Furthermore, the assembly of the hub 9 and the sleeves 18, 19 is put on the pivot T in such a position that the web 15 slips over the chamfer T4 up to the terminal position thereof i.e. to the area of the channel T3. Claims (3)

  1. Scharnier für Fensterläden umfassend eine Scharnierbuchse, die auf einen Drehzapfen eines Fensterladenhalters montiert ist, wobei die Scharnierbuchse trennbar mit einem Scharnierblock verbunden ist, der seinerseits trennbar mit einer Scharnierplatte verbunden ist, die zwischen dem Fensterladen und dem Scharnierblock angeordnet ist, wobei die Scharnierplatte trennbar mit dem Fensterladen verbunden ist, ein Fensterladenband, das zwischen dem Fensterladen und dem Scharnier angeordnet werden kann und als Verstärkung des Fensterladenrahmens dient, und einen Schnappmechanismus zum Arretieren des Fensterladens in einer offenen Stellung, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    - dass ein zylindrischer Vorsprung (2) zu einer Scharnierplatte (1) gehört, wobei der Vorsprung senkrecht zu der Platte und auf ihrer einem Fensterladen zugewandten Seite angeordnet ist, wobei der Vorsprung mit einem Gewindesackloch (3) geformt ist, das mit einem Klemmbolzen (4) zur Befestigung der Scharnierplatte (1) an dem Fensterladen zusammenwirkt,
    - dass eine Scharnierbuchse (9) via einen Flansch (7) mit einem Scharnierblock (6) mittels eines Paars vorstehender Teile (10, 11) verbunden ist, wobei die Letzteren senkrecht zu der Buchse stehen und entsprechend geformt sind,
    - dass die Scharnierbuchse (9) mit einem sich koaxial erstreckenden und fast elliptischen Durchloch (14) geformt ist, das mit einem Plättchen (15) in dem mittleren Bereich der longitudinalen Ausdehnung desselben versehen ist, wobei sich das Plättchen (15) transversal zu dem Loch (14) ausdehnt,
    - dass jedes der Enden der Scharnierbuchse (9) in dem Bereich einer Verbindung mit den vorstehenden Teilen (10, 11) mit einem Paar voneinander beabstandeter Positionierzapfen (16, 17) geformt ist,
    - dass Hülsen (18, 19) fest in das elliptische Durchloch (14) an jedem Endabschnitt der Scharnierbuchse (9) eingeführt sind, wobei die Hülsen den gleichen Querschnitt wie das Loch (14) haben und jeweils ein Sackloch und ein Durchloch aufweisen, geeignet zum Zusammenwirken mit einem Drehzapfen (T) eines Fensterladenhalters (N), wobei sich die in das elliptische Durchloch (14) der Scharnierbuchse (9) eingeführten Hülsen (18, 19) zu dem Bereich des Plättchens (15) erstrecken, so dass das Letztere in jeder Quernut (18', 19') liegt, die in dem Ende jeder der einander zugewandten Hülsen (18, 19) und über die gesamte transversale Dimension der Hülsen (18, 19) geformt ist,
    - dass die erste, d.h. die obere Hülse (18) auf ihrer ersten Seite von einem Blindflansch (20) geschlossen wird, der an seiner unteren Seite ein Paar voneinander beabstandete Vertiefungen (21, 22) aufweist, die geeignet sind, um die Positionierzapfen (16, 17) aufzunehmen, und
    - dass die zweite, d.h. die untere Hülse (19) an ihrem unteren Ende mit einem Flansch (23) geformt ist, der an seiner oberen Seite ein Paar voneinander beabstandete Vertiefungen (24, 25) aufweist, die geeignet sind, um die Positionierzapfen (16, 17) aufzunehmen, wobei der Flansch (23) der Hülse (19) über seine gesamte Dicke hinweg mit einer Nut (26) geformt ist, die vorgesehen ist, um einen Rasthaken (27) eines automatischen Schnappmechanismus (28) aufzunehmen, wenn der Fensterladen vollständig geöffnet ist.
  2. Scharnier nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rasthaken (27) des automatischen Schnappmechanismus (28) mit der äußeren Oberfläche des Flanschs (23) zusammenwirkt, bis der Fensterladen in der vollständig offenen Stellung ist.
  3. Scharnier nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Plättchen (15) der Scharnierbuchse (9) mit dem ringsumlaufenden Kanal (T3) zusammenwirkt, der in dem Drehzapfen (T) vorgesehen ist.
