Abstract

Es wird ein Duschschlauchsystem beschrieben, welches selbstentleerend ist. Es weist auf:
  • ein mit einem Schenkel (3) mit einer Wandarmatur (2) verbindbares Ventilstück (1), dessen anderer Schenkel (4) im wesentlichen waagerecht von der Wandarmatur (2) abragt, wobei das Ventilstück (1) im durchströmten Zustand mindestens eine in seiner Umfangswand vorhandene Belüftungsöffnung schließt und bei nachlassender Strömung öffnet,
  • eine mit dem waagerecht von der Wandarmatur (2) abragenden Schenkel (4) verbundenen Duschschlauch (5) mit Duschkopf (6), und
  • eine an dem Duschschlauch (5) und/oder Duschkopf (6) angreifende Hub- Senkvorrichtung (7), die den Duschschlauch (5) und/oder Duschkopf (6) soweit absenken kann, dass ein normaler Duschvorgang möglich ist, und die den Duschschlauch (5) und/oder Duschkopf (6) nach Beendigung des Duschvorganges so weit anhebt, dass im Duschschlauch verbliebenes Wasser über die Belüftungsöffnung im Ventilstück (1) und/oder über den Duschkopf (6) abfließen kann.

Description

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein selbstentleerendes Duschschlauchsystem.
Hintergrund der Erfindung ist eine zunehmende Forderung, insbesondere aus dem klinischen Bereich, nach hygienischen Duschlösungen. Bisherige Duschschlauchsysteme sind üblicherweise aufgebaut, wie aus Fig. 1 ersichtlich. Mit einer Wandarmatur 20 ist ein Duschschlauch 50 mit daran montiertem Duschkopf 60 verbunden. Üblicherweise wird der Duschkopf nach beendetem Duschvorgang in einer Wandhalterung 110 abgelegt. Dabei bildet der Duschschlauch 50 zwischen der Wandhalterung 110 und der Wandarmatur 20 einen Bogen aus. Dabei bleibt ein Rest von stehendem Wasser 100 im Duschschlauch 50 zurück. Dieser Umstand wird von den verantwortlichen Hygienikem kritisiert, da sich in diesem stehenden Wasser Keime vermehren können, die möglicherweise abwehrgeschwächte Anwender gefährden könnten. Es entspricht daher den Forderungen der Hygieniker, hier Abhilfe zu schaffen.
Demgemäß ist es die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung, ein selbstentleerendes Duschschlauchsystem anzugeben, welches sich nach Benutzung selbstständig und vollständig entleert.
Gelöst wird diese Aufgabe durch ein Duschschlauchsystem, welches aufweist:
  • ein mit einem Schenkel mit einer Wandarmatur verbindbares Ventilstück, dessen anderer Schenkel im wesentlichen waagerecht von der Wandarmatur abragt, wobei das Ventilstück im durchströmten Zustand mindestens eine in seiner Umfangswand vorhandene Belüftungsöffnung schließt und bei nachlassender Strömung öffnet,
  • eine mit dem waagerecht von der Wandarmatur abragenden Schenkel verbundenen Duschschlauch mit Duschkopf, und
  • eine an dem Duschschlauch und/oder Duschkopf angreifende Hub- Senkvorrichtung, die den Duschschlauch und/oder Duschkopf so weit absenken kann, dass ein normaler Duschvorgang möglich ist, und die den Duschschlauch und/oder Duschkopf nach Beendigung des Duschvorganges soweit anhebt, dass im Duschschlauch verbliebenes Wasser über die Belüftungsöffnung im Ventilstück und/oder über den Duschkopf abfließen kann.
Das erwähnte Ventilstück kann ein an sich bekannter L-förmiger Rohrbelüfter sein. Denkbar ist auch ein Einsatz einer Venturi-Düse.
Ein Rohrbelüfter arbeitet ganz ähnlich wie ein Fahrradventil. Im durchströmten Zustand legt sich aufgrund des Innendrucks eine Gummimembran, etwa in Form eines Schlauchstückes, fest auf Bohrungen (Belüftungsbohrungen) in der Außenhülse. Bei nachlassendem Druck zieht sich die Membran wieder zusammen und gibt die Belüftungsöffnungen in der Außenhülse frei. Die Hub- Senkvorrichtung bewirkt, dass entweder das Ventilstück oder aber der Duschkopf der tiefste Teil des Gesamtsystems wird, so dass das Wasser im Duschschlauch restlos auslaufen kann. Einer Keimbildung in stehendem Wasser in herkömmlichen Duschschlauchsystemen wird so vorbeugend entgegengewirkt und so den Anforderungen der Hygieniker Rechnung getragen.
Die Hub- Senkvorrichtung kann gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform ein an der Duschwand befestigter Aufrollmechanismus sein. Dieser Aufrollmechanismus weist vorzugsweise eine auf einer Winde aufrollbare Kordel auf, die mit dem Duschschlauch und/oder dem Duschkopf verbunden ist. Die Winde kann federbelastet sein, so dass der Duschschlauch bei Beendigung des Duschvorganges automatisch in die erhöhte Position gezogen wird.
In diesem Fall kann die Kordel direkt mit dem Duschschlauch oder Duschkopf verbunden sein oder aber mittelbar über einen Halter Dieser Halter kann optional auch auf dem Schlauch verschiebbar sein.
Alternativ kann die Hub- und Senkvorrichtung als ein hydraulisch betätigbares Element ausgebildet sein. Diese Ausführungsform ist freilich sehr viel aufwendiger als die Ausbildung als Aufrollmechanismus.
Der erwähnte Halter kann im übrigen auch als starres Zwischenteil zwischen zwei Duschschlauchhälften ausgebildet sein. Entscheidend bei alledem ist, dass der Schlauch so angehoben wird, dass das im Duschschlauch noch befindliche Wasser entweder über das Ventilstück oder über den Duschkopf ablaufen kann, so dass der Schlauch vollständig entleert ist.
Die Erfindung wird anhand eines Ausführungsbeispieles gemäß der Zeichnungsfiguren näher erläutert.
Hierbei zeigt:
  • Fig. 2 das Duschschlauchsystem während eines Duschvorganges, und
  • Fig. 3 das Duschschlauchsystems nach Beendigung des Duschvorganges.
    • Nachfolgend sind gleiche Teile mit denselben Bezugszeichen versehen.
    Gemäß Fig. 2 ist an einer handelsüblichen Wandarmatur 2 ein Ventilstück 1 angebracht. Dieses ist vorliegend als L-förmiger Rohrbelüfter dargestellt mit einem an der Wandarmatur 2 angebrachten Schenkel 3, und einem weiteren Schenkel 4, der waagerecht von der Wandarmatur 2 abragt. Im Schenkel 4 sind Belüftungsöffnungen eingebracht, welche beispielsweise durch eine Membran abdichtbar sind, derart, dass sie im durchströmten Zustand des Schenkels 4 die Belüftungsöffnungen schließen. Bei keiner oder eventuell nachlassender Strömung öffnen die Belüftungsöffnungen und Wasser kann aus diesen Öffnungen abfließen. Mit dem Schenkel 4 ist ein Duschschlauch 5 mit Duschkopf 6 verbunden.
    Der Duschschlauch 5 liegt vorliegend auf einem Halter 9 auf, welcher seinerseits über eine Kordel 8 mit einer Hub- Senkvorrichtung 7 in Form eines Aufrollmechanismus verbunden ist. Der Anwender kann in herkömmlicher Weise mit diesem System duschen.
    Nach Beendigung des Duschvorganges (Fig. 3) bewirkt der Aufrollmechanismus 7 ein Anheben des Duschschlauches 5 und gegebenenfalls des Duschkopfes 6. Wie in Fig. 3 dargestellt bewirkt dies, dass in dem Duschschlauch 5 noch verbliebenes Wasser über das Ventilstück 1 abfließen kann, da die Belüftungsöffnungen nun geöffnet sind. Gleichfalls kann Wasser über den Duschkopf 6 abfließen. Dies ist in Fig. 3 schematisch am Ventilstück 1 und am Duschkopf 6 dargestellt.
    Das erfindungsgemäße Duschschlauchsystem kann an allen handelsüblichen Wandarmaturen angebracht werden. Lediglich die Hub- Senkvorrichtung muss als Zusatzteil montiert werden.

