Claims (15)
- Montagelehre für metallische Ankerhänger von Montageschienen für plattenförmige Baustoffe, insbesonders Dämmstoffplatten, bestehend aus einem den Abstand der Ankerhänger zueinander definierenden, im wesentlichen länglichen Körper (3) mit Öffnungen (6) bzw. Einrichtungen zur zeitweisen Fixierung am Untergrund mit zumindest einer im wesentlichen senkrecht auf die den Abstand definierende Längsachse des Körpers (3) fixierbar verstellbaren Lehre (7 bis 10), gekennzeichnet durch einen Haltemagneten (4) für die Ankerhänger an zumindest einem Ende des Körpers (3), und dadurch, daß an beiden Enden des Körpers (3) im wesentlichen senkrecht auf die den Abstand definierende Längsachse des Körpers (3) fixierbar verstellbare Lehre (7 bis 10) vorgesehen sind.
- Montagelehre nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch je einen Haltemagneten (4) an beiden Enden des den Abstand definierenden, im wesentlichen länglichen Körpers (3).
- Montagelehre nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der längliche Körper (3) in an sich bekannter Weise aus zwei ineinanderschiebbaren und gegeneinander fixierbaren Teilen (11, 12) besteht.
- Montagelehre nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest zwei in Längsrichtung des Körpers (3) beabstandete Fixierstellen (6), beispielsweise Verrastungen, vorgesehen sind.
- Montagelehre nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Fixiermechanismus durch zumindest ein in Längsrichtung des Körpers (3) orientiertes Langloch (16) an einem Teil (12) und zumindest eine in gleicher Höhe wie das Langloch (16) angeordnete Bohrung (17) am anderen Teil (11) gebildet ist.
- Montagelehre nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die verstellbare Lehre durch ein längliches Element (7) gebildet ist, das in einer Ausnehmung (8) am Ende des länglichen Körpers (3) in Längsrichtung des Elementes (7) verschiebund fixierbar geführt ist.
- Montagelehre nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Fixiermechanismus für die verstellbare Lehre durch zumindest ein in Längsrichtung der Lehre orientiertes Langloch (9) darin und zumindest eine in gleicher Höhe wie das Langloch (9) angeordnete Bohrung (10) im Körper (3) gebildet ist.
- Montagelehre nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an zumindest einem der beiden Teile (11, 12) des Körpers (3) und/oder am länglichen Element (7) jeweils Abstandsmarkierungen bzw. Skalen (18) angebracht sind.
- Montagelehre nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich der Haltemagnet (4) über den länglichen Körper (3) hinaus erstreckt und mit senkrecht zur Längsachse des Körpers (3) und auch senkrecht auf die Breite des Körpers (3) orientierten Bohrungen oder einem Langloch (5) versehen ist.
- Montagelehre nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtungen zur zeitweisen Fixierung am Untergrund durch ein im länglichen Körper (3) gehaltenes Befestigungselement (19) gebildet ist, welches aus einem dünnen, länglichen, an einem Ende (20) spitz zulaufenden und am anderen Ende mit einem Griff (21) od. dgl. versehenen Bauteil (23) besteht, der senkrecht zur Breite und zur Längsachse des Körpers (3) orientiert und auch in dieser Richtung verschiebbar ist.
- Montagelehre nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bauteil (23) in Richtung auf den Untergrund gegen die Wirkung einer Rückstellfeder verschiebbar ist.
- Montagelehre nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausgangsstellung und/oder der Arbeitshub des Bauteils (23) einstellbar ist, beispielsweise durch eine auf einem Außengewinde (24) dieses Bauteils (23) verstellbare Anschlagmutter (25).
- Montagelehre nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Bauteil (23) und dem länglichen Körper (3) ein dämpfendes Material zwischengelegt ist, vorzugsweise eine Gummibuchse (26).
- Montagelehren-System für metallische Ankerhänger von Montageschienen für plattenförmige Baustoffe, insbesonders Dämmstoffplatten, gekennzeichnet durch eine Montagelehre gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, und durch ein separates Befestigungselement (19) für diese Montagelehre am Untergrund, welches gemäß Anspruch 10 ausgebildet ist.
- Montagelehren-System nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine auf einem Außengewinde (24) dieses Bauteils (19) verstellbare Anschlagmutter (25) sowie ein Puffer aus dämpfendem Material, vorzugsweise eine Gummibuchse (26), an der dem spitz zulaufenden Ende (20) zugewandten Seite der Anschlagmutter (25) vorgesehen sind.
