Claims (15)
- Verfahren zur Stabilisierung und Positionierung von flächigen Gegenständen (16), insbesondere Druckereiprodukten, die von einer Fördereinrichtung (12) im Bereich einer ersten Kante (18) gehalten und entlang einer Förderstrecke (11) in einer Förderrichtung (F) gefördert werden, wobei über einen Stabilisierungsabschnitt (S) der Förderstrecke (11) Begrenzungselemente (24, 26) in den Förderstrom (54) eingeführt und in Förderrichtung (F) mitbewegt werden, die die Lage der Gegenstände (16) an mindestens einer Stelle des Stabilisierungsabschnitts (S) eingrenzen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Position einer der ersten Kante (18) gegenüberliegenden zweiten Kante (20) entgegen der Förderrichtung (F) durch ein nachlaufendes Begrenzungselement (26) begrenzt wird, dass die Position der zweiten Kante (20) in Förderrichtung (F) durch ein vorlaufendes Begrenzungselement (24) begrenzt wird, wobei zwischen jeweils einem vorlaufenden und einem diesem in Förderrichtung (F) nachlaufenden Begrenzungselement (24, 26) eine Aufnahme (27) für die zweite Kante (20) gebildet wird, und dass durch Hineinbewegen wenigstens ein weiteren Begrenzungselements (28) vor oder im Anfangsbereich (S1) des Stabilisierungsabschnitts (S) in den Förderstrom (54) die Position der zweiten Kante (20) in und/oder entgegen der Förderrichtung (F) derart eingegrenzt wird, dass die zweite Kante (20) nur in die Aufnahme (27), nicht aber in den Zwischenbereich (29) zwischen zwei Aufnahmen (27) gelangt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das weitere Begrenzungselement (28) im Verlauf des Stabilisierungsabschnitts (S) wieder aus dem Förderstrom (54) entfernt wird, vorzugsweise bereits im Anfangsbereich (S1).
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Mehrzahl von nachlaufenden und vorlaufenden Begrenzungselementen (24, 26) abwechselnd hintereinander entlang einer geschlossenen Umlaufbahn (U) bewegt werden, die zumindest teilweise im wesentlichen parallel zum Stabilisierungsabschnitt (S) der Förderstrecke (11) verläuft.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vorlaufenden und nachlaufenden Begrenzungselemente (24, 26) jeweils eine Begrenzungsfläche (42, 44) aufweisen, die zumindest über einen Teil des Stabilisierungsabschnitts (S) den Gegenständen (16) zugewandt und vorzugsweise im wesentlichen parallel zu den Gegenständen (16) orientiert ist.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zwischenbereich (29) zwischen jeweils zwei Aufnahmen (27) vor und/oder im Anfangsbereich (S1) des Stabilisierungsabschnitts (S) mit dem weiteren Begrenzungselement (28) abgedeckt wird, so dass die zweite Kante (20) des Gegenstands (16) nur in eine Aufnahme (27) gelangen kann.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vorlaufenden Begrenzungselemente (24) im Verlauf des Stabilisierungsabschnitts (S) aus einer Lage, in der sie nicht in den Förderstrom (54) ragen, insbesondere einer im wesentlichen tangential oder senkantial zu ihrer Umlaufbahn (U) verlaufenden Lage, in eine Lage, in der sie in den Förderstrom (54) ragen, bewegt werden, insbesondere in eine senkrecht zur Umlaufbahn (U) verlaufende Lage verschwenkt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das wenigstens eine weitere Begrenzungselement (28) entlang einer geschlossenen Umlaufbahn (U') bewegt wird, die vor dem Stabilisierungsabschnitt (S) der Förderstrecke (11) zumindest teilweise in Förderrichtung (F) verläuft, und dass das weitere Begrenzungselement (28) vor Beginn des Stabilisierungsabschnitts (S) in den Förderstrom (54) eingeführt und im Anfangsbereich (S1) des Stabilisierungsabschnitts (S) derart aus dem Förderstrom (54) entfernt wird, dass es keine Begrenzungswirkung mehr entfaltet.