    Claims (6)

    1. Duschschlauchsystem, aufweisend
      ein mit einem Schenkel (3) mit einer Wandarmatur (2) verbindbares Ventilstück (1), dessen anderer Schenkel (4) im wesentlichen waagerecht von der Wandarmatur (2) abragt, wobei das Ventilstück (1) im durchströmten Zustand mindestens eine in seiner Umfangswand vorhandene Belüftungsöffnung schließt und bei nachlassender Strömung öffnet,
      einen mit dem waagerecht von der Wandarmatur (2) abragenden Schenkel (4) verbundenen Duschschlauch (5) mit Duschkopf (6), und
      eine an dem Duschschlauch (5) und/oder Duschkopf (6) angreifende Hub- Senkvorrichtung (7), die den Duschschlauch (5) und/oder Duschkopf (6) soweit absenken kann, dass ein normaler Duschvorgang möglich ist, und die den Duschschlauch (5) und/oder Duschkopf (6) nach Beendigung des Duschvorgangs soweit anhebt, dass im Duschschlauch (5) verbliebenes Wasser über die Belüftungsöffnung im Ventilstück (1) und/oder über den Duschkopf (6) abfließen kann.
    2. Duschschlauchsystem nach Anspruch 1, bei dem das Ventilstück (1) ein L-förmiger Rohrbelüfter ist.
    3. Duschschlauchsystem nach Anspruch 1, bei dem das Ventilstück (1) eine Venturi-Düse ist.
    4. Duschschlauchsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, bei dem die Hub- Senkvorrichtung (7) ein Aufrollmechanismus ist mit einer auf einer Winde aufrollbaren Kordel (8), die mit dem Duschschlauch (5) und/oder Duschkopf (6) verbunden ist.
    5. Duschschlauchsystem nach Anspruch 4, bei dem die Kordel (8) mit dem Duschschlauch (5) oder Duschkopf (6) mittelbar über einen Halter (9) verbunden ist.
    6. Duschschlauchmechanismus nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, bei dem die Hub- Senkvorrichtung (7) als ein hydraulisch betätigbares Element ausgebildet ist.
