Definitions
- the invention relates to a closure element of a property, in particular a door, a window or the like. Furthermore, the invention relates to a method for locking the closure element.
- Closure elements for example, designed as doors, are known in real estate.
- a closure element may be provided with a so-called bar lock, which has a main bolt and - spaced apart - at least one additional bolt, so that the closure element is locked as securely as possible.
- a lock cylinder which in turn relocates the main bolt and - via a mechanism - the additional bolt for locking.
- main bar and auxiliary bolt In order to make the operation of such a lock possible, main bar and auxiliary bolt must be very smoothly displaced, otherwise the displacement force can not be applied by means of the key.
- a closure element of a property in particular a door, a window or the like is from the document DE 199 44 051 A1 known.
- the invention has for its object to provide a closure element of a property having a secure locking, regardless of whether the lock is light or stiff and in particular regardless of whether a wing element and / or a frame element of the closure element warped and / or misaligned is or not.
- the closure element is equipped with a lock system having a plurality of spaced apart locks, each on a frame member or wing element of Closure element are arranged and have lock elements which interact lockingly or unlocking with locking elements arranged on the wing element or frame element closing elements, the locks are designed as electrically powered suit locks and then independently lock each case automatically when the respective lock element the respectively associated locking element can engage.
- a lock system having a plurality of spaced apart locks, each on a frame member or wing element of Closure element are arranged and have lock elements which interact lockingly or unlocking with locking elements arranged on the wing element or frame element closing elements, the locks are designed as electrically powered suit locks and then independently lock each case automatically when the respective lock element the respectively associated locking element can engage.
- the locks are designed as suit locks, which means that in the course of the locking process, they use the closing element, so that the lock element of the lock engages behind the locking element of the closing element at the beginning of the locking operation and then in the course of the locking operation, so that lock and Closing element approach each other.
- a distorted or not exactly aligned wing element is thus used by the first active lock on the frame member, with the result that the delay and / or misalignment reduced by the elasticity of the components, so now the lock element of another, spaced castle active can be because then this lock element can engage behind the associated locking element of the corresponding closing element, so in turn carried out the locking process and thereby the wing element turn a bit further "straightened” and then it can cooperate, for example, another lock with another closing element, if the closure element also has a third lock and a third closing element and so on.
- the condition that a lock element of a lock can engage behind the associated locking element of the closing element is sensed by at least one sensor of the respective lock in that the locking element can travel sufficiently far into the lock element.
- the lock element is easily displaced, which detects said sensor and thereby starts an electric drive device, which serves to perform the locking operation.
- the individual locks of the closure element independently perform the locking process, so operate independently, so they - as explained above - make the locking of the closure element quasi after a "zipper principle". If there is no distortion or misalignment, it may also be possible for at least some of the locks of a closure element to perform the locking operation at the same time.
- the lock elements are designed as swivel traps. These shift around pivot axes, driven by the already mentioned electric drive device of each lock.
- the locking elements are designed as locking pins. They therefore have a pin-like shape and enter in particular radially to its longitudinal extent in the lock element and are then - retracted during the locking process - also in the radial direction.
- each pivotal latch has a pivot axis and has a receiving recess for the associated locking element.
- On the pivot axis has already been discussed above. It is provided that when locking the recorded in the receiving recess locking element is retracted by pivoting the pivot latch, so the suit lock unfolds its suit, in particular provided that when locking the recorded in the receiving recess locking element by pivoting the pivot latch in the direction of Swivel axis is moved, whereby the suit lock unfolds its suit effect.
- the frame element has a frame plane
- the locking pins have in their axial directions extending pin axes, wherein in the locked position of the closure element, the pivot axes and the pin axes parallel to or in the frame plane. Accordingly, the respective locking pin is displaced radially along its pin axis during the locking operation, whereby the wing member is pressed against the frame member.
- the mentioned frame level of the Frame member is clamped by the legs of the frame of the closure element.
- a development of the invention provides that the pivot axis of each pivotal latch extends parallel to the journal axis of the associated locking pin. This is also the case in the locked position of the closure element.
- the wing element is mounted laterally pivotable about a vertical axis on the frame member.
- the closure element can therefore rotate open. The rotational movement takes place around the vertical axis.
