Claims (6)
- Vorrichtung zum Schneiden von Wärmedämmplatten mit einem Schneiddraht (7), der mittels eines schwenkbar gelagerten Armes (2) bewegbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Geometrie der Vorrichtung so ausgebildet ist, daß kein Bügel über der Auflagefläche für die Wärmedämmplatten erforderlich ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schneiddraht (7) zwischen zwei miteinander verbundenen und parallel bewegbaren Armen (2) gespannt ist, wobei jeder Arm (2) im Bereich des der Spannstelle (6) gegenüberliegenden Endes in einer Führungsbahn (3) verschiebbar gelagert ist, ferner am Ende der Führungsbahn (3) ein Führungsarm (4) schwenkbar gelagert ist, der halb so lang ist, wie die Länge des Armes (2) zwischen der Spannstelle (6) und der Lagerung (8) in der Führungsbahn (3), und der in der Mitte zwischen der Spannstelle (6) und der Lagerung (8) in der Führungsbahn (3) am Arm (2) angelenkt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schneiddraht (7) ein fest eingespannter Heizdraht ist, der von einer Niedervoltquelle (13) beheizbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schneiddraht (7) als Sägedraht ausgebildet ist, wobei eine Relativbewegung zwischen Wärmedämmplatte und Sägedraht mit einer Geschwindigkeit ≤ 5 m/s vorgesehen ist, wobei vorzugsweise der Sägedraht mittels eines Antriebes zwischen den Spannstellen (6) und entlang der Arme (2) umläuft.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Arme (2) mittels einer Welle (11) miteinander verbunden sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, gekennzeichnet durch ein Rahmengestell (1), an dem die Arme (2) seitlich gelagert sind und das durch eine Auflageplatte (10) für die zu schneidenden Wärmedämmplatten abgedeckt ist, wobei eine Anschlagleiste (12) für die Wärmedämmplatten schwenkbar gelagert ist.
