Definitions
- the invention relates to a frame according to the preamble of the appended claim 1, as known from EP 0 940 550 A2 is known.
- the invention relates to a door provided with such a frame and a method for mounting the frame or door.
- the horizontally arranged Zargenstäbe are split at predetermined breaking points in two sub-elements.
- the connection of the sub-elements with the lateral frame rods is carried out by partially bent tabs which are spot-welded to the part to be joined.
- by cutting the tabs and breaking the predetermined breaking points - these are preferably welded joints - adjust the frame to local conditions, in particular the respective lower Zargenstab adapt to whether a door sill should be present or not.
- the known frame is particularly suitable for 180 ° reversible fire doors with optional right / left stop.
- the vertical opening width of the frame is greater than the entire height of the door leaf including upper and lower door rabbets.
- the attachment is provided with spacers for providing a distance between the supporting upper frame member and the upper visible surface of the frame frame formed on the attachment, and for reducing the upper door gap therethrough.
- the above-mentioned EP 0 940 550 A2 which deals with it, considered as the closest prior art. Since the frames must absorb high transverse forces in fire doors - fire test -, were used in the prior art welding to the corner joint.
- WO 98 / 14681A From the WO 98 / 14681A is a three-sided frame with two lateral Zargenstäben and an upper horizontally arranged Zargenstab is known. All Zargenstäbe have two sub-elements and still a third sub-element. The first and the second sub-elements are fastened to each other via separate fastening devices with a slot on one of the two sub-elements in the thickness direction of the frame slidably. In addition, there is a releasable corner connecting device between the lateral frame beams and the upper Zargenholm. In this case, a first sub-element of the lateral Zargenstabes is screwed to the first sub-element of the upper Zargenstabes.
- each Zargenstab still has a third sub-element in the form of a clip-on cover.
- the invention thus provides a frame for a turning door, with a plurality of Zargenstäben which are connected to Zargenecken together, wherein at least a first horizontally arranged Zargenstab has two releasably connected or connectable sub-elements.
- a detachable corner connection device is provided for connecting two frame rods. Therefore, it can be individually decided at the place of construction, whether a more or less high threshold may or may not be present, and the frame accordingly be adjusted easily.
- the corner connecting device preferably has a corner connecting angle with a first tab for releasably securing the horizontally arranged Zargenstabes and two fasteners, of which a second fastener only one of the two sub-elements and a first fastener connects both sub-elements or only the other sub-element with the first tab.
- the remaining sub-element does not need to be fixed again and may possibly be fixed even more by re-attaching the first fastener.
- screws are used as fasteners, so that Zargenstäbe are connected by a screw connection over corner.
- the corner connecting angle is preferably a helix angle, which can be screwed to both frame bars abutting on the corner.
- the corner connecting angle has a second tab having (only) a fastener opening for receiving a third fastener for fixing a frame rod to be arranged vertically, then the entire horizontal frame rod fastened by the first and second fasteners multiple times to the corner joint angle can be easily removed only one fastener per Zargenecke solve. If, in addition, an anti-rotation device is provided which prevents relative rotation of the frame bar and the second flap to be arranged vertically, in particular when the third fastener is being used, a sufficiently stable corner connection device is provided despite the easy attachment and mounting to be mounted, even in case of fire huge tension forces, which have their cause in temperature differences and can bend even heavy steel constructions, withstand.
- the rotation preferably has a projection on one of the two parts to be connected here - second tab and vertically arranged Zargenstab - and a receiving opening on the other part for positive reception of the projection, because such a positive connection when assembling the parts is easy to manufacture and with appropriate design of projection and receiving opening can also greatly simplify the assembly by a self-centering effect.
- the rigidity of the Zargenecke created by the Ecktagensvorraum can, without having to use a visually and manufacture (moderately disadvantageous) excessively thick connection angle, be further increased if the Eckitatiswinkel in the region of its bend a stiffening device, in particular a transverse to the angled, by a Inflection formed stiffening bead or a stiffening strut, has.
- a stiffening device in particular a transverse to the angled, by a Inflection formed stiffening bead or a stiffening strut
- at least one of the two frame bars to be connected to the corner connection angle has at its front edge area a recess for the positive reception of the stiffening device projecting in the corner of the connection angle.
- the stiffening device and the recess receiving this are complementarily conically widening / tapering, so that a self-centering effect is produced during assembly.
