Claims (13)

  1. Dispositif de démarrage pour une installation de coulée continue, en particulier pour barres rondes, pour l'introduction dans la coquille de coulée continue, composé d'un élément d'alimentation (3) et d'un élément de tête (9) d'un mannequin relié de manière amovible à l'élément d'alimentation (3) par l'intermédiaire d'un élément d'accouplement (2),
    - la barre étant reliée fixement à l'élément d'alimentation (3) après le refroidissement en intercalant un élément d'étanchéité (4) reposant sur l'élément de tête (9), remplissant la section transversale de coquille et séparant l'élément de tête (9) du métal en fusion lors de la coulée,
    - l'élément d'alimentation (3) et l'élément d'accouplement (2) étant réalisés d'un seul tenant,
    - la liaison entre l'élément de tête (9) et l'élément d'accouplement (2) étant une liaison par crochet facile à défaire,
    caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'étanchéité (4) est composé d'une plaque métallique (5) remplissant pour l'essentiel la section transversale de coquille et orientée vers l'élément d'alimentation (3) et d'une rondelle d'étanchéité (6) en matériau flexible, dont le diamètre est légèrement supérieur au diamètre de coquille.
  2. Dispositif de démarrage selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que l'élément d'alimentation (3) est une barrette (14) s'étendant de l'élément d'étanchéité (4) vers le côté coquille, dont la zone d'extrémité (15) est réalisée en forme de crochet.
  3. Dispositif de démarrage selon la revendication 2,
    caractérisé en ce que la zone d'extrémité (15) de la barrette (14) est réalisée en double crochet.
  4. Dispositif de démarrage selon la rev-endication 2,
    caractérisé en ce que la zone d'extrémité (15) de la barrette (14) est réalisée en quadruple crochet.
  5. Dispositif de démarrage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4,
    caractérisé en ce que la plaque métallique (5) peut être reliée à l'élément d'accouplement (2) pour le pré-montage.
  6. Dispositif de démarrage selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que la rondelle d'étanchéité (6) est en carton.
  7. Dispositif de démarrage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6,
    caractérisé en ce que, dans l'état monté, des particules de ferraille de refroidissement peuvent être agencées sur la plaque métallique (5).
  8. Dispositif de démarrage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7,
    caractérisé en ce que la zone d'extrémité de l'élément de tête (9) côté liaison forme côté frontal un évidement (11) s'étendant au moins transversalement jusqu'au-delà de la ligne médiane, en ce que l'extrémité frontale de l'évidement (11) forme des deux côtés un talon (13, 13') formant un crochet et en ce que la zone d'extrémité à relier de la barrette (14) est conformée en élément d'accouplement (2), lequel présente une zone d'extrémité appropriée pour l'accrochage dans l'évidement (11), la zone d'extrémité de l'élément d'accouplement (2) accrochée du côté frontal au talon (13, 13') étant entièrement située dans la zone de l'évidement (11) dans l'état de montage final.
  9. Dispositif de démarrage selon la revendication 8,
    caractérisé en ce que la zone d'extrémité de l'élément d'accouplement (2) présente un épaississement (10) en forme de boulon.

    caractérisé en ce que le talon (13, 13') est un élément pouvant être relié séparément à l'évidement (11).
