Claims (43)

  1. Vorrichtung (1) zum Biegen der Wimpern, umfassend:
    - ein Heizorgan (4),
    - zwei Reihen von vorstehenden Elementen (6), die jeweils zu beiden Seiten des Heizorgans (4) angeordnet sind, wobei die vorstehenden Elemente zwischen sich Räume (15) freilassen, die das Eintreten der Wimpern in diese gestatten, wobei das Heizorgan (4) und die Reihen (5) von vorstehenden Elementen (6) so ausgebildet sind, dass sie nacheinander wahlweise gestatten, entweder die vorstehenden Elemente (6) zu verwenden, um die Wimpern ohne Kontakt von diesen mit dem Heizorgan (4) zu trennen und ohne sie der von dem Heizorgan bei Betrieb abgegebenen Wärme auszusetzen, oder die Wimpern zu biegen, indem sie der von dem Heizorgan (4) abgegebenen Wärme ausgesetzt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Höhe der vorstehenden Elemente zwischen 3 und 10 mm beträgt.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Organ sich in Längsrichtung in einer Längsmittelebene erstreckt.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, umfassend einen Träger (8), wobei das Heizorgan mit dem Träger (8) fest verbunden ist und die vorstehenden Elemente (6) durch Formung von Werkstoff mit dem Träger (8) gebildet sind.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Heizorgan (4) sich in einer im Allgemeinen gekrümmten Achse erstreckt und die Reihen (5) von vorstehenden Elementen (6) sich in einer allgemein gekrümmten Achse, insbesondere im Wesentlichen parallel zur Achse des Heizorgans, erstrecken.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die vorstehenden Elemente während der Verwendung mit dem Heizorgan fest verbunden sind und die Vorrichtung eine Kappe (20) zum Schutz der vorstehenden Elemente umfasst, wobei diese Kappe das Trockenhalten der vorstehenden Elemente bei Nichtverwendung gestattet.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, umfassend eine Mittellängsebene, wobei mindestens vorstehende Elemente einer Reihe von vorstehenden Elementen sich von der Mittellängsebene entfernen, wenn man sich ihrem freien Ende nähert.
  7. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, wobei die mindestens vorstehenden Elemente mit der Mittellängsebene einen Winkel zwischen 10 und 45° oder zwischen 15 und 40° oder auch zwischen 20 und 35°, beispielsweise etwa 25°, bilden.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine Reihe (5) von vorstehenden Elementen (6) sich auf mindestens einen Teil ihrer Länge im Wesentlichen parallel zu dem Heizorgan (4) erstreckt.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine Reihe von vorstehenden Elementen sich ganz auf einer Seite des Heizorgans erstreckt.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie keine insbesondere mit Innengewinde versehene Buchse zur Befestigung auf einem Behälter aufweist.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie keine rotationszylindrische Stange zwischen einem Kopf (3) der Vorrichtung, der das Heizorgan und mindestens eine Reihe von vorstehenden Elementen trägt, und einem Greiforgan der Vorrichtung aufweist.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie keine Abstreifvorrichtung aufweist.
  13. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Heizorgan (4) von einem elektrischen Strom durchflossen ist, wenn es erhitzt wird.
  14. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Anspruche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens eine Reihe (5) von vorstehenden Elementen umfasst, die mindestens 7 vorstehende Elemente, insbesondere zwischen 7 und 35 vorstehende Elemente, umfasst.
  15. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Reihen (5) bezüglich einer Mittelsymmetrieebene (P), die die Längsachse (X) des Heizorgans (4) enthält, symmetrisch angeordnet sind.
  16. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vorstehenden Elemente (6) Zähne umfassen, die durch Formen von Kunststoff hergestellt sind.
  17. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vorstehenden Elemente (6) Zähne umfassen, die durch Formung von Kunststoff einstückig mit einem Träger (8) hergestellt sind.
  18. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Heizorgan auf dem Träger (8) angeordnet ist.
  19. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie mindestens ein vorstehendes Element, besser mindestens eine Reihe von vorstehenden Elementen umfasst, die auf einem das Heizorgan (4) tragenden Teil (8c) angebracht ist.
  20. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie zwei seitliche Teile umfasst, die jeweils eine Reihe von Zähnen tragen, wobei diese seitlichen Teile (8a, 8b) an einem mittleren Teil (8c) angebracht sind.
  21. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Heizorgan (4) auf dem mittleren Teil (8c) angeordnet ist.
  22. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die freien Enden (11) der vorstehenden Elemente (6) mindestens einer Reihe (5) gemäß einer nach außen konkaven Linie (C) angeordnet sind, die an die Krümmung des Augenlids angepasst ist.
