Claims (41)

  1. Vorrichtung (1) zum Auftragen eines Produkts auf die Keratinfasern, insbesondere die Wimpern oder Augenbrauen, umfassend:
    - einen Produktkuchen (P) und
    - eine Auftrageinrichtung (10; 40; 60; 80), wobei die Auftrageinrichtung umfasst:
    - ein Greiforgan (11) mit einer Längsachse (K),
    - ein Auftragelement, das einen Halter (13) und Borsten (15) umfasst,
    wobei der Halter (13) biegsam ist, so dass er sich mindestens um eine geometrische Achse verformen kann, die zu der Längsachse (K) im Wesentlichen senkrecht ist,
    wobei diese Vorrichtung dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass der Halter mindestens zwei Abschnitte (13a) umfasst, die jeweils Borsten, die sich auf mindestens einer Seite des Halters erstrecken, und eine Zone (13b) bevorzugter Verformung zwischen diesen Abschnitten umfassen, und/oder die Auftrageinrichtung ein bewegliches Element (42; 61) umfasst, das mit dem Halter (13) zusammenwirken kann, um dessen Form zu verändern, wobei der Halter Borsten umfasst, die sich auf mindestens einer Seite des Halters erstrecken.
  2. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Halter mindestens zwei Abschnitte (13a), die jeweils sich auf mindestens einer Seite des Halters erstreckende Borsten umfassen, und eine Zone (13b) der bevorzugten Verformung zwischen diesen Abschnitten umfasst.
  3. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zone der bevorzugten Verformung (13b) durch eine Querschnittsverringerung gebildet ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der beiden vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zone bevorzugter Verformung (13b) durch einen Gelenkteil gebildet ist, der durch Formung einstückig mit den Abschnitten hergestellt ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zone (13b) bevorzugter Verformung durch einen Gelenkteil gebildet ist, der aus einem anderen Werkstoff als die Abschnitte hergestellt ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abschnitte (13a) Borsten (15) tragen und dass die Zonen (13b) bevorzugter Verformung keine Borsten aufweisen.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anzahl dieser Abschnitte (13a) zwischen 2 und 15, insbesondere zwischen 3 und 8, beträgt.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auftrageinrichtung ein bewegliches Element (42; 61) umfasst, das mit dem Halter (13) zusammenwirken kann, um seine Form zu verändern, wobei der Halter Borsten umfasst, die sich auf mindestens einer Seite des Halters erstrecken.
  9. Vorrichtung nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das bewegliche Element (42; 61) in oder auf dem Halter (13) des Auftragelements gleiten kann.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der beiden unmittelbar vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das bewegliche Element (61) mit einer Außenfläche des Halters so zusammenwirken kann, dass dessen Form geändert wird.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 und 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Halter innen eine Aufnahme (41) umfasst, in die das bewegliche Element (42) eingeführt sein kann.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das bewegliche Element (42) eine Formspeicherung aufweist.
  13. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auftrageinrichtung ein Greiforgan (11) umfasst, mit dem der Halter (13) verbunden ist, dass das bewegliche Element sich bezüglich des Greiforgans und des Halters bewegen kann,
    wobei die Auftrageinrichtung so ausgebildet ist, dass die Form des beweglichen Elements (42) sich ändert, wenn das bewegliche Element bezüglich des Greiforgans und des Halters verlagert wird.
  14. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Greiforgan (11) gemäß einer im Wesentlichen geradlinigen Achse langgestreckt ist, dass das bewegliche Element (42) eine im Wesentlichen geradlinige Form annehmen kann, wenn es in oder auf dem Greiforgan ist, und eine gekrümmte Form, wenn es in oder auf dem Halter ist.
  15. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Halter einen im Wesentlichen konstanten Außenquerschnitt aufweist.
  16. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Teil des Halters aus einem elastisch verformbaren Werkstoff, insbesondere aus einem thermoplastischen Elastomer, hergestellt ist.
  17. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Halter mindestens einen starren Abschnitt (13a) umfasst.
  18. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der starre Abschnitt (13a) Borsten (15) trägt.
  19. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Halter (13) sich im Ruhezustand längs einer im Wesentlichen geradlinigen Längsachse erstreckt.
