Claims (3)
- Procédé de décarburation d'un acier liquide en cours de fabrication d'acier inoxydable dans un récipient métallurgique, notamment dans un convertisseur, l'acier liquide étant traité à l'oxygène et le cas échéant avec un gaz inerte, notamment de l'argon et/ou de l'azote, le dispositif de soufflage comportant une lance de soufflage et l'oxygène étant dirigé à travers la lance de soufflage sur la surface de l'acier liquide et la lance de soufflage comportant une tuyère de Laval, et l'oxygène étant dirigé à travers la tuyère de Laval sur la surface de l'acier liquide, caractérisé en ce que, au-delà d'une teneur en carbone de 0,3 % en poids dans l'acier liquide, de l'oxygène est soufflé par une lance de soufflage équipée d'une première tuyère de Laval avec un débit D1, et en dessous d'une teneur en carbone de 0,3 % en poids dans l'acier liquide, de l'oxygène est soufflé sur l'acier liquide avec une lance de soufflage équipée d'une deuxième tuyère de Laval, avec un débit D2, D2 étant à D1.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, lors de la décarburation de l'acier liquide, en dessous d'une teneur en carbone de 0,3 % en poids dans l'acier liquide, de l'oxygène et le cas échéant du gaz inerte, notamment de l'argon et/ou de l'azote est amené en contact avec l'acier liquide par l'intermédiaire d'un orifice disposé en dessous de la surface de l'acier liquide et également par l'intermédiaire d'un dispositif de soufflage disposé au-dessus de la surface de l'acier liquide.
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que, lors de la décarburation de l'acier liquide, en dessous d'une teneur en carbone de 0,3 % en poids dans l'acier liquide, la majeure partie de l'oxygène mis en oeuvre par le dispositif de soufflage et à travers l'orifice situé en dessous de la surface de l'acier liquide est amenée en contact avec l'acier liquide par l'intermédiaire du dispositif de soufflage.