- a centering effect is also achieved here when the edge region of a fastener opening on one of the two parts to be connected at or with the corner joint device is tapered hollow towards the opening and the other edge region of the associated fastening opening of the other part is tapered in the direction corresponding to the opening.
- This can be realized simply by forming the edge regions of the fastener openings corresponding to one another by deep drawing. Due to the interlocking interventions of the borders at right angles to each other over Eckschraubitch arranged it is sufficient for a frame of a fire door, that the Eckitatisvorraum has thread-cutting or thread-forming screws that form their own thread to appropriately shaped fastener openings itself, so that the screw easily can be produced and solvable.
- a tab engagement for stabilizing between the corner connected Zargenstäben and / or an engagement between a projection on the one Zargenstab and a corresponding recess on the other Zargenstab be provided.
- at least one of the two corner bars connected Zargenstäbe have a profile with two substantially parallel spaced apart extending profile areas. A first of these profile areas is engaged behind on a first side by a protruding from the other Zargenstab tab. The other profile region rests with a second side opposite the first side on a surface region of the other Zargenstabes, which runs parallel to the tab.
- the one Zargenstab is taken by the other in the pliers, so that the Zargenstäbe are relatively movable only parallel to the extension of the tab.
- the tab can extend from a projecting profile region of the other Zargenstabes cranked, so that the profile region acts as a stop for the first Zargenstab, and the Zargenstäbe are further limited in their relative movement to each other.
- Each remaining degree of freedom can then be releasably fixed by a releasable fastener of the corner connecting device.
- both horizontally arranged Zargenstäbe are formed in several parts and / or mirror images of each other and / or identical to each other, the possibility of using the frame in a turning door or as Wendezarge is created with ease of manufacture. It is preferred that the frame bars to be arranged vertically or the entire frame are mirror-symmetrical to a horizontal Zargenstoffebene. If the frame bars to be arranged vertically both have at least one trap receiving opening and receiving devices for receiving door hinges, then a common-part strategy and / or the use of the optional right / left stop frame without turning the frame opens up.
- the frame bars to be arranged vertically are provided in a receiving groove with a strip of intumescent material in case of fire, a suitability for higher fire protection classes (T90, T120) without any special visual loss is given. It has a particular advantage for the appearance of the frame, if the strips do not reach to the Zargenecken, wherein in the remaining space of the receiving groove, a part of the Eckrivsvorraum, in particular a tab of the connecting angle is arranged. As a result, the tab can be arranged on the visible side of the frame without attracting attention.
- door 1 has a cover sheet 2 and box 3 formed door leaf 4 in fire protection design and a frame 5 in fire protection steel.
- the door 1 is designed as R / L door; by turning the door 1 with frame 5 and door leaf 4 about a plane perpendicular to the door plane central axis by 180 ° can easily achieve a change of the direction of the stop from left stop to right stop or vice versa.
- the frame 5 is formed of four Zargenholmen or Zargenstäben 6a, 6b which are connected to each other via corner connecting devices 7.
- a lock rod 8 which is provided centrally with a latch opening 9 for the case 23 of a lock 24 of the door leaf 4
- a band bar 10 with two height-adjustable door bands 11 are used.
- Horizontally arranged frame bars 6b are formed by a head bar 12a and a foot bar 12b, wherein the head bar and the foot bar 12a, 12b are constructed substantially identically.
- the structure of the door hinges 11 is in the mitanhtician German patent applications DE 103 35 349.6 such as DE 103 16 891.5 exactly described and shown, which is hereby referred to avoid repetition. With these height-adjustable door hinges can also make a height adjustment of the door panel after turning the door 1.
- the 8 to 14 show the frame 5 without the door leaf 4.
- the horizontal Zargenstäbe 6b are divided in their longitudinal direction; they are composed of two sub-elements in the form of angle-shaped sheet steel profiles 13 and 14, namely a frame angle 13 and an optionally used change angle 14th
- the corner joint device 7 is similar in purpose to the corner joint device shown in the EP 0 940 550 A2 which is expressly referred to.
- the functions of the EP 0 940 550 A2 Known corner joint device are also met by the corner joint device 7. Only this is done even easier and easier to assemble, since instead of a welded joint, a screw 15 is used.
- the corner connecting device 7 has a Eckitatiswinkel in the form of a screw 16, which is provided with screw holes 17, 17a, 17b, which in turn surrounded by recessed, in particular deep-drawn opening edge regions 18, 18a, 18b, here cone-shaped.