- the closure element has on the opposite side of the vertical axis of the plurality of locks, wherein the wing member has a plurality of closing elements, which are also in the locked state on the opposite side of the vertical axis of the closure element.
- At least one lock and at least one closing element are additionally arranged on the side of the closure element having the vertical axis.
- a lock on the hinge side of the closure element is made.
- At least one lock and at least one closing element can also be arranged in the horizontal region of the closure element.
- This horizontal region extends offset by 90 ° to the vertical axis of the closure element, wherein the closure element has at least one lock and at least one closure element, preferably a plurality of locks and a plurality of closure elements, which lie in this horizontal region.
- the horizontal limbs of the frame element and the wing element are meant or it is meant the upper horizontal region of the wing element and the upper leg of the frame element.

- the inlet slot 62 extends parallel to the end wall 18.
- the inlet slot 62 is funnel-shaped on the input side by corresponding oblique course 63, whereby a drogue for the locking element 8 is formed, which ensures automatic height compensation.
- the height of the receiving recess 58 extends only over a region of the thickness of the pivot latch 41, so that the upper side 53 of the pivot latch 41 is designed to be closed and thereby has a high mechanical strength.
- a spring 64 ( Figures 3 and 5 ), which turns around the stud bolt 25 and has two end arms 65, wherein the one end arm 65 is supported on the pivot latch 41 and the other end arm 65 on the lock housing 13 under prestress.
- this has a stop surface 66 which can cooperate with a mating surface 67 of the lock housing 13 (see FIG. 4 ).
- pivot latch 41 can be fixed, in particular clamped, is. If the pivot latch 41 is subsequently inserted into the lock housing 13, this is done in such a way that the corresponding end arm 65 of the spring 64 is introduced into a recess of the lock housing 13, the pivot latch 41 is rotated to generate a bias of the spring 64 and simultaneously pressed into the end position becomes.
- a control device 69 is housed - mostly in a demarcated compartment 68 - which has a printed circuit board 70 with control electronics and electrical connections 71, the latter are accessible by means of an incision 72 of the lock housing 13 from the outside.

- each blocking element 42 is associated with a Sensoran horrelement 75.
- each blocking element 42 has a recess 79, which is formed in particular as a blind hole.
- the associated Sensoran horrelement 75 is the associated Sensoran horrelement 75.
- the Sensoran horrelement 76 is associated with the pivot latch 41.
- the pivot latch 41 has a recess 80 in which the sensor drive element 76 is located.
- the sensor 73 can cooperate with the Sensoran Kunststoff instituten 75, in such a way that with the sensor 73 always preferably that of the three Sensoran Kunststoff institute 75 temporarily cooperates, depending on the rotational position of the Drehsperrglieds 39 the sensor 73 closest ,
- the sensor 74 is opposite to the sensor drive element 76, wherein the distance between these components changes depending on the pivot position of the pivot latch 41. From all of this, it will be understood that the sensor 73 is capable of sensing the rotational angular position of the rotary locking member 39 and thus the positions of the locking members 42 and that the sensor 74 is capable of detecting the pivotal position of the pivoting latch 41.
- the respective information of the sensors 73 and 74 is thus available to the control device 69.
- FIGS. Figures 1 and 2 show, that is, the wing member 3 is in an open state. If, for example, the door 1 is closed by a person who wants to leave the property, the person has an external knob 90 (FIG. Figures 1 and 2 ) and the wing element 3 pivots on the frame 4 about the vertical axis 5, the situation results in accordance FIG. 6 with respect to the lock 6. Below, only one of the locks 6 will be discussed, with corresponding situations occurring in the other locks 6 of the door 1.
- FIGS. 6 to 9 each show on the left side schematically the position of the preferably designed as a locking pin 9 locking element 8 in the inlet slot 62 of the castle 6.
- FIG. 6 occurs when closing the door 1, the locking element 8 at least partially into the inlet slot 62 and the receiving recess 58 and thereby acts on a side wall of the receiving recess 58, with the result that upon further entry in accordance with FIG. 7 the pivot latch 41 is pivoted a little way.
- the mentioned closing of the closure element is detected by the displacement of the pivot latch 41 by the control device 69 in that the sensor 74 of the circuit board 70 detects the new position of the adjacent sensor control element 76 of the pivot latch 41.
- the control device 69 starts the electric motor 36, which via the gear 34, the rotary locking member 39 in the only one direction of rotation (in the exemplary embodiment in the clockwise direction) drives.
