Claims (64)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Konditionierung und zur Applikation eines Produktes auf die Wimpern oder die Augenbrauen, die aufweist, einen Behälter (11), der einen Vorrat des Produktes (P) enthält, und eine Applikationseinrichtung (12), die einen Schaft (13) aufweist, der an einem Ende mit einem Applikationselement (14; 40; 50; 60; 80; 90) ausgebildet ist, wobei eine obere Oberfläche (T) des Steges zwischen einem freien Ende (f) von jedem Zahn und einem unteren Ende (B) von jedem Zahn vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Applikationselement zumindest eine Anordnung von Zähnen (15a, 15b) aufweist, die abwechselnd von den zwei Seiten angeordnet sind, sich in Richtungen genau entgegengesetzt von einem Steg (16; 42; 52; 81) drehen bzw. wenden.
  2. Vorrichtung nach dem Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Zwischenraum zwischen den oberen Abschnitten von zumindest zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Zähnen bzw. Zacken ausgebildet ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach dem Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zwischenraum (20) ausgebildet ist, um es den Wimpern zu ermöglichen, den Steg (16) zu erreichen.
  4. Vorrichtung nach dem Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zwischenraum ausgebildet ist, um es den Wimpern zu ermöglichen, den Steg zu erreichen.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zwischenraum die Gestalt von einer Kerbe bzw. einem Ausschnitt hat.
  6. Vorrichtung nach dem voranstehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Boden der Kerbe bzw. des Ausschnitts sich in einem Abstand von dem Steg von über oder gleich 0,2 mm befindet.
  7. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die oberen Abschnitte der Zähne zwischen einander Kerben bzw. Ausschnitte (54) ausbilden.
  8. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest zwei aufeinanderfolgende Zähne (51a; 51b) genau bzw. deutlich aneinander anstoßende Basen haben.
  9. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei aufeinanderfolgende Zähne sich überlappende Basen haben.
  10. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Basen der Zähne sich überlappen, wenn der Kamm von der Seite betrachtet wird.
  11. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die ersten und zweiten aufeinanderfolgenden Zähne Basen haben, die in der Weise angeordnet sind, dass ein Abschnitt der Basis des ersten Zahns in der gleichen axialen Stellung längs des Applikationselementes ist, wie ein Abschnitt der Basis des zweiten Zahns.
  12. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest ein Zahn eine Weite hat, die über seine Größe hinausgeht, wobei die Weite senkrecht zu der Längsachse des Steges gemessen wird und die Größe parallel zu der Längsachse des Steges gemessen wird.
  13. Vorrichtung nach dem voranstehenden Anspruch, in welcher die Beziehung bzw. das Verhältnis von der Weite von der Basis von einem Zahn zu seiner Größe größer oder gleich 1,2, sogar 1, 4 ist.
  14. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, in welcher die Basen von benachbarten Zähnen eine mit der anderen verbunden sind, wobei die Vorrichtung aufweist, zumindest eine Kerbe bzw. Einschnitt zwischen zwei benachbarten Zähnen, die bzw. der auf der gleichen Seite des Steges angeordnet sind.
  15. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zähne (41a, 41b) sich genau über die Höhe des Applikationselementes erstrecken.
  16. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Umhüllung des Applikationselementes eine zylindrische Oberlfäche ist.
  17. Vorrichtung nach dem voranstehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Leitlinie der zylindrischen Oberlfäche eine Kurve ist, die durch die Wiedervereinigung von einem Halbkreis im unteren Teil und einem umgekehrten V im oberen Teil gebildet ist.
  18. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der transversale Abschnitt des mittleren bzw. medianen Steges weniger als ungefähr die Hälfte von dem gesamten transversalen Abschnitt des Applikationselementes darstellt.
  19. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zähne durch Formung aus einem einzigen Stück mit dem Steg vorzugsweise aus einem Kunststoffmaterial verwirklicht sind.
  20. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Applikationselement durch ein Stück gebildet ist, das auf den Schaft (13) der Applikationseinrichtung aufgesetzt ist.
  21. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Applikationselement in einer abnehmbaren Weise auf dem Schaft der Applikationseinrichtung festgelegt ist.
  22. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Applikationselement durch Formung aus einem Kunststoffmaterial aus einem einzigen Stück mit dem Schaft der Applikationseinrichtung verwirklicht ist.
  23. Vorrichtung nach dem Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fuß- bzw. Grundfläche durch Formung aus Kunststoffmaterial von einem einzigen Stück mit dem Schaft der Applikationseinrichtung und mit Mitteln zum genauen Abdichten zum Schließen des Behälters in einer dichten Weise verwirklicht ist.