- recesses in the form of further conical opening edge areas 19, 19a, 19b, 19c, likewise formed by deep-drawing are provided around respective screw openings 27, 27a, 27b fitting for the helix angle into which the opening edge areas 18, 18 a, 18 b of the screw 16 can engage positively.
- the screw 15 further has per Eckitatisvorraum 7 more, here three self-tapping screws or thread-forming screws 20, 20a, 20b. These are here provided with countersunk heads, which fit into the recessed opening edge regions 18, 18a, 18b and 19, 19a, 19b.
- the Zargenstäbe 6a, 6b are also still on tab engagement 21, which match with the alignment of the frame bars 6a, 6b match each other, fixed to each other. This will be explained in more detail below with reference to the corresponding drawings.
- the frame 5 described here can be completely pre-assembled depending on the circumstances at the site or with the isolated frame rods 6a, 6b supplied.
- the screw 15 not only attached to the horizontally arranged Zargenstäbe 6b to the lock bar 8 and Bandstab 10 (see Fig. 13 ), but also the two sub-elements 13, 14 of the respective horizontal Zargenstabes 6b, 12a, 12b to each other (see Fig. 11 to 14 , in particular 13).
- One of the two sub-elements 13, 14, namely here the change angle 14, is provided only with a first conically recessed screw hole 27 for receiving the first screw 20, while the other sub-element has the first screw hole 27 and the second screw holes 27 a.
- a central screw 15a is provided, which serves only for detachable connection of the two sub-elements 13, 14 of the horizontally arranged Zargenstäbe 6b and not to the corner joint thereof to the two vertically arranged Zargenstäbe 6a.
- the basic structure of the frame 5 is from the previously explained 8 to 14 seen. Details and installation examples are in the Fig. 1 to 7 shown in detail below. Depending on whether a more or less high threshold should be present or not, the change angle 14 is screwed (left) - installation example according to Fig. 2 - or removed - installation example Fig. 2 - Or the foot bar 12b completely removed (not shown).
- Fig. 1 shows an example in which between the spaces to be closed by the door no step or no Bodeneinstand is or should be. In this case, there is an installation of the frame 5 without lower change angle 14. Thenac 12 is then formed only by the frame angle 13, which also ensures a very high stability of the frame frame.
- the frame angle 13 is formed by a multi-bent steel profile strip.
- the profile of the same has a first stop area 30 as a stop for the box 3 of the door leaf 4.
- the free edge of the first stop area 30 has a on even bent-back edge region 29, which acts reinforcing and brings unsightly or possibly sharp edges from the field of view and detectability.
- the first stop area 30 merges into a U-profile area 31, which serves for profile stabilization and for receiving a door seal 28 (shown in FIG Fig. 18, 19 ) is usable, which is why the first abutment portion opposite U-leg 32 is formed Z-shaped for forming a tangible supernatant. This is followed by a profile web area 34.
- the profile land region has the first and second conical opening edge regions 19, 19a produced by deep drawing which are arranged side by side in a small distance extending in the longitudinal direction of the foot bar 12.
- At the profile web portion 34 is still an edge-side bend 35 connects.
- the bend 35 has at the bottom approximately the same extension downwards as the U-profile area 31.
- the U-profile area 31 and the peripheral bend 35 thus form a good base for supporting the frame 5 on the floor (OFF).
- the two vertically arranged Zargenstäbe 6a are very similar to the basic structure of the frame angle 13, so that for corresponding profile areas the same reference numerals, supplemented "used with a" and can be referenced to explain the vertically arranged Zargenstäbe to the above detailed description.
- the bend 35a in the frame bars 6a to be arranged vertically is longer than the edge bend 35 of the frame angle 13.
- a bend 36a adjoins the bend 35a, which then runs at a distance parallel to the profile web area 34a.
- the profile web portion 34 a of the vertically arranged Zargenstäbe 6 a is also provided with a receiving groove 38.
- a fire protection strip 39 is glued from intumescent material in case of fire.
- the fire protection strip 39 consistently occupies most of the receiving groove 38; in the end regions at the Zargenecke adjacent to the fire protection strip 39, however, the second tab 40 of the screw 16 is received in the receiving groove 38.
- the second tab 40 is matched in appearance (contour, width, thickness, color) to the appearance of the fire protection strip 39.
- the profile web region 34a of the ribbon rod 10 or lock rod 8 also has a greater extent in the direction of the door thickness than the profile web portion 34 of the frame angle 13, so that the bend 35a of the side bars 8, 10 by a distance corresponding to at least the sheet thickness of the change angle 14 further protrudes than the edge-side bend 35 of the frame angle 13.