- Vorrichtung zur Stabilisierung und Positionierung von flächigen Gegenständen (16), insbesondere Druckereiprodukten, die von einer Fördereinrichtung (12) im Bereich einer ersten Kante (18) gehalten und entlang einer Förderstrecke (11) in einer Förderrichtung (F) gefördert werden, mit einer Mehrzahl von Begrenzungselementen (24, 26), die in einem Stabilisierungsabschnitt (S) der Förderstrecke (11) in den Förderstrom (54) einführbar und mit diesem mitbewegbar sind, gekennzeichnet durch:wenigstens ein nachlaufendes Begrenzungselement (26), welches die Position einer der ersten Kante (18) gegenüberliegenden zweiten Kante (20) entgegen der Förderrichtung (F) einzugrenzen imstande ist;wenigstens ein vorlaufendes Begrenzungselement (24), welches die Position der zweiten Kante (20) in Förderrichtung (F) einzugrenzen imstande ist, wobei zwischen jeweils einem vorlaufenden und einem diesem in Förderrichtung (F) nachlaufenden Begrenzungselement (24, 26) wenigstens im Verlauf des Stabilisierungsabschnitts (S) eine Aufnahme (27) für die zweite Kante (20) gebildet wird;wenigstens ein weiteres Begrenzungselement (28), welches imstande ist, die Position der zweiten Kante (20) in und/oder entgegen der Förderrichtung (F) einzugrenzen;eine Antriebseinrichtung (40) zum Bewegen der vorlaufenden und nachlaufenden Begrenzungselemente (24, 26) entlang einer geschlossenen Umlaufbahn (U);eine Antriebseinrichtung (40) zum Bewegen des weiteren Begrenzungselements (28),wobei die Begrenzungselemente (24, 26, 28) derart geformt und angetrieben sind, dass die zweite Kante (20) nur in die Aufnahme (27), nicht aber in den Zwischenbereich (29) zwischen zwei Aufnahmen (27) gelangt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umlaufbahn (U) der vorlaufenden und nachlaufenden Begrenzungselemente (24, 26) im Stabilisierungsabschnitt (S) der Förderstrecke (11) im wesentlichen parallel zur Förderstrecke (11) verläuft
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, gekennzeichnet durch ein Nockenrad (30) mit wenigstens einem Nocken (31), das am Beginn des Stabilisierungsabschnitts (S) drehbar angeordnet ist, wobei das weitere Begrenzungselement (28) durch den wenigstens einen Nocken (31) gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der wenigstens eine Nocken (31) im wesentlichen radial ausgerichtete erste und zweite Flanken (31a, 31b) sowie eine in Umfangsrichtung dazwischen verlaufende Mantelfläche (31c) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Nockenrad (30) und die vorlaufenden und nachlaufenden Begrenzungselemente (24, 26) derart geformt und derart synchronisiert angetrieben sind, dass die zweite Flanke (31b) mit dem vorlaufenden Begrenzungselement (24) und die erste Flanke (31a) mit dem nachlaufenden Begrenzungselement (26) zumindest an einem Punkt der Stabilisierungsstrecke (S) fluchtet, vorzugsweise jeweils im Anfangsbereich der Stabilisierungsstrecke (S).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 11-12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zwischenbereich (29) zwischen zwei Aufnahmen (27) zumindest im Anfangsbereich (S1) der Stabilisierungsstrecke (S) durch die Mantelfläche (31c) abgedeckt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vorlaufenden Begrenzungselemente (24) zwischen einer Lage, in der sie nicht in den Förderstrom (54) ragen, insbesondere einer im wesentlichen tangential oder senkantial zu ihrer Umlaufbahn (U) verlaufenden Lage, und einer Lage, in der sie in den Förderstrom (54) ragen, insbesondere in eine senkrecht zur Umlaufbahn (U) verlaufende Lage, bewegbar sind, insbesondere verschwenkbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das nachlaufende und das weitere Begrenzungselement (26, 28) derart geformt und derart synchronisiert angetrieben sind, dass das nachlaufende und das weitere Begrenzungselement (26, 28) zumindest an einem Punkt der Stabilisierungsstrecke (S) miteinander fluchten, vorzugsweise jeweils im Anfangsbereich (S1) der Stabilisierungsstrecke (S).