  24. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Applikationselement aus einem Kunststoffmaterial mit Flexibilität verwirklicht ist, da dieses zur Verwirklichung des Schaftes der Applikationseinrichtung dient.
  25. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Applikationselement aus einem Kunststoffmaterial mit Härte verwirklicht ist, da dieses zur Verwirklichung des Schaftes der Applikationseinrichtung verwendet wird.
  26. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die aufeinanderfolgenden Zähne abwechselnd zu einem Teil und zu dem anderen Teil einer geometrischen Trennfläche (S) angeordnet sind.
  27. Vorrichtung nach dem voranstehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die geometrische Trennfläche (S) eine Ebene ist, vorteilhafterweise eine mediane Fläche für den Steg.
  28. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der zwei unmittelbar voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die geometrische Trennfläche (S) eine Verbindungsebene für die Formung des Applikationselementes ist.
  29. Vorrichtung nach dem Anspruch 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die geometrische Trennfläche eine zylindrische Fläche ist, deren Leitlinie eine Kurve oder eine gebrochene bzw. gepunktete Linie ist.
  30. Vorrichtung nach dem Anspruch 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die geometrische Trennfläche nicht eben ist.
  31. Vorrichtung nach dem voranstehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die geometrische Trennfläche spiralig bzw. spiralig eingerollt ist.
  32. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zähen vordere und/oder hintere Flächen senkrecht zu der Z-Achse des Steges darstellen oder einen spitzen oder stumpfen Winkel mit dieser ausbilden.
  33. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anordnung von Zähnen, eine erste Reihe von Zähnen, deren vordere und/oder hintere Flächen im Verhältnis zu der Achse des Steges geneigt sind, und eine zweite Reihe von Zähnen aufweist, deren vordere und/oder hintere Flächen in einer abweichenden Weise von der der Zähne von der ersten Reihe im Verhältnis zu der Achse des Steges geneigt sind, wobei die Zähne der ersten Reihe und jene der zweiten Reihe abwechselnd zumindest teilweise einerseits und andererseits einer geometrischen Trennfläche bzw. Trennebene vorgesehen sind.
  34. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zähne aufweisen, erste und zweite aufeinanderfolgende Zähne, wobei der erste Zahn ein freies Ende hat, das in Richtung eines ersten Endes des Applikationselementes gerichtet ist, und der zweite Zahn ein freies Ende hat, das in Richtung eines zweiten Endes des Applikationselementes gerichtet ist.
  35. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei aufeinanderfolgende Zähne freie Enden aufweisen, die in Verlängerung von einem zum anderen orientiert sind, wenn das Applikationselement entlang seiner Längsachse (Fig. 11) betrachtet wird.
  36. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 34, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei aufeinanderfolgende Zähne frei Enden aufweisen, die das eine in Richtung des anderen orientiert sind, wenn das Applikationselement entlang seiner Längsachse betrachtet wird (Fig. 10).
  37. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 34, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass, wenn das Applikationselement in seiner Achse (Z) betrachtet wird, zwei aufeinanderfolgende Zähne freie Enden (132) haben, die genau parallel sind.
  38. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich zwei benachbarte Zähne überlappen, wenn das Applikationselement entlang seiner Längsachse betrachtet wird.
  39. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest ein Zahn eine konkave oder konvexe Fläche hat, die in Richtung der einen der Enden des Applikationselementes gerichtet ist.
  40. Vorrichtung nach dem voranstehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest zwei aufeinanderfolgende Zähne konkave oder konvexe Flächen haben, die in Richtung des einen Endes des Applikationselementes gerichtet sind.
  41. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Applikationselement eine erste Reihe von Zähnen, die auf einer Seite einer geometrischen Trennfläche angeordnet sind, und eine zweite Reihe von Zähnen aufweist, die auf der anderen Seite dieser geometrischen Trennfläche angeordnet sind, in Abwechslung bzw. alternierend mit den Zähnen der ersten Reihe, wobei die Zähne der ersten Reihe ihre Flächen vor deren Flächen bzw. hinter deren Flächen konkav oder konvex, zu der Richtung der vorderen bzw. zu der Richtung der hinteren haben, und die Zähne der zweiten Reihe haben ihre vorderen bzw. hinteren Flächen konkav oder konvex in Richtung der vorderen, bzw. in Richtung der hinteren.

Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Applikationselement eine erste Reihe von Zähnen, die auf einer Seite einer geometrischen Trennfläche angeordnet sind, und eine zweite Reihe von Zähnen aufweist, die auf der anderen Seite dieser geometrischen Trennfläche angeordnet sind, in Abwechslung bzw. alternierend mit den Zähnen der ersten Reihe, wobei die Zähne der ersten Reihe ihre vorderen Flächen bzw. hinteren Flächen konkav oder konvex in Richtung der vorderen, bzw. in Richtung der hinteren haben, und die Zähne der zweiten Reihe ihre hinteren Flächen, bzw. vorderen Flächen, eben haben.
  43. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese eine einzige Anordnung von Zähnen aufweist.
  44. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 42, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese mehrere Anordnungen von Zähnen aufweist.
  45. Vorrichtung nach dem voranstehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anordnungen von Zähnen und die entsprechenden Stege in einer Weise angeordnet sind, um sich exakt in der Verlängerung der entsprechenden Seiten von dem Sockel bzw. der Grundplatte in dem Falle zu erstrecken, in welchem dieser letztere einen polygonalen Abschnitt vorzuweisen hat oder in der Weise, in welcher die Basen der Zähne sich genau bzw. deutlich tangential zu dem Sockel bzw. der Grundplatte verbinden, wenn dieser letztere einen nicht polygonalen Abschnitt darstellt.
  46. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest ein Zahn einen hohlen Abschnitt hat, der sich bevorzugt entlang zumindest eines Abschnittes von seiner Länge erstreckt, wobei zumindest eine Fläche von dem Zahn eine Öffnung vorzuweisen hat, die auf diesem hohlen Abschnitt mündet.
  47. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest ein Zahn geschäumt bzw. beflockt ist.
  48. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Applikationselement zumindest zwei gegenüberliegende Enden hat, wobei eines der Enden an ein Teil des distalen Endes des Schaftes angeschlossen ist.
  49. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Höhe der Zähne zwischen ungefähr 0,5 mm und 15 mm enthalten ist, und insbesondere zwischen ungefähr 7 mm und 13 mm enthalten ist.
  50. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese aufweist, mehrere Stege und mehrere Anordnungen von aufeinanderfolgenden Zähnen, wobei die aufeinanderfolgenden Zähne abwechselnd auf den gegenüberliegenden Flächen des entsprechenden Steges angeordnet sind.
  51. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese außerdem einen Sockel bzw. eine Grundplatte aufweist, auf welcher die Zähne und der Steg angeordnet sind.
  52. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Applikationselement eine Längsachse hat, die genau parallel zu der Achse des Schaftes ist.
  53. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Applikationselement eine Längsachse hat, die einen Winkel mit der Längsachse des Schaftes herstellt.
  54. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schaft aufweist, einen Verbinder zu einem Teil eines distalen Endes, wobei der Verbinder ausgebildet ist, um die Festlegung des Applikationselementes auf dem Schaft zu ermöglichen.
  55. Vorrichtung nach dem voranstehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Applikationselement zwei Enden und ein Teil aufweist, das zwischen den zwei Enden angeordnet ist, das auf einem Abschnitt des distalen Endes des Schaftes festgelegt ist.
  56. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem Ansprüche 1 bis 51, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Applikationselement eine Längsachse hat, die sich genau senkrecht zu einer Längsachse des Schaftes erstreckt.
  57. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese aufweist, zumindest einen Einschnitt bzw. eine Kerbe (46), der bzw. die zwischen zwei benachbarten Zähnen der gleichen Seite des Steges angeordnet ist, wobei diese Kerbe bzw. dieser Einschnitt sich unter eine obere Fläche des Steges erstreckt.
  58. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter ausgebildet ist, um das Applikationselement aufzunehmen.
  59. Vorrichtung nach dem voranstehenden Anspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter mit einem Abstreifelement ausgestattet ist, das bevorzugt verformbar ist, und bevorzugt noch durch einen Schaumblock oder eine Elastomerlippe ausgebildet ist.
  60. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Produkt ein Mascara ist.
  61. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Produkt Fasern enthält.
  62. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter aufweist, eine Öffnung, die das Hindurchgehen von zumindest einem Teil des Applikationselementes in den Behälter erlaubt, und dadurch, dass die Applikationseinrichtung eine Kappe bzw. einen Verschluss an dem anderen Ende von dem Schaft aufweist, um in einer dichten Weise den Behälter zu verschließen.
  63. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 61, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Behälter eine Röhre ist.
  64. Vorrichtung nach irgendeinem der Ansprüche 1 bis 61, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Produkt in der Form einer festen Masse ist.