- the bend 35a acts as a second stop area for the door leaf 4, namely for the opposite of the box 3 above door fold 41 (see, eg Fig. 19 ).
- the first abutment portion 30 of the frame angle 13 does not reach to the ends thereof, but is cut out to form a narrow receptacle 42 of the abutting first abutment portion 30a of the horizontally disposed frame rod 8, 10, see also Fig. 6 showing the corner from behind.
- the horizontally arranged Zargenstab 8, 10 is supported on the frame angle 13 from.
- an arcuate recess 46 for positively receiving a arranged on the helix 16
- also rounded trained projection 52 is provided.
- the engagement between the recess 46 and the projection 52 acts when screwing the frame angle - as the interventions between the opening edge regions 18, 19, 18a, 19a, 18b, 19b self-centering.
- the interlocking interventions provide a firm assurance against Relatiwerage connected to the corner joint device 7 parts. This is particularly advantageous in case of fire due to temperature differences strong distortion forces advantageous.
- the Fig. 2 to 6 show an example of installation of the frame 5 with changing angle 14, for example, a stage between the separable through the door 1 spaces (not shown) cover or can form.
- the change angle 14 is formed as a simple angle profile with two profile legs 44 and 45 bent at a right angle to one another.
- the first profile leg 44 lies closely on the profile web portion 34 of the frame angle 13. He covers the second screw 20a, which is further away from the corner It is also provided at a corresponding position as the frame angle with a fourth screw opening 27c corresponding to the first screw opening 27, with a corresponding fourth conical deep-drawn opening edge area 19c. This engages positively in the first opening edge region 19 lying closer to the corner on the profile web region 34 of the frame angle 13.
- the first screw 20 connects the changing angle 14 with the frame angle 13 and with the first tab 25 of the screw 16.
- the first profile leg 44 has further on a recess 46 corresponding position at its peripheral edge 54 an arcuate recess 46a for receiving the projection 52 at the helix 16.
- the second profile leg 45 rests on the peripheral bend 35 of the frame angle 13. Its visible side 47 is flush with the visible side 48 of the peripheral bend 35 a of the vertically arranged Zargenstabes 8, 10. An upper part of the second profile leg 45 stops with the peripheral edge 54 of the first profile leg 44. A remaining lower part is continued in the longitudinal direction beyond the peripheral edge 54 in the form of a flag 49, which is defined by the bottom level (OFF) defined by the underside of the U-profile region 31 and the lower edge of the peripheral bend 35 to the lower end edge 55 of second profile leg 45 extends downwardly and laterally below the bend 35a flush therewith.
- the head / Wennstab 12 associated tab 25 is provided with the first and the second cone-shaped deep-drawn edged 18, 18 a threaded opening 17, 17 a provided.
- the second tab 40 associated with the frame bars 6a, 6b to be arranged vertically has only one, namely the third conically-edged 18b screw openings 17b.
- the projection of the above-mentioned projection-recess engagement 26 on the second tab 40 is in shape a depression (deep drawing) 51 is formed.
- the projection-return engagement 26 forms an anti-rotation device for preventing relative rotation of the frame rod 8, 10 and helix angle 16.
- a bending region 57 between the two tabs 25, 40 is reinforced with a stiffening device 58.
- This is essentially by a deep-drawn stiffening bead 59 ( Fig. 6 ) educated. Due to the deep drawing forms the stiffening bead 59 on its back inside the fferwinkelecke the projection 52 (FIG. Fig. 7 ), which engages positively in the recesses 46, 46 a of the horizontally arranged Zargenstabes 6 b.
- the complete frame 5 can be pre-assembled at the factory and delivered with preassembled door leaf 4.
- the change angle 14 is removed in the horizontal gimbal rod 6b, which is to be attached at the bottom, in accordance with the selected stop type - footstool 12b. This can be done by loosening only two screws, namely the first screw 20, which can be screwed into the frame angle 13 and screw 16 again after removing the change angle 14.
- the complete foot bar 12b is removed, which in turn can be done by loosening only two screws 20b, namely the third screws 20c, which connect the helix 16 to the band bar 10 and the lock bar 8.
- the tightening torque of the thread-forming countersunk screws 20, 20a, 20c is approximately 4.5 during assembly or factory pre-assembly Nm ⁇ 20%. This moment includes the thread torque of approx. 2 to 3 Nm.
