技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于纺织机器例如精梳机、开松设备(Offenend-Vorrichtung)的拉伸辊和开松辊等的齿形针布/装边件，它包括多个由平行地并排设置的锯齿形冲裁件组成的条状件，所述条状件通过其底部的开口形锁合地推装在一个保持件上并通过支承段或辊子的侧部固定保持在其沿保持件纵向的使用位置中。
背景技术
由DE3007245C2已知一种这样的齿形针布，其中所述保持件在横截面内设计成燕尾形的或者是接近矩形并带有圆弧段形侧部的。
在实用中已经证明这种固定形式是特别好的，但其中侧向的部分面或者说圆弧段会在用于梳理的尖部定位时导致容差。对于由EP0839934A1已知的固定结构情况也是类似的。
发明内容
因为试验表明，梳理段的尖部精确统一的定位对实现最佳的梳理效果具有突出的重要意义，所以本发明的目的是，这样地改进固定结构的几何形状，以大大降低容差。
根据本发明这样来实现所述目的，即所述锯齿冲裁件的开口和所述保持件的横截面至少局部地设计成T形的，并具有两个至少局部大致相互平行延伸的限定面。
根据本发明的设想的T形结构，即一具有两个相互平行的区段的结构，使得沿径向-即确定尖部的高度位置或者说距转动轴线的距离的方向一的容差最小。试验已经表明，与根据现有技术的设计方案相比可将容差减小至一半，由此改善了梳理效果。
根据本发明的设计方案使得可以成本低廉地单件式地实现锯齿段，并可进行精确的只是形锁合的定位，而不要求进行附加的弹簧加载。

具体实施方式
附图中示出一个完整的锯齿形冲裁件1，所述冲裁件具有一个底部区2和多个齿部3。图中右侧示出位于后面的锯齿形冲裁件1的另外的齿部3，所述各锯齿形冲裁件通过孔口4和图中未示出的连接杆形成一个条状件(Riegel)5。
在DE3007245A1中详细说明了所述锯齿形冲裁件1或者说多个条状件5在一精梳机的梳理辊上的固定，特别说明了一个保持件6的功能。
每个锯齿形冲裁件1都具有一个开口7，以将所述锯齿形冲裁件1或者由多个这种锯齿形冲裁件1形成的条状件5套装在保持件6的固定区段8上。
保持件6的固定区段8在横截面内具有一T形的结构，即具有两个相对于梳理辊近似切向地且相互平行地延伸的面9、10和两个相对于梳理辊近似径向地且相互平行地延伸的限定面11。
与一采用常见方式的燕尾形结构相比，由此实现了在径向(半径R)上大大降低了的容差，从而锯齿形冲裁件1的齿部3可精确和较均匀地定位，由此实现梳理效果的改善。

Claims (2)

1.一种用于纺织机器的拉伸辊和开松辊的齿形针布，包括多个由平行地并排设置的锯齿形冲裁件组成的条状件，所述锯齿形冲裁件借助于其底部区中的开口形锁合地套装在一个保持件上并通过支承段或所述辊子的侧部被固定保持在所述锯齿形冲裁件在保持件纵向上的使用位置处，其特征在于，所述锯齿形冲裁件(1)的开口(7)和所述保持件(6)的横截面设计成T形的，并具有两个相对于所述辊子切向地且相互平行延伸的限定面(9、10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的齿形针布，其特征在于，所述齿形针布是用于精梳机、开松设备的拉伸辊和开松辊的齿形针布。
