Claims (20)
- Lärmschutzelement zur Errichtung von Lärmschutzwänden, mit einem eine Vorderwand, eine Rückwand, eine obere Seitenwand und eine untere Seitenwand aufweisenden Hohlkastenprofil, das aus mehreren, mittels einer Profilverbindung miteinander verbundenen Profilblechen zusammengesetzt ist und in dessen Hohlraum ein vorzugsweise von der unteren zur oberen Seitenwand aufragender und sich über die Länge des Hohlkastenprofils symmetrisch zur Mittelebene zwischen Vorderwand und Rückwand erstreckender Schalldämmkörper angeordnet oder anordbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Hohlkastenprofil aus einem ersten und einem zweiten halbschalenförmigen Profilblech (11, 11'; 111, 111') zusammengesetzt ist, wobei das erste Profilblech (11;111) einstückig die Vorderwand (4;104), einen Teilabschnitt (13B; 113B) der unteren Seitenwand (7;107) und einen Teilabschnitt (13A; 113A) der oberen Seitenwand (6;106) umfaßt, das zweite Profilblech (11';111') einstückig die Rückwand (5;105), einen Teilabschnitt (13A; 113A) der unteren Seitenwand (7;107) und einen Teilabschnitt (13B; 113B) der oberen Seitenwand (6; 106) umfaßt, und das erste und das zweite Profilblech (11, 11'; 111, 111') an der oberen und an der unteren Seitenwand (6, 7; 106, 107) jeweils auf Höhe der Mittelebene (M) durch eine formschlüssige Profilverbindung (15; 115) miteinander verbunden sind.
- Lärmschutzelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beide Profilbleche (11, 11'; 111, 111') Strangpreßprofile sind, wobei die Profilbleche vorzugsweise aus einer Aluminiumlegierung, insbesondere einer hochschwingbelastbaren Aluminiumlegierung bestehen.
- Lärmschutzelement nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beide Profilbleche (11, 11'; 111, 111') eine identische Profilform aufweisen.
- Lärmschutzelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Profilverbindung (115) mittels wenigstens eines Arretierungsmittels (170, 180) gesichert ist.
- Lärmschutzelement nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Arretierungsmittel (170, 180) auf Höhe der Mittelebene (M) angeordnet sind und ein Schraubmittel (171, 181) umfassen.
- Lärmschutzelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes Profilblech (11; 11') ein erstes Fügeelement (16) an dem einen Teilabschnitt ((13A) und ein zweites Fügelement (17) an dem anderen Teilabschnitt (13B) aufweist, wobei vorzugsweise das erste Fügeelement für die Profilverbindung (15) aus einer Hohlkammernut (17) mit Hinterschnitt und das zweite Fügelement aus einem formschlüssig in dieser verankerbaren Profilabschnitt (16) besteht.
- Lärmschutzelement nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Profilabschnitt (16) und die Hohlkammernut (17) rechteckig ausgebildet sind, wobei vorzugsweise der Profilabschnitt (16) ein Blockprofil hat und die Hohlkammernut (17) bzw. ihre Wandung (18) ein Vierkantprofil hat und/oder bei jedem Profilblech (11; 11') der Profilabschnitt (16) das Ende des Teilabschnitts (13A) für die eine Seitenwand (6; 7) und die Hohlkammernut (17) bzw. deren Wandung (18) das Ende des Teilabschnitts (13B) für die andere Seitenwand (7; 6) bildet.
- Lärmschutzelement nach einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 5 sowie 6 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schraubmittel in zueinander fluchtend in beiden Fügeelementen ausgebildete Bohrungen eingreift, insbesondere in Bohrungen eingreift, die die Hohlkammernut (17) oder deren Wandung (18) und den Profilabschnitt (16) zumindest partiell durchgreifen.
- Lärmschutzelement nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich an die Seitenränder der Vorder- und Rückwand (4, 5) ein rechtwinklig zu diesen verlaufender Auflageschenkel (14A; 14B) anschließt, der über einen nach innen abgewinkelten Versatzschenkel (24A, 24B) in einen Zwischenschenkel (19A, 19B) übergeht, an dessen Ende die Fügeelemente, insbesondere der Profilabschnitt (16) oder der Hohlkammerabschnitt (17) bzw. deren Wandung (18), ausgebildet sind.