  20. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Halter (13) sich im Ruhezustand längs einer nicht geradlinigen, insbesondere gekrümmten Längsachse (A; B) erstreckt.
  21. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Borsten (15) sich nicht um den ganzen Halter herum erstrecken, insbesondere sich nur auf einer Seite des Halters erstrecken.
  22. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auftrageinrichtung ein Greiforgan (11) umfasst und dass der Halter (13) mit dem Greiforgan über ein Ende verbunden ist, das bezüglich des Greiforgans axial feststehend ist.
  23. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Halter Löcher (20) umfasst, die jeweils ein Borstenbüschel aufnehmen.
  24. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Löcher auf dem Halter in einer Linie angeordnet sind, versetzt angeordnet sind oder in mindestens zwei parallelen Reihen angeordnet sind.
  25. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auftragelement mindestens ein Borstenbüschel (15) umfasst, das in einem Loch (20) des Halters durch eine Verformung des Lochs nach Einführung der Borsten gehalten wird.
  26. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auftragelement mindestens ein Borstenbüschel umfasst, das in dem Halter, insbesondere in einem Sackloch des Halters, durch eine Klammer gehalten ist.
  27. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auftragelement mindestens ein Borstenbüschel umfasst, das auf dem Halter durch örtliches Schmelzen des Halters und/oder der Borsten gehalten wird.
  28. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auftragelement mindestens eine Borste umfasst, die auf dem Halter durch Aufformen des Halters auf die Borste gehalten wird.
  29. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Halter mindestens ein Sackloch (24) umfasst, das einem durchgehenden Loch, das ein Borstenbüschel aufnimmt, zugeordnet ist.
  30. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Halter mindestens ein Loch (20) umfasst, das ein Borstenbüschel (15) enthält und einen zwischen seinen beiden Enden nicht konstanten Querschnitt aufweist.
  31. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Auftragelement Borsten (15) umfasst, die eine zwischen dem Halter und ihrem freien Ende gemessene Länge aufweisen, die größer als oder gleich 3,5 mm, insbesondere größer als oder gleich 8 mm, und kleiner als oder gleich 15 mm ist.
  32. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Halter auf der den Borsten entgegengesetzten Seite im Wesentlichen keine vorstehenden Elemente aufweist.
  33. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Halter auf der den Borsten (15) entgegengesetzten Seite mit vorstehenden Elementen (90) versehen ist.
  34. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auftrageinrichtung ein Greiforgan (11) von langgestreckter Form mit einer Längsachse umfasst und dass das Auftragelement Borsten (15) umfasst, die sich im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu dieser Längsachse erstrecken.
  35. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Halter mindestens eine Durchbrechung insbesondere in seiner Mitte aufweist.
  36. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 35, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Halter eine insbesondere im Wesentlichen rechteckige oder kreisförmige Ringform aufweist.
  37. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie ein Gehäuse umfasst, das mindestens eine Aufnahme zum Aufnehmen des Produktkuchens (P) und eine Aufnahme zum Aufnehmen der Auftrageinrichtung umfasst.
  38. Verfahren zum Schminken der Keratinfasern, insbesondere der Wimpern oder Augenbrauen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    - Laden eines Auftragelements, das einen verformbaren Halter (13) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 36 umfasst, mit Produkt, das auf einem Produktkuchen entnommen wird,
    - Ändern der Form des Auftragelements, indem der Halter verformt wird, vor Auftragen des Produkts auf die Keratinfasern.
  39. Schminkverfahren nach dem vorhergehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man das Auftragelement mit Produkt lädt, indem man mit dem Finger auf den Halter des Auftragelements drückt, um es an die Form des Produktkuchens anzuschmiegen.
  40. Schminkverfahren nach einem der beiden unmittelbar vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Form der Auftrageinrichtung nach Laden mit Produkt ändert, indem man das Auftragelement loslässt, wobei dieses durch Elastizität eine Anfangsform wieder annimmt.
  41. Schminkverfahren nach Anspruch 38, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Form der Auftrageinrichtung nach Laden mit Produkt ändert, indem man auf ein bewegliches Element (42; 61) einwirkt.
