Claims (5)
- Dispositif d'immobilisation en position (16) pour une fenêtre, une porte ou tout élément similaire, dans lequel, dans la position de fenêtre ouverte, une crémone (3), mobile dans plusieurs positions, est bloquée par une poignée (11) montée rotative, la poignée (11) comportant des moyens de blocage et les moyens de blocage étant réalisés pour bloquer le mouvement de rotation de la poignée (11) dans une position correspondant à au moins une des positions prévues de la crémone (3) et les moyens de blocage pouvant être désolidarisés par une pression sur la poignée (11), sachant que les moyens de blocage comportent un élément d'arrêt (21, 25) sur un arbre d'entraînement (17, 31) de la poignée (11) et une plaque d'arrêt (19, 28), prévue pour le montage sur un composant fixe et munie d'un évidement (20, 29) recevant de manière immobile en rotation l'élément d'arrêt (21, 25) dans des positions prévues de la poignée (11), la poignée (11) étant logée de manière mobile dans la direction de l'arbre d'entraînement (20, 29), caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'arrêt (21, 25) est fixé sur l'arbre d'entraînement (17, 31), en ce que l'évidement (20, 29) est ouvert dans la direction de pression de la poignée (11), en ce que l'élément d'arrêt (21) est réalisé sous la forme d'un téton d'arrêt (21) traversant l'arbre d'entraînement (17) de la poignée (11), et l'évidement (20), ménagé dans la plaque d'arrêt (19), est réalisé sous forme d'au moins une rainure, ou en ce que l'élément d'arrêt (25) est réalisé sous la forme d'une douille, fixée sur l'arbre d'entraînement (31) et ayant une section extérieure non ronde.
- Dispositif d'immobilisation en position selon au moins l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la poignée (11) comporte un élément de ressort (23, 27), par lequel les moyens de blocage sont précontraints dans la position de blocage.
- Dispositif d'immobilisation en position selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la plaque d'arrêt (19) est reliée à un bouclier (18) de la poignée (11).
- Dispositif d'immobilisation en position selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la plaque d'arrêt (28) est réalisée d'un seul tenant avec un bouclier (34) de la poignée (11).
- Dispositif d'immobilisation en position selon les revendications 2 et 4, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de ressort (23, 27) pour la précontrainte des moyens de blocage prend appui avec une extrémité sur la poignée (11) et avec son autre extrémité sur un cache (22) ou sur un manchon (32) du bouclier (34), assurant la précontrainte du cache (33).
