Description

The invention relates to an elevator system for zone operation in a building with several elevators for the transport of persons / goods in cabins, the building being divided into zones, each elevator being assigned to a zone, and at least one interchange between the zones for changing over Persons / goods between cabins of different zones is arranged. The invention also relates to a method for the zone operation of such an elevator installation and relates to methods for the modernization of an elevator installation.

An example of a zoned lift system is for example from the US-A-4632224 known.

In large or tall buildings there is a great need for transport today. To meet this need for transportation, a building is often divided vertically into several zones or floor areas. In each zone, at least one elevator or group of elevators is provided. Between the zones there is a transfer of persons / goods from a delivery elevator of a first zone to a removal elevator of a second zone. The transfer floor is also known as sky lobby.

The disadvantage is that due to unequal transport capacities of the elevators of the various zones can form queues at high transport volumes in the transfer floor. Furthermore, it is disadvantageous that elevator systems occupy a significant part of the building cross-section in tall buildings. Finally, the space available in the transfer floor is limited and can not be increased without great structural and financial expense.

Known solutions for preventing or limiting the overcrowding of the transfer floor aim at either a reduction in transport capacity of the zubringenden elevator from what counterproductive effect at peak load times with transport spikes, or measures to increase the transport capacity of the wegbringenden elevator, which can be realized practically only limited. Thus, for example, an increase in the speed / acceleration of the cabins or a shortening of the door open times is used. Most elevators are not oversized in terms of engine power and power supply, so that an increase in the speed / acceleration of the cabins comes only to a very limited extent into consideration. Furthermore, an increase in the acceleration of the cabs has a negative effect on the driving sensation of the people, so that only a very limited increase in the transport capacity can be achieved here. Also, a shortening or optimization of the door opening times in many elevators is already implemented by default. Thus, these measures do not lead to a really noticeable increase in transport capacity.

Thus, the object of the present invention is to alleviate the above-mentioned drawbacks by providing an elevator system for zone operation in a building, which allows an increase in the transport capacity of the entire elevator installation, without reducing the transport capacity of a lift to be delivered or wegbringenden lift. The object also aims at a V experienced for the zone operation of such a lift system. The object is to be realized with known and proven means of elevator construction.

This object is achieved by the invention according to the independent claims. Advantageous embodiments of the invention show the dependent claims.

The invention relates to an elevator installation for zone operation in a building and to a method for the zone operation of such an elevator installation. The building is divided into several zones. The elevator system has several elevators for the transport of persons / goods in cabins. Each elevator is assigned to a zone. Between the zones, at least one transfer floor is arranged for transferring persons / goods between cabins of different zones.

At least one elevator has at least two cabins arranged one above the other, which cabins can be moved independently of one another on a pair of guide rails.

According to the invention, therefore, an increase in the transport capacity of the elevator installation takes place in the at least one elevator two independently movable cabins instead of a single cabin as usual. As a result, the total number of movable cabins of the elevator system is increased, while the space requirement of the elevator system is maintained by the building cross-section. By increasing the number of moveable cabins in the building, the transfer floor can be approached more often and thus avoid or limit queues. Also, existing elevator systems can be modernized easily, quickly and cheaply.

Zones: The elevators 11, 12, 13, 14 transport persons / goods in the building 30. The elevators 11, 12, 13, 14 are assigned to the zones 31, 32 . Elevators 11, 12 of the first zone 31 are also referred to as feeders and elevators 13, 14 of the second zone 32 are referred to as the Wegbringer. In the embodiments according to Fig. 1 and 2 is the floor 30.8 a transfer floor 33, 33 ', where there is a transfer of transported persons / goods between feeder and Wegbringern. The embodiment according to Fig. 3 has two floors 30.7, 30.8 as transfer floors 33, 33 ' on. The terms feeder and Wegbringer apply to a particular direction of the transport flow. In the following, we will consider feeder and Wegbringer in transport of persons / goods in the upward direction in the building 30 . Of course, these terms are reversed in the transport of persons / goods in the upward direction in the building 3 0 . Further details on zone operation will be described in detail below. the A person skilled in the art is free, with knowledge of the present invention, to use more or fewer elevators for zone operation in the building. He can also provide several transfer floors one above the other. Finally, he can provide several in-line feeders with transfer floors.

