Definitions
- the invention relates to atecshemmnis according to the preamble of Claim 1.
- Such ayesshemmnis is known from DE 101 57 572 A1.
- This knownnessshemmnis consists of an elastic Micro-wire low tear strength.
- the micro-wire becomes a compacted one Formed wire body storing mechanical strain energy.
- Shaping energy expandable which is expanded by the Wireframe delimited volume the shape of a three-dimensional has geometric body.
- This knownnessshemmnis has the defect that the necessary spatial, i. three-dimensional connections of the Defined edge edge elements forming micro-wire sections with each other Include fixed angles, which is either a limited Compactability, that is compaction, of the respective inhibitor or to a kinking of the microwires, in particular in the region of the connections leads.
- the invention is based on the object to provide a remplishemmnis the aforementioned type, the is increased in performance, i. which is very small volume packable, and in addition the compounds of the marginal edge elements more tear resistant than the Edge edge elements themselves are.
- the movement inhibitor according to the invention has peripheral edge elements, that of micro-wires, fibers or fiber bundles, so-called rowings, can be formed.
- the microwires, fibers or fiber bundles can be made out Metals, metal alloys, glasses, ceramics, polymer materials, Carbon or the like exist.
- the marginal edge elements become too at least one individual element of the respective desired mesh size or Element size joined by putting it at some or all corners or Intersection points are firmly connected. These connections done for example by means of an adhesive.
- the resilient adjustment of the at least one individual element of the small-volume packing or storage state in the large-volume active state, i.e. the erection and expansion of the movement inhibition is carried out by the spring elements at the corners or in the region of the edge edge elements are attached.
- the spring elements may simply be wire pieces act, preferably it is spring wire segments. It will be firm connections between the spring elements maximum in one plane, i.e. produced in two dimensions. This ensures that the movement inhibitors according to the invention without buckling of the spring elements can be compressed to a maximum and thus a very small-volume packaging or take storage condition. For example, you can Flattening of the invention in a plane flattened and in this flattened state on a roll or spool core be wound up.
- FIG. 1 shows a movement barrier 10, which is designed as a single element 12 is that resilient from a small-volume storage condition into one large volume active state is adjustable. This large-volume active state is shown in perspective in Figure 1.
- the single element 12 has Edge edge elements 14, which together, for example by means of high-strength Adhesive connections 16 are connected.
- the single element 12 For adjustment of the single element 12 from the small-volume storage condition in the large volume cuboid active state, the single element 12 Spring elements 18 which are connected to the peripheral edge elements 14.
- the individual element 12 has, for example, a volume of 1 dm 3 .
- the spring elements 18 extend between the adhesive bonds 16 in the spatial diagonals.
- FIG. 2 shows, in a spatial representation similar to FIG. 1, a movement obstacle 10 formed by a single element 12, in which the peripheral edge elements 14 form a cuboid in the large-volume active state.
- this single element 12 which has a volume between 30 and 50 dm 3 , for example, in the active state, the spring elements 18 do not extend in the room diagonals but in the area diagonals of the mantle of the cuboid.
- Figure 3 illustrates in a three-dimensional view a movement obstruction 10 with a number of each other to a wall or wall-like large obstacle side by side and superimposed individual elements 12, which are drawn in Figure 3 in large-volume active state.
- volumes of several 100 m 3 can be realized in order to realize, for example, roadblocks, protective walls around squares or at endangered facilities, etc.
- Even such major obstacles can be compressed in the storage state small volume, folded or rolled together, so that they have only a small amount of space in the packed inactive storage condition.
- individual elements 12 according to Figure 1 or according to Figure 2 are for Clamping the desired cuboid shape always a corresponding Number of spring elements 18 required.
- the structure of such individual elements 12th is not critical. However, it is the size of the individual elements 12, the desired Schütt Turner and the wire thickness of the spring elements 18 so to dimension that the individual elements 12 with sufficient security unfold from the small volume storage state into the large volume active state.
- a spring element 18 may possibly be sufficient per single element 12, as stated above in connection with FIG has been.
- a parameter value estimation for a large obstruction is possible.
- the element sizes of the individual elements 12 the total weight of a large obstacle, for example, with an active volume of 200 m 3 , calculated its packing volume and the expansion factor during deployment.
- the parameter variations performed in the calculations are the number of spring elements 18 per element 12, the biasing factor of the wire segments 20, as well as the total height of the desired obstacle.
- the aufspannbare size of the individual elements 12 increases with increasing wire diameter.
- parameters to be used are for element sizes between about 75 mm and 200 mm for wire diameters between about 0.15 mm and 0.6 mm.
- An increase in the bias of the wire segments 20 also allows larger individual elements 12, as a lower Leonspannende total height of the large obstacle.
- An increase in the number of wire elements 20 has hardly any influence, because it would also have to be clamped a larger total weight.
- a weight optimization of the large obstacle with a Vorspannlor 10 a wire diameter of 0.35 mm, an element size of 165 mm and a height of 1 m.
- the large obstacle dimensioned in this way would weigh about 26 kg at a volume of 200 m 3 . This corresponds to 130 g per m 3 .
- the packing volume of the large obstacle amounts to approx. 23 dm 3 .
- the expansion factor of the large obstacle from the packed, ie inactive storage state in the unfolded, ie large-volume active state would therefore be 9000 for such an implementation example.
- Movement barriers can be designed to make themselves look erect the inactive packed state.
- Inventive movement barriers made of microfibers with Wire segments are, for example, obstacles for persons and light vehicles, where high-strength fibers can be used. These are in Networks arranged and at selected connection points for example, firmly bonded by means of adhesives.
- the shipment of packed individual elements can be, for example, by ejecting from cans or Drums are made. This ejection may be pyrotechnically assisted.
- the Obstacles can also act as the active part of a nonlethal bullet longer distances are spent. That can be done with the help of one distance-limiting throwers happen.
- One more way consists of barriers according to the invention in a closed building or in a closed room. That can for example happen on the principle "Bunkerfaust", with a Vorhohlladung in the Outside wall bursts open an opening through which the additional charge that the containing movement inhibitions, enters the room and this one ejects.
- Extended, i. Wall or wall-like large obstacles can from People or vehicles by rolling off a roll or spool core be interpreted. For the transfer of such major obstacles may also be self-propelled robot used.
- Lots of individual elements are, for example, for fixing people in buildings or Rooms or to block rooms, corridors, escape routes or like that.
- An increase of the inhibitory effect is conceivable, if the individual elements of a "charge" by longer pieces of fiber stuck together are connected.
- the application of such beds of individual elements can passively be such that certain rooms or areas of space be blocked.
- a use is in shape a "non-lethal mine" feasible when approaching or touching by a person ejecting movement obstructions.
