Claims (11)
- Filtersteuervorrichtung (40), die eine angesammelte Prtikelmenge in einem Filter (32) zum Einfangen von Partikeln schätzt, die im Motorabgas beinhaltet sind und den Filter (32) basierend auf dem geschätzten Ergebnis regeneriert,
die Filtersteuervorrichtung (40) schließt ein:Detektionsmittel zum Detektieren des Motorbetriebsstatus,erstes Schätzmittel (100) das konfiguriert ist, um eine angesammelte Partikelmenge des Filters (32) zu schätzen, und zwar basierend auf einem Abgasdifferenzdruck des Filters (32) zuvor und danach,zweites Schätzmittel (110), das konfiguriert ist, um eine angesammelte Partikelmenge des Filters (32) basierend auf dem Motorbetriebsstatus zu schätzen, undDifferenzberechnungsmittel (101), das konfiguriert ist, um eine Differenz der angesammelten Partikelmengenschätzwerte, die durch das erste und zweite Schätzmittel (100, 110) erhalten wurden, zu berechnen,eine Auswahleinheit (120), die konfiguriert ist, um eines von den Schätzergebnissen (XA, XB) von dem ersten (100) und zweiten (110) Schätzmittel in Antwort auf das Differenzberechnungsmittel (101) und Detektionsmittel, zu wählen, und den Regenerationszeitpunkt des Filters (32) in Übereinstimmung mit dem gewählten Schätzergebnis (XA, XB) zu bestimmen;wenn eines von den Schätzergebnissen (XA, XB) von dem ersten (100) und zweiten (110) Schätzmittel gewählt wird, wird ein Abweichungsumfang zwischen den zwei geschätzten Ergebnissen (XA, XB) berechnet, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abweichungsumfang als ein Lernwert gespeichert wird und berechnete Werte in dem zweiten Schätzmittel (110) in Übereinstimmung mit dem Lernwert korrigiert werden. - Filtersteuervorrichtung (40) nach Anspruch 1, wobei in dem zweiten Schätzmittel (110) die Berechnung zur Schätzung einer angesammelten Partikelmenge basierend auf zumindest eines von einer Menge von Treibstoff, der dem Motor (1) eingespritzt bzw. zugeführt wird, einer Motorgeschwindigkeit, einem Verhältnis einer Abgasrückführung in den Motor (1) und dem Filter (32) vor der Temperatur, durchgeführt wird.
- Filtersteuervorrichtung (40) nach Anspruch 1, wobei in dem zweiten Schätzmittel (110), eine Schätzberechnung einer angesammelten Partikelmenge durchgeführt wird, und zwar unter Verwendung einer Abbildungsberechnung, die gemessene Daten verwendet bzw. einsetzt, die durch Messung der angesammelten Partikelmenge erhalten wurden, die pro Zeiteinheit ansteigt, und zwar unter Verwendung eines tatsächlichen Motors (1).
- Filtersteuervorrichtung (40) nach Anspruch 3, wobei das zweite Schätzmittel (110) konfiguriert ist, um Schätzwerte einer angesammelten Partikelmenge in dem Filter (32) durch Integration von Daten zu erhalten, die durch die Abbildungsberechnung erhalten wurden.
- Filtersteuervorrichtung (40) nach Anspruch 4, wobei geschätzte Werte der angesammelten Partikelmenge, die in der Filterregenerationssteuerung verwendet werden, und zwar jedes Mal wenn der Motor (1) angehalten bzw. gestoppt wird, gespeichert werden, und die gespeicherten angesammelten Partikelwerte als Initialwerte für die Integration in dem zweiten Schätzmittel (110) verwendet werden.
- Filtersteuervorrichtung (40) nach Anspruch 1, wobei ein Koeffizient (C) in Übereinstimmung mit dem Umfang der Abweichung berechnet wird und der Koeffizient (C) verwendet wird, um berechnete Werte in dem zweiten Schätzmittel (110) zu korrigieren.
- Filtersteuervorrichtung (40) nach Anspruch 1, wobei wenn der Abweichungsumfang einen vorgeschriebenen Wert überschreitet, eine Hauptaussage bzw. das Wesentliche davon dem Bediener angezeigt wird.
- Filtersteuervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei wenn die Differenz wenn der Motor (1) gestartet ist gleich einem vorgeschriebenen Wert ist oder einen vorgeschriebenen Wert überschreitet, das Schätzergebnis des zweiten Schätzmittels (110) gewählt wird, und zwar ungeachtet des Detektionsergebnis des Detektionsmittels.
- Filtersteuervorrichtung (40) nach Anspruch 1, wobei wenn die Differenz wenn der Motor (1) gestartet ist, gleich einem vorgeschriebenen Wert ist oder einen vorgeschriebenen Wert überschreitet, das Schätzergebnis des zweiten Schätzmittels (110) gewählt wird, und zwar innerhalb einer vorgeschriebenen Zeitperiode, und zwar ungeachtet des Detektionsergebnis des Detektionsmittels.
- Filtersteuervorrichtung (40) nach Anspruch 9, wobei die vorgeschriebene Zeitperiode eine Periode vom Zeitpunkt vom Start des Motors (1) zu einem Zeitpunkt bei welchem die geschätzte angesammelte Partikelmenge einen vorgeschriebenen Wert erreicht ist.
- Filtersteuervorrichtung (40) nach Anspruch 8, wobei in einem Fall bei welchem die Differenz kleiner als ein vorgeschriebener Wert wird, ein Schätzergebnis des ersten Schätzmittels (100) anstelle von einem Schätzergebnis des zweiten Schätzmittels (110) verwendet wird.