- Lärmschutzelement nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Profilverbindung (115) an beiden Seitenwänden (106, 107) einen im Hohlraum (108) angeordneten Verbindungsprofilkörper (160) umfaßt, der mit einer im Montagezustand der benachbarten Seitenwand zugewandten Nut (162) versehen ist, an der die Teilabschnitte (113A, 113B) der Seitenwände (106, 107) formschlüssig festgelegt und mittels der Arretierungsmittel (170, 180) gesichert sind.
- Lärmschutzelement nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mit den Arretierungsmitteln (170, 180, 190) die Teilabschnitte partiell gegen den Verbindungsprofilkörper (160) verklemmt sind und die Profilverbindung (115) zusätzlich durch Klemmung gesichert ist.
- Lärmschutzelement nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsprofilkörper (160) aus extrudierten Strangpreßprofilkörpern, vorzugsweise aus Aluminium, bestehen.
- Lärmschutzelement nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Verbindungsprofilkörper (160) einen zentralen, auf der Mittelebene (M) angeordneten und den Grund der Nut (162) bildenden Mittelsteg (164) aufweist, in dem die Arretierungsmittel (170, 180) verankert oder verankerbar sind, wobei vorzugsweise der Verbindungsprofilkörper (160) zu beiden Seiten des Mittelstegs (164) jeweils einen bis an die Vorderwand (104) und die Rückwand (107) heranreichenden Hohlkammerabschnitt (165)aufweist.
- Lärmschutzelement nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Teilabschnitte (113A, 113B) der Seitenwände an ihren Enden vorzugsweise rechtwinklig abgewinkelte Kantenstege (116) aufweisen, die in die Nut (162) einfassen, wobei vorzugsweise sich an die Seitenränder der Vorder- und Rückwand ein rechtwinklig zu diesen verlaufender Auflageschenkel (114A, 114B) anschließt, der über einen nach innen abgewinkelten Versatzschenkel (124A, 124B) in einen Zwischenschenkel (119A, 119B) übergeht, an dessen Enden die abgewinkelten Kanten (116) ausgebildet sind.
- Lärmschutzelement nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens einigen der Arretierungsmittel (170) Klemmhülsen (175) zugeordnet sind, die die Kantenstege (116) gegen die Nutseitenflanken (162') verklemmen, wobei vorzugsweise die Nut (162) mit Senkungen oder Aufweitungen (176) versehen ist, in die die Klemmhülsen (175) formschlüssig eingreifen.
- Lärmschutzelement nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsprofilkörper (160) an ihren den Nuten (162) abgewandten Unterseiten (166) integral mit Stützstegen (167) für die Positionierung und seitliche Abstützung des Schalldämmkörpers (109) versehen sind.
- Lärmschutzelement nach einem der Ansprüche 14 und 15 oder 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mittelsteg (164) des Verbindungsprofilkörpers (166) angrenzend an dessen Unterseite mit einer schlüssellochartigen Profilaussparung (185) versehen ist.
- Lärmschutzelement nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mit den Arretierungsmitteln (170, 180) Leisten (190) an den Seitenwänden (106, 107) befestigt sind, die mit Aufnahmen (195) für Dichtelemente (145) versehen sind, wobei vorzugsweise die Aufnahmen (145) eine nach außen weisenden, im Querschnitt halbrund gemuldete Rille (196) als Anlageabschnitt für das Dichtelement (145) und einen mit Hinterschneidung ausgebildeten, zum Bodenscheitel der Rille (196) offenen Kanal (197) als Verankerungsabschnitt für das Dichtelement (145) aufweist.
- Lärmschutzelement für Bahnstrecken insbesondere von Hochgeschwindigkeitszügen oder andere Anwendungsbereiche mit wechselnden Sog- und Druckbelastungen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lärmschutzwand (1) aus übereinander angeordneten Lärmschutzelementen (10; 100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 23 gebildet ist.
- Lärmschutzwand nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lärmschutzelemente stirnseitig an Pfosten (2) mit I-Profil festgelegt sind, wobei zwischen den Lärmschutzelementen (10; 100) und den Pfosten (2) ein Gummilager oder Dichtelemente (155) zur Schwingungsdämpfung angeordnet ist und/oder das unterste Lärmschutzelemente (100) sich auf einem Betonsockel (103) abstützt, wobei zwischen der unteren Seitenwand (107) des Lärmschutzelementes und dem Betonsockel (103) wenigstens ein vorzugsweise in der Leiste (190) verankertes Dichtelement (145) angeordnet ist.