Cabins: Each of the elevators 11, 12, 13 has at least one cabin 1, 2, 3, 4, 4 ' , which cabins 1, 2, 3, 4, 4' as a single or multi-cabin in the vertical direction of travel on a pair of guide rails 5, 5 ' are moved. The cabins 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 , 4 ' are conventional and proven elevator cars, which are moved by guide shoes on guide rails 5 , 5' .

Drives: The elevator installation 10 has a drive 6, 6 ' per cabin 1, 2, 3, 4, 4' . The drives are, for example, to traction sheave drives with traction sheaves, which connect the cabins 1, 2, 3, 4, 4 ' via funding with counterweights. For reasons of clarity, the conveying means and counterweights are not shown in the figures. Advantageously, each cabin 1, 2, 3, 4, 4 'is connected via at least one conveying means to a counterweight, which conveying means are driven by traction sheaves by frictional engagement. The conveyor may have any shape, it may also be made of any materials. For example. the funding is a round rope, double rope or a belt. For example. the conveyor is at least partially made of steel or aramid fibers. With knowledge of the present invention, the skilled person can use all known and proven drives 6, 6 ' . For example. Gearless drives or those with gearboxes can be used. It is also possible to use drives 6, 6 ' with permanent magnets, with a synchronous motor or asynchronous motor. The drives 6, 6 ' can be arranged in separate machine rooms 35 or directly in the shaft 34 . Here, too, the skilled person has knowledge of the present invention, free choice of the arrangement of the drives. For example. can the drives 6, 6 ' , as in the embodiment according to Fig. 1 represented, at the upper end of guide rails 5, 5 'be arranged at substantially the same height in the shaft 34 .

Destination Call Control: Advantageously, the elevator installation 10 transports persons / goods with a destination call control. In this case, destination destinations are entered via destination call input devices. In the destination call control is not a previous car call but from a location of the building 30 from a destination call. For clarity, no target call input devices are shown in the figures. The destination call input devices may be on the floors 30.1 to 30.10 at the entrances to the elevator system 10 permanently installed panels eg. With 10-key keyboard and / or touch screen, but they may be carried by the persons / goods mobile devices such as mobile phones. The destination call controller receives information about the location of the destination call input and the destination transmitted via the destination call input devices. This information can be used at any time of the zone operation to optimize the transport capacity of the elevator installation 10 . Thus, the total number of persons / goods to be transported by the elevators 11, 12, 13, 14 is determined from the information. The exact number of persons / goods transferring at the transfer floor 33, 33 ' is also determined from the information. The destination call control controls all elevators 11, 12, 13, 14 together and coordinates as a group. For this purpose, the destination call control via known and proven means with the drives 6, 6 ' and the cabins 1, 2, 3, 4, 4' is connected. Advantageously, the elevators 11, 12, 13, 14 are controlled as a function of the number of passengers in the rising platform 3 3, 33 ' , thereby avoiding or limiting overfilling of the transfer floor 33, 33' .

