Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Sitz- oder Liegegelegenheit für einen Menschen.
  • Solche Sitz- oder Liegegelegenheiten sind schon seit Menschengedenken bekannt. Bei dem bekannten Sitz- oder Liegegelegenheiten mit Ausnahme des Toilettensitzes sitzt oder liegt der Mensch auf zwei Knochen, welche links und rechts von seinem Steißbein liegen und einen Oberschenkel mit dem Becken verbinden. Insbesondere beim Sitzen sind es diese Druckstellenmöglichkeiten, die beim längeren Sitzen Schmerzen auslösen und ein dauerhaftes, bequemes Sitzen unmöglich machen, weil sie auch zu einer Verlagerung des Körperzentrums führen und somit den Rücken zu einer krummen Haltung verleiten. Beim Sitzen auf den beiden Sitzbeinknochen sackt der Körper in sich zusammen und erzeugt einen runden Rücken, zusammengedrückte Eingeweide und eine verspannte Muskulatur, weil das Gewicht nicht auf den Oberschenkel ruht, sondern auf dem Bereich um das Steißbein. Dies ist beispielsweise die Schwäche des Stuhls und jeglicher seiner Abarten.
  • Das US-Patent US 5,137,333 zeigt ein Sitzkissen, dass eine feste Basis und wenigstens einen internen hinteren Keil hat, der auf der Oberfläche der Basis angeordnet oder aus dieser geformt ist und eine erste Oberfläche hat, die sich abwärts in Richtung der Vorderseite der Basis neigt. Es umfasst auch wenigstens einen internen Frontteil, der auf der Oberfläche der Basis geformt ist und eine zweite Oberfläche hat, die abwärts in Richtung der Rückseite der Basis geneigt ist. Es umfasst weiterhin eine externe Polsterung, wobei die internen Keile und die Basis innerhalb der externen Polsterung fixiert sind. Auf der Unterseite der Basis hat das Kissen eine Wippe, so dass sein Neigungswinkel durch den Benutzer eingestellt werden kann.
  • Die WO 01/76420 A1 zeigt einen Stuhl mit einer Rückenlehne, wobei der hintere Teil des Sitzes eine Aussparung hat, um das Hinterteil und den oberen Teil der Oberschenkel einer Person aufzunehmen, wobei die Aussparung das Hinterteil und die Oberschenkel teilweise umgibt und zwischen 45 und 90 Prozent der Länge des Sitzes umfasst. Vorzugsweise ist die Aussparung am hinteren Ende am tiefsten und einstellbar. Der hintere Teil des Sitzes umfasst vorzugsweise Sitzgurte oder ähnliches, die zwischen Seitenteilen angeordnet sind. In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform sind die Bogenlänge der Gurte und die Länge des Sitzes einstellbar. Vorzugsweise umfasst die Rückenstütze Gurte, die sich horizontal erstrecken und zwischen senkrechten Säulen angeordnet sind und ihre Krümmung und ihr Winkel sind vorzugsweise einstellbar. In einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform hat der Sitz einen offenen Bereich zwischen der hinteren Kante des Sitzes und der Rückenstütze, so dass kein Teil des Sitzes oder der Rückenstütze an den nach hinten zeigenden Teilen des Hinterns der Person anliegt.
  • Es ist Aufgabe der Erfindung eine Liege- oder Sitzgelegenheit zu schaffen, bei welcher der Druck nicht auf den beiden Sitzbeinknochen lastet.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, daß in der Aufsitz- oder Aufliegefläche in deren hinterem Bereich am Ort des Steißbeines eine Ausnehmung angebracht ist. Vorzugsweise ist bei einer Sitzgelegenheit im Bereich der Lendenwirbelsäule oberhalb des Steißbeins eine Rückenstütze angeordnet. Diese Rückenstütze sorgt verstärkt dafür, daß mit geradem Rücken gesessen wird.
  • Ebenfalls vorzugsweise sind bei Sitz- oder Liegegelegenheiten Seitenwülste angeordnet, welche links und rechts am Menschen anliegen.
  • Bei einer Sitzgelegenheit kann die Aufsitzfläche leicht nach hinten geneigt sein, dadurch wird weiterhin der Körper in eine aufrechte Haltung gezwungen.
  • Bevorzugt ist die Rückenstütze bandförmig.
  • Ebenfalls bevorzugt ist die Rückenstütze höhenverstellbar.
  • Weiterhin bevorzugt ist die Aufsitzfläche höhenverstellbar.
  • Vorzugsweise ist die Neigung der Aufsitzfläche verstellbar. Damit kann eine optimale Rückenhaltung eingestellt werden.
  • Ebenfalls bevorzugt ist die Vorderkante der Aufsitzfäche gerade. Dadurch werden die Kniekehlen abgestützt.
