Definitions
- Angle grinders in particular one-hand angle grinders, usually have an electric motor, consisting of pole piece and armature and an angle gear, consisting of pinion, ring gear and work spindle.
- the armature shaft is mounted in the motor housing, the pole piece is usually pressed into this.
- the brush holders are also i.d.R. mounted in the motor housing.
- the motor can not be operated outside of the motor housing, since this has the function to position the components relative to each other.
- the pinion sits directly on the armature shaft of the motor. Also, the transmission is therefore not operate without the armature shaft, as this assumes the function of a transmission input shaft.
- the angular gear of an electrically operated angle grinder has the task to divert the power flow by 90 ° and to reduce the speed of the usually fast-running electric motor to the lower working speed.
- the drive pinion is usually mounted directly on the armature shaft of the electric motor and drives the output spindle via a ring gear.
- the spindle is mounted in the gear housing in two bearings on both sides of the ring gear.
- the bearing points of the motor shaft are usually located in the gearbox and in the motor housing.
- the fixed bearing of the motor shaft is usually arranged between the pinion and the fan on the armature shaft, the floating bearing is located on the collector side shaft end. This results in an arrangement with "flying" pinion.
- Power tools usually have an electric motor, consisting of pole piece and armature, wherein the armature shaft is mounted in the motor housing and the pole piece is usually pressed into this.
- the brush holders are also i.d.R. mounted in the motor housing.
- US Pat. No. 6,386,961 B discloses a hand tool and an angle grinder according to the preamble of claims 1 and 9.
- a ready-mounted motor (“can motor”) are used in an angle grinder, a modular design with an engine and a gearbox is advantageously selected as independently functional assemblies. These modules should be connected to each other via a cost-effective coupling possible. This clutch should also be able to compensate, especially within certain limits, an axial offset and an angular error between the armature shaft and the transmission input shaft.
- the coupling described in the invention fulfills these tasks.
- a modular design of power tools facilitates the assembly of the device and increases service friendliness, as individual components are easy and quick to replace.
- a transmission according to the invention is an independent, fully functional assembly which can be easily combined with other assemblies (eg motor).
- the storage of the pinion shaft with bearings on both sides of the drive pinion, in particular in the gear housing, allows a better recording of the transmission forces than the usual solutions with "flying" pinion.
- the assembly of the pinion shaft is done without screws by simply nesting. This allows savings in assembly costs.
- the presented type of mounting makes it possible to mount a pre-assembled subassembly of pinion shaft, pinion, ball bearing and pressed-on fan and at the same time secure axially.
- the proposed solution offers the advantage that the rubber rings provided in the bearings due to their resilient and damping properties can dampen shock and vibration and thus favorably affect the life and operating characteristics of the device.
- the rubber rings allow compensation of axial errors, ie, the rubber rings represent a damping unit and also a compensating coupling.
- the proposed solution can be used in a modular structure of the power tool.
- the solution is conceivable in various suitable to those skilled appear suitable engines, but particularly advantageous in battery-powered engines.
- a modular design of power tools facilitates the assembly of the device and increases service friendliness, as individual components are easy and quick to replace.
- Fig. 1 shows the gear housing 10, the Heilleitin 20 and a subassembly 30, consisting of pinion shaft 31, pinion 32, ball bearing 33 and fan 34th
- the subassembly 30 is preassembled by first the ball bearing 33 is pushed onto the pinion shaft 31 and then the pinion 32 is pressed. On the opposite end of the shaft of the fan 34 is pressed, which has an internal toothing 35, which assumes the coupling function.
- the pinion 32 has a diameter smaller by several millimeters than the ball bearing 33.
- a bearing bush or a needle bearing (not shown in the picture) is pressed. These Bearing bush or this needle bearing forms the floating bearing for the pinion shaft 31. Subsequently, an O-ring for sealing the ball bearing 33 is inserted into the groove 12 in the bearing seat 11.
- the laterally protruding surfaces 21, 22 cover cavities in the transmission housing and guide the cooling air of the engine to the air outlet openings in the transmission housing.
- the shipsleitin 20 takes over the axial securing of the ball bearing 33 in its bearing seat 11 in the transmission housing.