Eine solche Anzeige kann bspw. lauten "Bitte nehmen Sie Aufzug B und warten Sie auf die zweite Kabine".Advantageously, the destination call control controls the elevators 11, 12, 13, 14 in such a coordinated manner that persons / goods are transported bundled. Bundled is a temporal and local bundling understood, ie people / goods are on predetermined departure times of further transporting in a further zone cabins 1, 2, 3, 4, 4 ' out and taking into account the transport capacity of these further transporting cabins 1, 2, 3, 4, 4 'transported to the transfer floor 33, 33' . Advantageously, the wegbringende elevator 11, 12, 13, 14 waiting with opened doors on the persons / goods. The destination call control also makes it possible for each person to transfer theirs Allocated elevator 11, 12, 13, 14 and their assigned cabin 1, 2, 3, 4, 4 ' communicate, this can be done even before arrival in the transfer floor 33, 33' . If the present invention is known, the person skilled in the art can, for example, use display means which can be used for each car 1, 2, 3, 4 moving in front of entrances to the elevators 11, 12, 13, 14 and / or in the transfer floor 33, 33 ' , 4 ' and / or in the transfer floor 33, 33' self-person indicating the assigned elevators 11, 12, 13, 14 and their assigned cabin 1, 2, 3, 4, 4 ' displays. The display means may be arranged at different locations. They may be parts of stationary in the cabins 1, 2, 3, 4, 4 ' and / or before the entrances to the elevators 11, 12, 13, 14 and / or in the transfer floor 33, 33' arranged panels. However, the display means may also be parts of mobile devices carried by the persons, such as mobile phones. Such an announcement may, for example, be "Please take elevator B and wait for the second car".

Statistical unit: The destination call control recognizes how many persons / goods have to change in the transfer floor 33, 33 ' and advantageously has a statistical unit. The statistics unit receives an indication of the approximate arrival time in the transfer floor 33, 33 ' from the destination call control system already at the first destination call input of each / each transferring person / goods. Once the exact exit time of the transferring persons / goods in the transfer floor 33, 33 'is known, this is communicated together with the approximate entry time into a further transporting cabin 1, 2, 3, 4, 4' of the statistical unit. As soon as the exact arrival time of the further-transporting car 1, 2, 3, 4, 4 ' b is known, the destination call controller notifies this exact entry time to the statistics unit. The statistical unit can thus provide a future-oriented occupancy statistics for the transfer floor 33, 33 ' , which is constantly specified by the reports of the exact arrival and departure times per person / good. Also, an occupancy trend is detected by the statistics unit by determining the positive or negative increase in the number of persons / goods in the transfer floor 33, 33 ' per time interval. The statistics on the occupancy trend supplements the information about the Passenger number in the transfer floor 33, 33 ' , so as to draw correct conclusions about the development of the future occupancy of the transfer floor 33, 33' .

In the statistics unit, two parameters are used: "Maximum number of passengers in the transfer floor, switching on the increased transport capacity" and "Maximum number of passengers / goods in the transfer floor, switching off the increased transport capacity". These two parameters are individually provided with thresholds for each building 30 and transfer floor 33, 33 ' since they are distinguished from the respective architectural solution of the access vestibules and from the possible inequality of the transport capacities between the car 1, 2, 3, 4, 4 to be delivered and removed 'are dependent. If the occupancy statistics run by the statistical unit reaches a threshold value for the parameter "Maximum number of passengers in the transfer floor, switching on the increased transport capacity", the current occupancy trend indicates and indicates a corresponding positive increase, destination call control parameters of the repatriating car 1, 2, 3, 4 , 4 ' by means of the destination call control adapted so that the maximum transport capacity of the wegbringenden cabin 1, 2, 3, 4, 4' is activated. This is also referred to as the peak traffic mode of the elevator installation 10 . The transport capacity of the zubringenden cabins 1, 2, 3, 4, 4 ' is maintained and the building 30 is optimally filled or not crowded. For example. For example, transferring cabins 1, 2, 3, 4, 4 'are preferably sent to the transfer floor 33, 33' and / or the arrival time of the transferring cabins 1, 2, 3, 4, 4 ' becomes the heavily filled delivering cabins 1, 2, 3 , 4, 4 ' adapted.

When a threshold is set for the parameter "Maximum Number of Passengers / Goods in the Transfer Floor; Switching Off the Increased Transport Capacity" and the occupancy trend is down, the elevator installation 10 is operated again in the normal traffic mode in which the passenger comfort is optimal with sufficient transport capacity.
