Claims (17)
- Trennwand für eine Rohrmühle
mit Hubschaufeln (7, 8), welche etwa radial zwischen einer Vorderseite (3) und einer Rückseite (4) angeordnet sind, und mit einer zentralen Luftdurchtrittsöffnung (5), in welcher ein Ringkanal (10) mit Eintrittsöffnungen (11) für das von den Hubschaufeln (7, 8) angehobene Mahlgut, Ablenkelementen (19) und rückseitigen Austragsöffnungen (12) für einen vom zentralen Luftstrom getrennten Mahlguttransport angeordnet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Ringkanal (10) für eine Führung des Mahlgutes von den Eintrittsöffnungen (11) bis zu den Austragsöffnungen (12) Führungsschaufeln (13) spiralförmig angeordnet sind und
dass die Ablenkelemente (19) für einen Mahlgutaustrag aus den rückseitigen Austragsöffnungen (12) endseitig an den Führungsschaufeln (13) angeordnet sind. - Trennwand nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsschaufeln (13) derart in dem Ringkanal (10) angeordnet sind, dass das Mahlgut, welches jeweils über die in oder oberhalb einer Horizontalen positionierten Eintrittsöffnungen (11) in den Ringkanal (10) gelangt, durch Austragsöffnungen (12) ausgetragen wird, welche sich in einer unteren, insbesondere 6- bis 3-Uhr-Stellung befinden. - Trennwand nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsschaufeln (13) des Ringkanals (10) wie die Hubschaufeln (7, 8) gebogen ausgebildet sind und einen gleichen oder kleineren Biegeradius als die Hubschaufeln (7, 8) aufweisen. - Trennwand nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsschaufeln (13) versetzt zu den Hubschaufeln (7, 8), insbesondere zu langen und bis zum Ringkanal (10) reichenden Hubschaufeln (8) angeordnet sind. - Trennwand nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Ringkanal (10) eine Einrichtung zur Regulierung des Mahlgutaustrages vorgesehen ist. - Trennwand nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Regulierung des Mahlgutaustrages Schieber (14) lösbar und/oder verstellbar im Bereich der Führungsschaufeln (13) angeordnet sind. - Trennwand nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schieber (14) in dem Ringkanal (10) radial ausgerichtet und diametral zur Durchflussrichtung des Mahlgutes angeordnet sind. - Trennwand nach Anspruch 6 oder 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mahlgutaustrag mit Hilfe von Durchlassöffnungen (15) regulierbar ist und dass die Durchlassöffnungen (15) in den Schiebern (14) ausgebildet oder durch Einstellung eines Abstandes zwischen den Schiebern (14) und den zugehörigen Führungsschaufeln (13) gebildet sind. - Trennwand nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schieber (14) in einem Schieberhalter (16) kulissenartig geführt sind. - Trennwand nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schieber (14) von der Luftdurchtrittsöffnung (5) her in den Ringkanal (10) einschiebbar und betätigbar sind. - Trennwand nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schieber (14) und Schieberhalter (16) in Durchflussrichtung des Mahlgutes gesehen, jeweils endseitig an den Führungsschaufeln (13) und den Ablenkelementen (19) angeordnet sind und dass die Schieber (14) jeweils bis zur folgenden Führungsschaufel (13) reichen und etwa mittig auf oder beabstandet zu dieser Führungsschaufel (13) angeordnet sind. - Trennwand nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ablenkelemente (19) keilförmig ausgebildet sind und jeweils eine Keilfläche zu Umlenkung des Mahlgutes in Richtung Austragsöffnungen (12) von einer Vorderwand (18) des Ringkanals (10) bis zu den Austragsöffnungen (12) in der Rückwand (17) des Ringkanals (10) reicht. - Trennwand nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Austragsöffnungen (12) in der Rückwand (17) des Ringkanals (10) nahezu dreieckig ausgebildet
und derart angeordnet sind, dass das Mahlgut frühzeitig über einen nach unten gerichteten Eckbereich derjenigen Austragsöffnungen (12), welche sich in der 6-bis 3-Uhr-Stellung befinden, austragbar ist. - Mahlverfahren, bei welchem Mahlgut in einer Mahlkammer einer Rohrmühle zerkleinert und mit Hilfe einer Trennwand (2) und darin angeordneten Hubschaufeln (7, 8) über einen Ringkanal (10) und darin angeordneten Eintrittsöffnungen (11), Ablenkelementen (19) und Austragsöffnungen (12) in einem von einem zentralen Luftstrom getrennten Mahlguttransport in eine nachfolgende Mahlkammer ausgetragen wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mahlgut über Eintrittsöffnungen (11), welche sich etwa in einer horizontalen bis vertikalen Position befinden, dem Ringkanal (10) zugeführt wird und auf Führungsschaufeln (13), welche spiralförmig in dem Ringkanal (10) angeordnet sind, zu Austrittsöffnungen (12), welche um etwa 90° versetzt den Eintrittsöffnungen (11) nachgeordnet sind, transportiert und ausgetragen wird. - Mahlverfahren nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das über die Eintrittsöffnungen (11) in den Ringkanal (10) gelangende Mahlgut von den Führungsschaufeln (13) abgelenkt und bis zu zugeordneten Ablenkelementen (19) und Austragsöffnungen (12) transportiert, danach umgelenkt und durch Austragsöffnungen (12), welche sich in einer etwa 6- bis 3-Uhr-Stellung befinden, ausgetragen wird. - Mahlverfahren nach Anspruch 14 oder 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das auf die Führungsschaufeln (13) gelangende Mahlgut mengenstromgeregelt der jeweiligen Austrittsöffnungen (12) geführt wird. - Mahlgutverfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Mahlgutstrom auf den Führungsschaufeln (13) mit Hilfe von Schiebern (14), welche von einer zentralen Luftdurchtrittsöffnung (5) her betätigt werden, reguliert wird.
