Claims (7)
- Dispositif de sécurité contre les fausses manoeuvres pour une ferrure à bielle d'un battant pouvant pivoter contre un cadre d'une fenêtre, d'une porte-fenêtre ou similaires avec un élément de verrouillage à fixer sur une bielle de la ferrure à bielle et avec un cliquet d'arrêt à loger de manière pivotante à côté de la bielle et pouvant être dévié en fonction de la position du battant par rapport au cadre, le cliquet d'arrêt générant dans une première position une liaison par complémentarité de formes avec l'élément de verrouillage et libérant dans une seconde position le mouvement de l'élément de verrouillage, caractérisé en ce qu'un support de palier (14) pour le logement du cliquet d'arrêt (15) et l'élément de verrouillage (19) sont reliés avant le montage sur la fenêtre via un support de montage (21) et en ce que le support de montage (21) présente un point destiné à la rupture (32, 33) pouvant être détruit avec peu de force.
- Dispositif de sécurité contre les fausses manoeuvres selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de verrouillage (19) présente un pied (24) et en ce que le pied (24) présente un ajustement serré ou par encliquetage avec un évidement (25) de la bielle (6).
- Dispositif de sécurité contre les fausses manoeuvres selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le support de montage (21) présente au moins une tige (30, 31), en ce que le point destiné à la rupture (32, 33) est disposé au milieu de la tige (30, 31) et en ce que respectivement une extrémité de la tige (30, 31) est enfoncée dans le support de palier (14) et l'élément de verrouillage (19).

- Dispositif de sécurité contre les fausses manoeuvres selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le support de palier (14) recouvre la bielle comme un pont et des éléments de fixation (17) sont disposés pour la fixation du support de palier (14) dans des composants de la fenêtre contigus à la bielle (6) dans respectivement une zone d'angle.
- Dispositif de sécurité contre les fausses manoeuvres selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité du cliquet d'arrêt (15) éloignée du crochet (26) présente un tâteur (16) pouvant être dévié lors du mouvement du battant (2) contre le cadre (1), dépassant du support de palier (14).
- Dispositif de sécurité contre les fausses manoeuvres selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le cliquet d'arrêt (15) est conçu de manière angulaire et présente sur une branche (28) le tâteur (16) et sur l'autre branche (29) le crochet (26) et en ce qu'un axe de palier (18) coupe le cliquet d'arrêt (15) dans la zone de rencontre des branches (28, 29).
