Claims (8)

  1. Dispositif de changement de l'habillage d'une machine à papier, surtout d'une machine à papier ouate, par exemple, une machine TAD (through-air drying), comportant plusieurs rouleaux déflecteurs et au moins un dispositif de nettoyage de l'habillage, caractérisé en ce que des leviers (9) ainsi que des leviers supplémentaires (20) sont prévus de chaque côté de l'habillage (7), ces leviers accueillant au moins un rouleau déflecteur (3, 4), et pouvant être pivotés d'une position de travail à une position de changement de l'habillage, le dispositif de nettoyage de l'habillage comportant des gicleurs, les au moins deux leviers supplémentaires (20) disposés de chaque côté de l'habillage (7) étant connectés l'un à l'autre via une bacholle de protection contre les jets d'eau (27).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la position du ou des rouleaux déflecteurs (3, 4) pour le changement de l'habillage est telle que l'habillage (7) peut être inséré dans la machine à papier presque horizontalement.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau déflecteur (3) est un rouleau tendeur.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau tendeur (3) est connectable aux leviers (9) disposés de chaque côté de l'habillage de la machine via les carters de paliers lorsque le dispositif de tensionnement de l'habillage de la machine se trouve dans sa position finale à tension zéro.
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la bacholle de protection contre les jets d'eau (27) et, le cas échéant, des gicleurs (28, 29) montés dans la bacholle, peuvent être pivotés vers la position de changement de l'habillage ensemble avec le rouleau déflecteur (4) moyennant les leviers supplémentaires (20) disposés de chaque côté de l'habillage (7).
  6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les leviers (9) et les leviers supplémentaires (20) sont connectés à des éléments de levage (10, 22).
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de levage (10, 22) sont des éléments de levage hydrauliques, par exemple des vérins hydrauliques.
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de levage (10, 22) sont des éléments de levage électromécaniques, i.e. des tiges de levage à entraînement électrique.
