Claims (12)

  1. Procédé de fixation de la paroi arrière d'un tambour (1) d'un lave-linge à une étoile de support (2) sur laquelle le tambour est monté à rotation par l'intermédiaire d'un axe (4), caractérisé en ce que la paroi arrière du tambour (1) est fixée sur l'étoile de support (2) en plusieurs ouvertures (6) de l'étoile de support (2) qui présentent un diamètre d'entrée et un diamètre de sortie de tailles différentes, une buse (8) qui déborde de la tôle de la paroi arrière du tambour (1) étant insérée dans l'ouverture (6) associée par l'entrée de plus petit diamètre de chaque ouverture (6) et en évasant ensuite la buse (8) contre les parois de l'ouverture (6) qui définissent la différence en taille entre le diamètre d'entrée et le diamètre de sortie de l'ouverture (6).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite déformation de la buse (8) déjà insérée est réalisée en recourant à un outil d'emboutissage en enfonçant l'outil d'emboutissage dont la surface d'enveloppe est adaptée à la surface en tronc de cône de la forme ultérieure de la buse dans le plus grand trou et dans la partie supérieure de la buse et en le repoussant contre le côté intérieur de la buse (8) qui reçoit ainsi sa forme finale.
  3. Procédé selon les revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les parois de l'ouverture (6) présentent au moins une combinaison d'une surface en forme de tronc de cône et au moins un épaulement, la surface d'enveloppe de l'outil d'emboutissage façonnant successivement les parties de la combinaison.
  4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'étoile de support (2) a la forme d'une étoile dans chacun des bras de support (3) de laquelle est ménagée au moins une ouverture (6) dans laquelle est insérée la buse (8) correspondante du tambour (1).
  5. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la buse (8) ménagée dans le tambour (1) est réalisée par une opération d'emboutissage.
  6. Dispositif de fixation d'une étoile de support (2) sur la paroi arrière du tambour (1) d'un lave-linge, un élargissement latéral (10) étant réalisé dans au moins une partie de l'étoile de support (2) au moins sur un côté d'au moins un des bras de fixation (3) de l'étoile de support (2), caractérisé en ce que le tambour (1) est fixé sur l'étoile de support (2) par le procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel l'étoile de support (2) présente plusieurs ouvertures (6) dont le diamètre d'entrée et le diamètre de sortie sont différents et dans lesquelles une buse (8) étirée hors de la paroi arrière du tambour (1) est insérée par le côté du petit diamètre d'entrée, de telle sorte que la buse soit repoussée au moins contre la partie des parois de l'ouverture (6) qui définit la différence entre le diamètre d'entrée et le diamètre de sortie.
  7. Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une ouverture (6) pour une buse (8) de la paroi arrière du tambour (1) est disposée dans l'élargissement latéral (10).
  8. Dispositif de fixation selon les revendications 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que les parois de l'ouverture (6) contre lesquelles une buse correspondante (8) est repoussée ont une surface qui s'évase au moins en partie en direction de l'extrémité supérieure de la buse (8).
  9. Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que l'évasement des parois de l'ouverture (6) a la forme d'un tronc de cône.
  10. Dispositif de fixation selon les revendications 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce que les parois de l'ouverture (6) qui définissent les diamètres d'entrée et de sortie différents présentent au moins un épaulement auquel la buse (8) est adaptée mécaniquement.
  11. Dispositif de fixation selon l'une des revendications 8 à 10, caractérisé en ce que les parois de l'ouverture (6) comprennent au moins une combinaison d'une surface en forme de tronc de cône et d'au moins un épaulement.
  12. Dispositif de fixation selon l'une des revendications 6 à 11, caractérisé en ce que l'étoile de support (2) présente la forme d'une étoile qui contient au moins une ouverture (6) dans chacun de ses bras de fixation (3).