- the relevant locking element 42 occurs against the control cam 56 and thereby rotates the pivot latch 41.
- the locking element 9 is further retracted in this and in the inlet slot 62 due to the corresponding, in particular curved course of the receiving recess 58.
- the respective locks 6 of the closure element 2 therefore form suit locks 6 '.
- the rotary locking member 39 is in the position according to FIG. 8 rotated, this position corresponds to the locking position. In this position, the electric motor 36 turns off. Switching off takes place by means of the already mentioned control device 69 by sensing the position of the rotary locking member 39, since this position is detected by interaction of the sensor 73 on the printed circuit board 70 and the adjacent sensor element 75.
- control cam 56 is made such that an optimal force-displacement ratio is present, which is therefore initially a lot of way with little force and later little way with a lot of force to almost infinite force.
- the anti-rotation member 39 preferably has a uniform speed, and the rotational speed of the pivotal latch 41 is decreased due to the present eccentricity. This benefits the closing force curve, which is initially low and then rises sharply to the end position, that is, the contact pressure generated increases sharply. This has the consequence that the wing member 3 is strongly pressed against an existing seal on the frame 4. In the position according to FIG. 8 the contact pressure forces occurring are derived by the present dead center position in the pivot bearing 59 torque-free.
- FIGS. 1, 2 and FIGS. 10 to 14 show the closure element 2 designed as a door 1, which is formed with a lock system 129.
- the lock system 129 is formed by a plurality of locks 6 and closing elements 7, the locks 6 being designed as tightening locks 6 '. While in the Figures 1 and 2 on the opposite side of the vertical axis 5 of the closure element 2 four suit locks 6 'and four closing elements 7 are shown, show the FIGS. 10 to 14 - For the sake of simplicity - only two suit locks 6 'and two closing elements 7; however, this is sufficient for explaining the function.
- the frame 4 of the closure element 2 forms a frame member 130 which spans a frame plane 134, which in the Figures 1 and 2 as well as 10 to 14 is not shown in detail.
- the upper, horizontally extending region of the closure element 2 forms a horizontal region 136.
- at least one suit lock and a closure element can be arranged. The same applies to the lower part of the door, that is to say for the threshold 137.
- the closure element 2 In addition to the two locks 6, which are designed as tightening locks 6 ', and the two closing elements 7, the closure element 2 an optional base lock 138 and provided with a buzzer 139 strike plate 140.
- the base lock 138 is provided with a pusher 141 and a lock cylinder 142, the latter being key-operated.
- an electrical supply line 143 is shown, at which the two locks 6 'and the buzzer 139 are electrically connected to provide electrical energy for operation or to transmit switching operations and so on.
- the supply line 143 is formed according to multi-core.
- the base lock 138 has a latch 144, which can be actuated by means of the pusher 141. Further, the base lock 138 has a latch 145 which is actuated by means of the key-operated lock cylinder 142.
- FIG. 11 shows in a dashed box drawn various driving options, namely a keypad, a finger sensor, a Bluetooth connection and a radio key connection.
- driving options namely a keypad, a finger sensor, a Bluetooth connection and a radio key connection.
- actuators conceivable. If a corresponding actuating element is actuated for unlocking the closure element 2, this leads to an unlocking of the two tightening locks 6 'and to the triggering of the buzzer 139 (it is assumed that the base lock 138 is not locked by means of the bolt 145). Consequently, the wing member 131 can be rotatably opened about the vertical axis 5, so that the situation according to FIG. 12 results.
- the pusher 141 is in the state of FIG. 12 locked, that is, he can not be depressed.
- the locking of the pusher 141 is optional, and advisable when the locking pin 9 of the closing elements 7 can be withdrawn by means of the pusher 141, for example, to make an emergency release in the event of a power failure.
- the latter means that the Pusher 141 is coupled via a non-illustrated power transmission path with the locking pin 9 so that they can be withdrawn.
- the opening process is in the FIG. 12 illustrated by an arrow 146. If a closing process to be initiated in the FIG. 13 is illustrated by the arrow 147, the two locking pins 9 enter the lock elements 132, namely the pivoting traps 41, and it results in the respective suit lock 6 'of the locking operation according to the FIGS. 6 to 8 together with the associated description.
