Claims (12)
- Scharnier, insbesondere für Türen und ähnliche Bauteile, dessen Scharnierflügel (1, 2 bzw. 1', 2') mit Lagerhülsen (3, 4) für einen sie miteinander verbindenden Scharnierbolzen (5) versehen sind und ein Querschnittsprofil aufweisen, das innenseitig mit dem des Rahmenprofils (12, 13 bzw. 12', 13') korrespondiert, an dem sie im eingebauten Zustand befestigt sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Scharnierflügel (1, 2 bzw. 1', 2') nahe der Lagerhülse (3 bzw. 4) mit Rückhalteelementen (14, 15 bzw. 22) versehen sind, die im eingebauten Zustand im Rahmenprofil (12, 13 bzw. 12', 13') verankert sind. - Scharnier nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Rückhalteelemente durch am Scharnierflügel (1 bzw. 2) angeordnete Ansätze (14, 15) gebildet sind, die im eingebauten Zustand das Rahmenprofil (12, bzw. 13) vorderseitig hintergreifen. - Scharnier nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Ansätze als mittig angeordnete Nasen (14) ausgebildet sind, die im eingebauten Zustand in einer entsprechend dimensionierten Aussparung (16) des Rahmenprofils (12) eingesteckt ist. - Scharnier nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Ansätze als in Scharnierachsrichtung beabstandete Nocken (15) ausgebildet sind, die im eingebauten Zustand in entsprechend beabstandeten Aussparungen (17) des Rahmenprofils (13) eingesteckt sind. - Scharnier nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Scharnierflügel (1, 2) ein abgetrepptes Querschnittsprofil aufweisen, das sich aus zwei je eine Anschlagfläche (18 bzw. 19) aufweisenden Schenkeln (8, 9) sowie einem die Lagerhülse (3 bzw. 4) tragenden Steg (10) zusammensetzt, wobei die Ansätze (14, 15) an dem einen Schenkel (9) annährend bündig mit dem Steg (10) angebracht sind. - Scharnier nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Scharnierflügel (1, 2) unterschiedlich lange Schenkel haben, wobei der lange Schenkel (8) mit den Befestigungselementen (11) des Scharniers und der kurze Schenkel (9) mit den Ansätzen (14 bzw. 15) und dem die Lagerhülse (3 bzw. 4) tragenden Steg (10) versehen ist. - Scharnier nach Anspruch 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Scharnierflügel (1, 2) einschliesslich der Ansätze (14 bzw. 15) eintei-lig im Stanzverfahren aus einem entsprechend profilierten Flachstahl hergestellt sind. - Scharnier nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Scharnierflügel (1, 2) an ihrem von der Lagerhülse (3 bzw. 4) abgekehrten Rand mit zusätzlichen Ansätzen (20) versehen sind, die im eingebauten Zustand das Rahmenprofil (12, 13) rückseitig oder quer zur Einsteckrichtung der vorderen Ansätze (14, 15) hintergreifen. - Scharnier nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die zusätzlichen Ansätze durch zwei in den Hinterecken der Scharnierflügel (1, 2) angeordnete Nocken (20) gebildet sind. - Scharnier nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Scharnierflügel (1', 2') im eingebauten Zustand an ihrem von der Lagerhülse (3 bzw. 4) abgekehrten Rand mit einer stirnseitigen Anschlagfläche (23) des Rahmenprofils (12' bzw. 13') auf Anschlag sind. - Scharnier nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
beim Scharnierflügel (41) eine Zwischenplatte (44) eingelegt ist, welche einerseits mit ihrer einen Stirnseite (44') beim Flügel (41) und andererseits mit ihrer benachbarten Stirnseite (44") beim Profilteil (32") je einen Anschlag bildet, damit dieser Scharnierflügel (41) gegen ein Abdriften in Richtung gegen das Scharniergelenk mit dem Scharnierbolzen (5) verhindert wird. - Scharnier nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Rückhalteelemente als hakenförmige, das Rahmenprofil (54, 64, 66) umgreifende Abbiegungen (52, 62) bei den Scharnierflügeln (51, 58) nahe bei der Lagerhülse (3 bzw. 4) ausgebildet sind, wobei sie mit dem Rahmenprofil (54, 64, 66) vorzugsweise verklemmt sind.
