Description

Zahnbesatz für Walzen und Tragsegmente von Textilmaschinen
Die Erfindung richtet sich auf einen Zahnbesatz für Textilmaschinen, wie Kämm-Maschinen, Verzugs- und Aullösewalzen für Offenend- Vorrichtungen und dergleichen, bestehend aus einer Mehrzahl von Riegeln aus parallel nebeneinander angeordneten Sägezahnstanzteilen, welche mittels einer Ausnehmung in ihrem Fußbereich auf ein Halteteil formschlüssig aufgeschoben sind und in ihrer Gebrauchslage in Längsrichtung des Halteteils durch Wangen des Tragsegments oder der Walze festgehalten sind.
Ein derartiger Zahnbesatz ist aus der DE 30 07 245 C2 bekannt, wobei das Halteteil im Querschnitt entweder schwalbenschwanzförmig oder annähernd rechteckig mit kreisabschnittförmigen Seitenteilen ausgebildet ist.
Diese Art der Befestigung hat sich in der Praxis außerordentlich gut bewährt, wobei allerdings die seitlichen Teilflächen bzw. Kreissegmente zu Toleranzen bei der Positionierung der zu kämmenden Spitzen führen. Ähnliches gilt für eine Befestigung, wie sie aus der EP 0 839 934 AI bekannt ist.
Da Versuche gezeigt haben, dass eine exakt einheitliche Position der Spitzen der Kämmsegmente für die Erzielung eines optimalen Kämm- Ergebnisses von herausragender Bedeutung ist, liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zu Grunde, die Geometrie der Befestigung so zu verbessern, dass die Toleranzen erheblich reduziert werden. Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, dass die Ausnehmungen der Sägezahnstanzteile und der Querschnitt des Halteteils wenigstens abschnittsweise T-förmig mit zwei wenigstens abschnittsweise etwa parallel zueinander verlaufenden Begrenzungsflächen ausgebildet sind.
Die erfindungsgemäß vorgesehene T-fÖrmige Konfiguration, d. h. eine Konfiguration mit zwei zueinander parallelen Abschnitten, sorgt dafür, dass die Toleranzen in radialer Richtung, d.h. in derjenigen Richtung, die für die Höhenlage der Spitzen bzw. den radialen Abstand von der Drehachse verantwortlich ist, minimiert werden. Versuche haben gezeigt, dass eine Reduzierung der Toleranzen gegenüber Ausgestaltungen nach dem Stand der Technik auf die Hälfte möglich ist, wodurch das Kämm-Ergebnis verbessert wird.
Die erfindungsgemäße Ausgestaltung ermöglicht eine kostengünstige einteilige Realisierung der Sägezahnsegmente und eine exakte, ausschließlich formschlüssige Positionierung, ohne dass eine zusätzliche Federbeaufschlagung erforderlich wäre.
Nachfolgend wird die Erfindung anhand eines bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispiels in Verbindung mit der Zeichnung näher erläutert. Diese zeigt eine schematische Darstellung eines erfindungsgemäßen Zahnbesatzes.
In der Zeichnung ist ein vollständiges Sägezahnstanzteil 1 dargestellt, welches einen Fußbereich 2 und eine Mehrzahl von Zähnen 3 aufweist. Rechts in der Zeichnung sind weitere Zähne 3 von dahinterliegenden Säge- zahnstanzteilen 1 angedeutet, welche über Ausnehmungen 4 und in der Zeichnung nicht dargestellte Verbindungsstäbe einen Riegel 5 ausbilden. Die Befestigung dieser Sägezahnstanzteile 1 bzw. einer Mehrzahl von Riegeln 5 an der Kämmwalze einer Kämm-Maschine ist in DE 30 07 245 AI im Einzelnen beschrieben, insbesondere auch die Funktion eines Halte- teils 6.
Jedes Sägezahnstanzteil 1 weist eine Ausnehmung 7 auf, um die Sägezahnstanzteile 1 bzw. die durch eine Mehrzahl solcher Sägezahnstanzteile 1 gebildeten Riegel 5 auf den Befestigungsabschnitt 8 des Halteteils 6 auf- zuschieben.
Der Befestigungsabschnitt 8 des Halteteils 6 weist eine im Querschnitt T-förmige Konfiguration auf, d. h. zwei bezogen auf die Kämmwalze annähernd tangential und parallel zueinander verlaufende Flächen 9, 10 und zwei bezogen auf die Kärnmwalze annähernd radial und parallel zueinander verlaufende Begrenzungsflächen 11.
Im Vergleich zu einer herkömmlicher Weise verwendeten schwalben- schwanzförmigen Konfiguration werden hierdurch wesentlich geringere Toleranzen in radialer Richtung (Radius R) erzielt, so dass die Zähne 3 der Sägezahnstanzteile 1 exakt und gleichmäßiger positioniert sind, wodurch ein verbessertes Kämmergebnis erzielt wird.

Claims

Patentansprüche
1. Zahnbesatz für Textilmaschinen, wie Kämm-Maschinen, Verzugs- und Auflösewalzen für Offenend- Vorrichtungen und dergleichen, beste- hend aus einer Mehrzahl von Riegeln aus parallel nebeneinander angeordneten Sägezahnstanzteilen, welche mittels einer Ausnehmung in ihrem Fußbereich auf ein Halteteil formschlüssig aufgeschoben sind und in ihrer Gebrauchslage in Längsrichtung des Halteteils durch Wangen des Tragsegments oder der Walze festgehalten sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausnehmungen (7) der Sägezahnstanzteile
(1) und der Querschnitt des Halteteils (6) wenigstens abschnittsweise etwa T-förmig mit zwei wenigstens abschnittsweise etwa parallel oder im spitzen Winkel zueinander verlaufenden Begrenzungsflächen (9, 10) ausgebildet sind.
Zahnbesatz nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die
Begrenzungsflächen (9, 10) einen spitzen Winkel von weniger als 20°, insbesondere weniger als 5°, einschließen.