  • Vorzugsweise wird die Aufsitzfläche durch ein Sitzkissen gebildet. Dadurch kann ein normaler Stuhl verwendet werden, auf welchem ein Sitzkissen mit einer Aufnehmung gelegt wird.
  • Vorzugsweise wird die Rückenstütze durch ein Rückenkissen gebildet.
  • Ebenfalls bevorzugt greift das Sitzkissen in die Vorderkante der Sitzgelegenheit ein.
  • In den Fällen, in denen Aufsitzfläche und Rückenstütze durch Kissen gebildet werden, sind diese Kissen vorzugsweise fest.
  • Bevorzugt ist die Ausnehmung der Aufsitzfläche mit einem elastischen Rand versehen. Dadurch drückt die Aufsitzfläche nicht auf den Körper.
  • Bevorzugt ist die Sitzgelegenheit ein Stuhl.
  • Ebenfalls bevorzugt ist die Sitzgelegenheit ein Landfahrzeugsitz.
  • Vorzugsweise ist die Sitzgelegenheit ein Flugzeugsitz.
  • Ebenfalls bevorzugt ist die Sitzgelegenheit eine Sitzbank.
  • Die Sitzgelegenheit kann auch eine Couch sein.
  • Die Liegegelegenheit kann ein Bett oder eine Liege sein.
  • Zu erwähnen ist noch, daß die Ausnehmung nicht allzu groß sein darf, da der Körper sonst in sich zusammensackt.
  • Bevorzugte Ausführungsbeispiele werden anhand der Zeichnung dargestellt,
    • in welcher Figur 1 eine perspektivische Darstellung eines erfindungsgemäßen Stuhles ist,
    • Figur 2 eine Aufsicht auf einen erfindungsgemäßen Stuhl und
    • Figur 3 eine Aufsicht auf eine erfindungsgemäße Liegegelegenheit.
  • Figur 1 zeigt einen Stuhl mit einer Aufsitzfläche 1, in deren hinteren Bereich am Ort des Steißbeins eine Ausnehmung 3 angeordnet ist Im Bereich der Lendenwirbelsäule oberhalb des Steißbeins ist eine Rückenstütze 4 angeordnet. Die Rückenstütze 4 ist bandförmig. Die Vorderkante 5 der Aufsitzfläche 1 ist gerade. Der Rand 6 der Ausnehmung 3 der Aufsitzfläche 1 ist elastisch.
  • Figur 2 zeigt die Aufsitzfläche 1 mit der Ausnehmung 3 deren Rand 6 elastische ist. Weiterhin ist die Rückenstütze 4 zu erkennen.
  • Figur 3 zeigt eine erfindungsgemäße Liegegelegenheit mit einer Aufliegefläche 2 und einer Ausnehmung 3. Der Rand 6 der Ausnehmung 3 der Aufliegefläche 2 ist elastisch.
  • Seit Menschengedenken sitzt der Mensch in den westlichen Kulturkreisen auf einem Stuhl, auf einem Hocker oder einem erhöhten Podest. Ob diese Idee durch das Sitzen auf einem Stein oder Baumstamm erzeugt wurde ist nicht geläufig. Im östlichen Kulturkreis wird das Kissen oder der Schneidersitz trotz westlichen Einflusses, heute noch bevorzugt. Zwar besitzt man den Ottoman, dieser ist aber als Stuhl zu niedrig und verlagert das Körpergewicht zu demselben körperlichen Fehlverhalten.
  • Die erhöhte Sitzart, wie das Sitzen auf einem Kissen, hat aber den Nachteil, daß der Mensch auf den zwei Knochen sitzt, die links und rechts von seinem Steißbein liegen und einen Oberschenkel mit dem Körper (Becken) verbinden. Es sind diese Druckstellenmöglichkeiten, die beim längeren Sitzen Schmerzen auslösen und ein dauerhaftes bequemes Sitzen unmöglich machen, weil sie auch zu einer Verlagerung des Körperzentrums führen und somit den Rücken zu einer krummen Haltung verleiten.
  • Der Schneidersitz, durch seine Verlegung des Körpergewichts auf die Oberschenkelaußenseite, verlagert das körperliche Zentrum nach vorne und zwingt das Rückgrat zu einer geraden, aufrechten Haltung. Diese Haltung wird durch den Druck des Stuhls auf die beiden Sitzbeinknochen (Osses ischii) zunichte gemacht. Hier sackt der Körper in sich zusammen und erzeugt einen runden Rücken, zusammengedrückte Eingeweide und eine verspannte Muskulatur, weil das Gewicht nicht mehr auf den Oberschenkeln ruht, sondern auf dem Bereich um das Steißbein. Dies ist die Schwäche des Stuhls und jeglicher seiner Abarten.
