehrere Stege (21) am Röhrchen (7) und ein Zahnkranz (25) im Kanal (3) das Verdrehen des Röhrchens verhindert, wenn der Beutel angestochen wird oder ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, bei dem mindestens ein oder mehrere Stege im Kanal (3) und ein Zahnkranz am Röhrchen (7) das Verdrehen des Röhrchens verhindert, wenn der Beutel angestochen wird oder ist.
- Verwendung einer Vorrichtung nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, bei dem das ausgeschnittene Folienstück (10) des Beutels (15) weiterhin mit dem Beutel (15) verbunden ist und sich durch den Produktfluss an die Wand (9) des Auslasskanals (7) anlegt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie als Verschlußstopfen (1) für die Austrittsöffnung (11) gestaltet ist, an dem die Klinge (2,6) an der dem Schlauchbeutel 15 zugewandten Seite angebracht ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, bei der der Stopfen (19) ein separates Dichtelement (23) zum Verschließen der Austrittsöffnung (11) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13 oder 14, bei der der Stopfen (19) oder das Dichtelement (23) und die Klinge (2,6) aus unterschiedlichen Materialien sind, und zwar einem Dichtmaterial für den Stopfen oder das Dichtelement und einem stabilen Material für die Klinge.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von vorgeöffneten und wiederverschlossenen Schlauchbeuteln unter Verwendung einer Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 13 und 14, indem die Folie des Beutels (15) im Bereich des Auslasskanals (22) vor der Auslieferung angestochen wird, und bis zur Anwendung mit einem Verschlußstopfen (24) wieder verschlossen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 16, bei denen das Folienstück ausgestanzt und entfernt wird, bevor der Verschlussstopfen eingesetzt wird.
