Claims (14)
- Baumaschine, insbesondere Mörtelspritzmaschine, mit einem gestellfesten Materialtrichter (18), mit einem um eine gestellfeste horizontale Kippachse (20) zwischen einer abgesenkten Beschickungs- und Mischposition und einer angehobenen Entleerungsposition verschwenkbaren Mischbehälter (22) und mit einem um eine horizontale Schwenkachse zwischen einer Schließstellung und einer Offenstellung gegenüber einer Behälteröffnung des Mischbehälters (22) verschwenkbaren, ein Einfüllgitter (30) aufweisenden Klappdeckel (28), wobei zwischen dem Klappdeckel und einer Schüttkante (46) der Behälteröffnung eine in der Entleerungsposition mit einer Einfüllöffnung (52) des Materialtrichters (18) kommunizierende und mit der Schüttkante (46) in diese eintauchende Entleerungsöffnung (50) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen Mischbehälter (22) und Materialtrichter (18) eine Abdeckvorrichtung (44) angeordnet ist, die bei abgesenktem Mischbehälter (22) die Entleerungsöffnung (50) und die Einfüllöffnung (52) nach außen abdeckt und bei angehobenem Mischbehälter (22) den Durchgang zwischen Entleerungsöffnung (50) und Einfüllöffnung (52) freigibt.
- Baumaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckvorrichtung (44) bei abgesenktem Mischbehälter (22) und verschlossenem Klappdeckel (28) die Entleerungsöffnung (50) verschließt und bei offenem Klappdeckel die Entleerungsöffnung freigibt.
- Baumaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kippachse (20) des Mischbehälters (22) und die Schwenkachse des Klappdeckels (28) zusammenfallen.
- Baumaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckvorrichtung (44) zwei Abdeckglieder (54, 56) umfasst, von denen ein erstes am Klappdeckel (28) des Mischbehälters (22) im Abstand von dessen Schüttkante (46) und ein zweites am Materialtrichter (18) im Abstand von der dem Mischbehälter (22) zugewandten Trichterkante (60) angelenkt ist, wobei die Abdeckglieder (54, 56) außerdem an ihren einander zugewandten Seiten an einer zu den beiden anderen Gelenkachsen (58, 62) und zur Kippachse (20) parallele Gelenkachse (64) miteinander gelenkig verbunden sind.
- Baumaschine nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abdeckglieder (54, 56) jeweils zwei außenseitige, paarweise an jeweils zwei Gelenkachsen (58, 62, 64) gelagerte Koppelstücke (66, 68) sowie je ein sich zwischen den paarweise einander zugeordneten Koppelstücken erstreckendes Abdeckblech (70, 72) aufweisen.
- Baumaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schüttkante (46) durch die rückwärtige Öffnungskante des Mischbehälters (22) gebildet ist, und dass die Entleerungsöffnung (50) sich zwischen der Schüttkante (46) und der im Abstand von dieser angeordneten rückwärtigen Kante (48) des Klappdeckels erstreckt.
- Baumaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Materialtrichter (18) neben der Einfüllöffnung (52) eine Trichteröffnung aufweist, die von einem Abdeckgitter (26) übergriffen ist.
- Baumaschine nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abdeckgitter (36) um eine Schwenkachse (38) gegenüber der Trichteröffnung verschwenkbar ist, die mit der materialtrichterseitigen Gelenkachse (62) des zweiten Abdeckglieds (56) zusammenfällt.
- Baumaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Inneren des Klappdeckels (28) im Abstand vom Einfüllgitter (30) und von der Entleerungsöffnung (50) ein mit einer Ansaugöffnung (78) in das Behälterinnere weisendes und mit einer Austrittsöffnung (80) durch eine Deckelwand (82) nach außen geführtes Venturirohr (76) angeordnet ist, das bei abgesenktem Mischbehälter (22) und geschlossenem Klappdeckel (28) mit Druckluft beaufschlagt ist.
- Baumaschine, insbesondere Mörtelspritzmaschine, mit einem gestellfesten Materialtrichter (18), mit einem um eine gestellfeste horizontale Kippachse (20) zwischen einer abgesenkten Beschickungs- und Mischposition und einer angehobenen Entleerungsposition verschwenkbaren Mischbehälter (22) und mit einem um eine horizontale Schwenkachse zwischen einer Schließstellung und einer Offenstellung gegenüber einer Behälteröffnung des Mischbehälters (22) verschwenkbaren, ein Einfüllgitter (30) aufweisenden Klappdeckel (28), wobei zwischen dem Klappdeckel und einer Schüttkante (46) der Behälteröffnung eine in der Entleerungsposition mit einer Einfüllöffnung (52) des Materialtrichters (18) kommunizierende und mit der Schüttkante (46) in diese eintauchende Entleerungsöffnung (50) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Inneren des Klappdeckels (28) im Abstand vom Einfüllgitter (30) und von der Entleerungsöffnung (50) ein mit einer Ansaugöffnung (78) in das Behälterinnere weisendes und mit einer Austrittsöffnung (80) durch eine Deckelwand (82) nach außen geführtes Venturirohr (76) angeordnet ist, das bei abgesenktem Mischbehälter (22) und geschlossenem Klappdeckel (28) mit Druckluft beaufschlagt ist.
- Baumaschine nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an die Eingangsöffnung des Venturirohrs (76) ein im Deckelinneren angeordnetes Druckluftrohr (84) angeschlossen ist, das bei abgesenktem Mischbehälter (22) und bei geschlossenem Klappdeckel (28) mit einer gestellfesten, mit Druckluft beaufschlagten Anschlussöffnung (92) kommuniziert und bei angehobenem Mischbehälter (22) und/oder offenem Klappdeckel (28) von der Anschlussöffnung (92) getrennt ist.
- Baumaschine nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an die Anschlussöffnung (92) der Druckausgang eine außerhalb des Klappdeckels angeordneten Drucklufterzeugers oder Gebläse angeschlossen ist.
- Baumaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Austrittsöffnung des Venturirohrs (76) an eine Staubfalle (94), insbesondere ein Filterelement oder ein Flüssigkeitsbad angeschlossen ist.
- Baumaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Venturirohr (76) einen Zentrifugalabscheider zur Abtrennung von Staub aus dem Druckluftstrom enthält.
