Claims (8)
- Spannvorrichtung zum Anbringen von Bauteilen an Vorrichtungen (15), welche mindestens zwei Elemente umfasst, die miteinander um mindestens eine Achse (21) in Winkelschritten formschlüssig lösbar miteinander verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindung der Elemente mittels eines Steckelementes (14) erfolgt und der Formschluß der Verbindung durch Außen- und korrespondierende Innenverzahnungen ausgebildet ist.
- Spannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außen- und Innenverzahnung als ein Vielzahnprofil oder ein Kerbprofil parallel zu der Längsachse des Steckelementes (14) verlaufend ausgebildet ist, wobei die Längsachse die Achse (21) bildet.
- Spannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Arretierung des Steckelementes (14) jeweils gegenüber einem Verbindungselement (13), einem Tragkopf (12) oder einem Montageelement (16, 17) mittels eines Arretierelementes (18, 19) erfolgt.
- Spannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein erstes Arretierelement (18) eine Madenschraube ist, welche in dem Element mit Innenverzahnung der jeweiligen Verbindung angeordnet ist.
- Spannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein zweites Arretierelement (19) in Form eines Spannelementes auf der Stirnseite des Steckelementes (14) angeordnet ist.
- Spannvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein zweites Arretierelement (19) in Form einer Feststellbohrung mit Verstiftung oder Verschraubung auf der Stirnseite des Steckelementes (14) zwischen diesem und dem korrespondierenden Element der jeweiligen Verbindung gebildet ist.
- Spannvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen einem Steckelement (14) und einem korrespondierenden Element der Verbindung ein Noniuselement (22) vorgesehen ist, welches unterschiedliche Winkelteilungen zwischen seiner Innenverzahnung und seiner Außenverzahnung aufweist, und wobei das zugehörige Steckelement (14) und das zugehörige Element der Verbindung jeweils eine korrespondierende Winkelteilung aufweist.
- Spannvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das die Außenverzahnung tragende Element einen Führungszapfen aufweist, dessen Außendurchmesser etwas geringer ist als der Kopfkreisdurchmesser der Innenverzahnung des korrespondierenden Elementes, und/oder daß das die Innenverzahnung tragende Element eine Ausdrehung aufweist, dessen Innendurchmesser etwas größer ist als der Kopfkreisdurchmesser der Außenverzahnung des korrespondierenden Elementes.