  • Setzt man sich auf einen Gatterzaun, wie man es bei den Cowboys in den Filmen sieht, oder auf ein Brett, welches aber nicht so breit sein darf, daß es über die Breite des Oberschenkels zum Gesäßpunkt reicht, merkt man sofort den Unterschied, da das Gewicht über die ganze Breite des Oberschenkels verteilt ist: Sobald dieser Gesäßdruckpunkt ausgespart ist und die Sitzfläche nur über den unteren und vorderen Teil des Oberschenkels verteilt bleibt (im Sitzen betrachtet also Richtung Kniekehle), ist es ohne besondere Unbequemlichkeit möglich, für längere Zeit auch auf einer unbequemen Unterlage länger sitzenzubleiben.
  • Das ganze Geheimnis beruht auf einer in die Tiefe oder nach hinten verkürzte Sitzfläche, die von der Kniekehle bis kurz vor dem Sitzbeinknochen reicht. Egal, ob bei einem Küchenstuhl, einem Lehnstuhl, einem Autositz, im Zug oder Flugzeug, einer Couch, einer Sonnenliege, einem Spielzeug- oder Rennauto jede Art von Sitzgelegenheit wird automatisch bequemer, bringt man das Gesäß zum Schweben und nicht zum Sitzen. Das Gesäß darf nicht belastet werden. Es muß quasi in der Luft hängen. Genau der Sitzknochendruck muß verschwinden. Erhält die Sitzfläche dann noch eine leichte Neigung nach hinten, so daß der Vorderteil des Stuhls etwas höher ist als der hintere, zwingt es den Körper (z. B. eines Schülers) automatisch in eine entspannte, mühelose und bequeme Sitzposition, welche bei dem Körper eine aufrechte und gesunde Haltung erzeugt. Die Rückenlehne muß dabei etwas weiter runter und kurz oberhalb des Steißbeins ins Kreuz drücken, damit man nicht soweit in das Loch rutscht. Geschieht dies, faltet sich der Körper an der Hüfte zusammen und der Bauch drückt auf den Oberschenkel, welches gerade das Gegenteil ist, von dem was man erzeugen will. Die Sitzöffnung darf nicht zu groß geraten.

Claims (15)

  1. Sitz- oder Liegegelegenheit für einen Menschen, mit einer der Aufsitz- (1) oder Aufliegefläche (2) in deren hinterem Bereich am Ort des Steißbeins eine Ausnehmung (3) ausgebildet ist, wobei im Bereich der Lendenwirbelsäule oberhalb des Steißbeins eine Rückenstütze (4) angeordnet ist, und die Rückenstütze (4) bandförmig ist,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die Ausnehmung derart ausgebildet ist, dass das Gesäß in der Luft hängt und die Sitzfläche nur über den unteren und vorderen Teil des Oberschenkels verteilt ist,
    die Sitzgelegenheit Seitenwülste aufweist, welche links und rechts anliegend am Menschen angeordnet sind,
    die Rückenstütze höhenverstellbar ist, und
    die Aufsitzfläche (1) durch ein Sitzkissen gebildet wird, und das Sitzkissen in die Vorderkante der Sitzgelegenheit eingreift.
  2. Sitzgelegenheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sitz- oder Liegegelegenheit eine leicht nach hinten geneigte Aufsitz- (1) bzw. Aufliegefläche (2) aufweist;
  3. Sitzgelegenheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufsitzfläche (1) höhenverstellbar ist.
  4. Sitzgelegenheit nach Anspruch 4, gekennzeichnet durch eine verstellbare Neigung der Aufsitzfläche (1).
  5. Sitzgelegenheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorderkante (5) der Aufsitzfläche (1) gerade ist.
  6. Sitzgelegenheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rückenstütze (4) durch ein Rückenkissen gebildet wird.
  7. Sitzgelegenheit nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Aufsitzfläche (1) und Rückenstütze (4) fest sind.
  8. Sitzgelegenheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, gekennzeichnet durch einen elastischen Rand (6) der Ausnehmung (3) der Aufsitzfläche (1).
  9. Sitzgelegenheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sitzgelegenheit ein Stuhl ist.
  10. Sitzgelegenheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sitzgelegenheit ein Landfahrzeugsitz ist.
  11. Sitzgelegenheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sitzgelegenheit ein Flugzeugsitz ist.
  12. Sitzgelegenheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sitzgelegenheit eine Sitzbank ist.
  13. Sitzgelegenheit nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sitzgelegenheit eine Couch ist.
  14. Liegegelegenheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Liegegelegenheit ein Bett ist.
  15. Liegegelegenheit nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Liegegelegenheit eine Liege ist.