- the air guide disk 20 is pressed into the transmission housing, Fig. 2 ,
- four tabs 23 on the air-guiding disc 20 engage behind corresponding hooks 13 on the gearbox housing 10. The air-guiding disk is thus clipped into place.
- Miter corresponding bevels 14, 24 on the gear housing 10 and the tabs 23 of the Heilleitin 20 ensure that the Heilleitin 20 is pressed to the concerns of the tabs 23 on the corresponding surfaces of the hook 13 to the rear (in direction A).
- the axial clearance required for clipping is thus eliminated by the elastic tension of the air guide disk 20.
- the axial transmission forces occurring during operation act on the snap hooks in the direction A.
- the snap hooks 25 are designed so that they have a slight radial inward adjustment in the relaxed state (ie after insertion of the assembly 30). Therefore, a retraction of the snap hook 25 is excluded radially outward solely due to an axial force in the direction A. Due to their geometry, the snap hooks 25 have the tendency to dodge a force from direction A radially inwardly.
- 25 stop dogs 26 are arranged at the ends of the snap hooks, which embrace the outer ring of the ball bearing 33 in the mounted state, cf. Fig. 5 ,
- Fig. 1A shows as an embodiment, the motor housing (2A) of a power tool as a shell housing.
- the motor (1A) is completely stored as a unit (enclosed motor) and also outside the motor housing (2A) functional.
- the motor (1A) has cylindrical receiving domes at its front and rear ends. Before inserting the motor (1A) into the housing shells, insert appropriate rubber O-rings (3A) over them.
- the rubber rings are clamped in and allow effective damping of vibrations and shocks as well as compensation of tolerances.
- Fig. 1B shows an embodiment of an angle grinder with a modular structure.
- the motor (1B) is completely stored as a unit (“can motor”) and also outside of the motor housing (3B) can be used.
- the transmission has a drive (4B) and an output shaft (5B), which are each mounted in the transmission housing (6B).
- the gearbox is thus independent of the engine (1B) to operate.
- the armature shaft (2B) of the motor and the drive shaft (4B) of the transmission are connected to a suitable coupling.
- This coupling could z. B. designed as a safety clutch that interrupts the drive train, for example, when the output shaft (work spindle) is suddenly blocked. This coupling will not be described here.
- Fig. 1C shows the modular structure of a power tool using the example of an angle grinder.
- the motor (1C) and the angle gear (3C) are independently functional as separate assemblies.
- the coupling consists of the toothed sleeve (2C) which is positively and / or positively connected to the armature shaft of the motor (1C) and the internal toothing (5C) integrated into the fan (4C).
- the fan (4C) in turn is positively and / or positively connected to the transmission input shaft.
- the internal toothing (5C) and the toothed sleeve (2C) are dimensioned such that a defined running clearance in the radial direction arises between the two, which makes it possible to compensate for an axial offset between the armature shaft and the transmission input shaft.
- the toothed sleeve (2C) is also spherically shaped to compensate for an angular offset between the two waves can.
- Fig. 2C shows the fan (4C) with internal teeth (5C) and the transmission input shaft (6C).
- the transmission input shaft (6C) has at its fan end a hexagon (7C) and a cylindrical part (9C) with a groove (8C).
- Fig. 3C shows the fan (4C), the transmission side has a corresponding hexagon socket (10C) and a cylindrical joining surface (11C). Within the joining surface (11C) is a ring (12C) with a slightly smaller inner diameter than that of the cylindrical joining surface (11C) and protrudes beyond this in the radial direction inwards.
- the fan (4C) is received in its internal toothing (5C) and pressed over the cylindrical part (9C) of the gear shaft.
- the inner ring (12C) is placed in the corresponding recess (8C) in the gear shaft and thus serves for axial securing of the fan (4C) on the shaft.
- the hexagon socket (10C) of the fan (4C) engages the shaft via the hexagon (7C). The torque transmission from the fan (4C) to the transmission input shaft is thus both positive and positive.

Description
Fig. 2 .
Fig. 3 zeigt die montierte Getriebebaugruppe.
Fig. 5 .
