Claims (8)
- Zündspule einer Zündanlage einer Brennkraftmaschine, mit einem aus isolierendem Kunststoff gefertigten Spulengehäuse (12), einem magnetisch wirksamen 1-Kern (14), der von einer ersten, mit einer Versorgungsspannung verbundenen Spulenwicklung (18) und einer zweiten, mit einem Hochspannungsanschluss verbundenen Spulenwicklung (22) umschlossen ist, sowie einem mit dem 1-Kem (14) einen magnetischen Kreis bildenden, die Anordnung aus der ersten (18) und der zweiten (22) Spulenwicklung umschließenden Umfangskern (26), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem Spulengehäuse (12) und dem Umfangskern (26) zumindest bereichsweise mindestens ein elektrisch leitfähiger Kunststoffabschnitt (28) angeordnet ist, der mit dem Umfangskern elektrisch verbunden ist und im Wesentlichen luftspaltfrei an das Spulengehäuse (12) grenzt.
- Zündspule nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der elektrisch leitfähige Kunststoffabschnitt (28) die Innenseite des Umfangskerns (26) zumindest bereichsweise überdeckt.
- Zündspule nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der elektrisch leitfähige Kunststoffabschnitt (28) einen im Wesentlichen U-förmigen Querschnitt hat, dessen Flanken formschlüssig mit dem Umfangskern verbunden sind.
- Zündspule nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der elektrisch leitfähige Kunststoffabschnitt (28) an den Umfangskern (26) angeordnet ist.
- Zündspule nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der elektrisch leitfähige Kunststoffabschnitt (28) an dem Gehäuse (12) angeordnet ist.
- Zündspule nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der elektrisch leitfähige Kunststoffabschnitt (28) eine Dicke zwischen 0,1 mm und 2,5 mm, vorzugsweise von etwa 0,5 mm, aufweist.
- Zündspule nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der elektrisch leitfähige Kunststoffabschnitt (28) als Kunststoffkörper ausgebildet ist.
- Zündspule nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der elektrisch leitfähige Kunststoffabschnitt (28) als Kunststoffschicht ausgebildet ist.