  23. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Heizorgan (4) sich gemäß einer nach außen konkaven gekrümmten Längsachse erstreckt.
  24. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vorstehenden Elemente im Wesentlichen parallel zu einer Mittellängsebene (P) der Vorrichtung gerichtet sind.
  25. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vorstehenden Elemente (6) ein freies Ende (11) umfassen, das auf eine Mittellängsebene (P) der Vorrichtung zu gerichtet ist.
  26. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vorstehenden Elemente (6) ein freies Ende (11) umfassen, das sich von einer Mittellängsebene (P) der Vorrichtung entfernt.
  27. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vorstehenden Elemente (6) einer Reihe so ausgebildet sind, dass sie zwischen sich Räume (15) bilden, wenn die Vorrichtung in einer zu ihrer Längsachse senkrechten Richtung von der Seite betrachtet wird.
  28. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Räume (15) in der Form von V-förmigen Nuten vorliegen.
  29. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vorstehenden Elemente (6) aus einem Kunststoff hergestellt sind, der die von dem Heizorgan (4) maximal erreichte Temperatur aushält.
  30. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekenntzeichnet, dass sie eine mit dem Heizorgan (4) verbundene autonome Stromversorgung umfasst.
  31. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung eine Schutzkappe umfasst.
  32. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kappe an dem Rest der Vorrichtung durch Einklinken befestigt wird.
  33. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vorstehenden Elemente eine in Richtung auf ihr freies Ende zugespitzte Form aufweisen.
  34. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die vorstehenden Elemente einer Reihe sich abwechselnd zu beiden Seiten einer geometrischen Trennfläche (S) erstrecken.
  35. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung einen Träger (8) umfasst, von dem eine Seite (9) allgemein nach außen konkav ist.
  36. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung Rippen (13) umfasst, um das Augenlid vor einem Kontakt mit dem Heizorgan (4) zu schützen.
  37. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rippen (13) sich im Allgemeinen quer zur Längsachse (X) der Vorrichtung erstrecken.
  38. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rippen (13) einen abgerundeten oberen Rand aufweisen.
  39. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Heizorgan (4) keine Räume bildet, in die die Wimpern eintreten könnten.
  40. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie umfasst:
    i. zwei Reihen (5) von vorstehenden Elementen (6), die jeweils zu beiden Seiten des Heizorgans (4) angeordnet sind, wobei die vorstehenden Elemente einer Reihe sich abwechselnd zu beiden Seiten einer geometrischen Trennfläche (S) erstrecken;
    ii. einen die vorstehenden Elemente tragenden Träger (8), von dem eine Seite (9) allgemein nach außen konkav ist, und
    iii. Rippen (13) zum Schützen des Augenlids vor einem Kontakt mit dem Heizorgan (4), die sich allgemein quer zur Längsachse (X) der Vorrichtung erstrecken, wobei die Rippen (13) einen abgerundeten oberen Rand aufweisen.
  41. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie umfasst:
    i. zwei Reihen (5) von vorstehenden Elementen (6), die jeweils zu beiden Seiten des Heizorgans (4) angeordnet sind, wobei die vorstehenden Elemente einer Reihe vollständig in einer Linie liegen,
    ii. einen die vorstehenden Elemente tragenden Träger (8), von dem eine Seite (9) allgemein nach außen konkav ist, und
    iii. Rippen (13) zum Schützen des Augenlids vor einem Kontakt mit dem Heizorgan (4), die sich allgemein quer zur Längsachse (X) der Vorrichtung erstrecken, wobei die Rippen (13) einen abgerundeten oberen Rand aufweisen.
  42. Verfahren zum Biegen der Wimpern, umfassend die folgenden Schritte:
    - nach Auftragen eines Produkts auf die Wimpern, insbesondere Mascara, die Wimpern trennen, indem mindestens eine Reihe (5) von vorstehenden Elementen (6) einer Vorrichtung, wie sie in einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche definiert ist, verwendet wird, ohne die Wimpern während dieses Arbeitsgangs anhaltend der von dem Heizorgan (4) abgegebenen Wärme auszusetzen,
    - die Wimpern biegen, indem man sie der von dem Heizorgan abgegebenen Wärme aussetzt.
  43. Verfahren zum Biegen der Wimpern mit Hilfe einer Vorrichtung, wie sie in einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 41 definiert ist, bei dem:
    - man die Wimpern biegt, indem man sie der von dem Heizorgan abgegebenen Wärme aussetzt, wobei die Wimpern gleichzeitig zwischen die vorstehenden Elemente (6) eingeführt gehalten werden.
