Definitions
- the invention relates to a device and a method for Provision of ready-to-use bituminous material according to the preamble of claim 1 or 10.
- transportable Storage silos to be used at a place of consumption of the Asphalt can be erected.
- Both stationary and transportable silos are preferably designed to be with a truck are accessible, which facilitates the loading of the trucks.
- the invention is based on the object of providing especially asphalt at construction sites with large To facilitate asphalt needs.
- the invention relates to a device for providing of ready-to-use bituminous material containing a Bearing with a storage volume for receiving the material, a bottom part, wall-like side parts and a cover having.
- the essence of the invention is that the bearing for Beund / or Unloading the storage volume is passable and that a weather-protecting reconstruction intended for the camp is.
- the intermediate storage forms according to the invention a temporal buffer, so to speak, but with which it can be guaranteed that to a certain Time, namely, if over a longer period of time the stock has been replenished, a precise estimate Amount of asphalt is available. It is by the weather-protecting reconstruction of the warehouse an intermediate storage over a longer period only possible without the im Stock existing asphalt due to excessive cooling or oxidation takes damage.
- the bearing is preferably in the form of a silo educated.
- the bottom part of the bearing is a section of Bottom surface of the delivery device.
- the bottom part of the bearing is preferably from e.g. about 160 ° C to 200 ° C heat resistant.
- the bottom part consists for example of a concrete screed floor, a composite concrete block floor, metal or Stone plate or the like.
- the side parts or walls may be conventional solid walls or prefabricated elements. Special vehicles and machines such as mobile cranes or large container vehicles used in the construction of conventional underrun bulk silos are needed not necessary for the construction of the device.
- An im Essentially accessible and passable at ground level Storage device may be of construction machinery, as used to Transporting, unloading and reloading the building material are necessary, well served.
- the Transportation by truck and reloading with the help of Wheel loaders Conveniently, the distance between two opposite side panels slightly larger than the maximum Width of these construction vehicles, e.g. the blade width of a Shovel loader to work with these vehicles between the sides of the camp readily enable.
- Another important aspect of the invention is the above-mentioned protective construction for the warehouse, the one largely weather-independent provision of the asphalt allows.
- This can be weather-related disadvantageous Changes in the asphalt and impairments in its Avoid handling almost completely.
- a renovation can for example, a partially or completely closed Serve hall or tent construction.
- asphalt in high Quality with relatively large Vorhaltemengen over a longer Period to e.g. 48 hours are provided what the operation of construction sites with large asphalt needs allows, where the processing of the asphalt is time critical.
- Subject of the invention are insulating means for increasing the Thermal insulation properties of at least the side parts and / or the cover provided.
- the relatively quick cooling of the Hot supplied asphalt can be replaced by a corresponding Insulation of the side parts or cover counteracted become.
- the hot asphalt does not stay opposite or Insufficiently insulated side and ceiling parts longer in a well workable or compaction willing Status.
- the insulation can be made by appropriately Components are achieved, or they are not special Insulated components used with the Dämmaufgabe matched additional insulation.
- An advantageous embodiment of the subject invention is characterized in that the side parts are formed so that they have predetermined thermal insulation properties with a thermal transmittance of about 0.5 to about 2.5 W / (m 2 / K) or better thermal insulation properties.
- a thermal transmittance of about 0.5 to about 2.5 W / (m 2 / K) or better thermal insulation properties.
- larger quantities of asphalt can easily be temporarily stored up to processing over a period of, for example, 4 to 12 hours or, in individual cases, up to 2 to 3 days.
- the said range of heat permeability can be achieved, for example, particularly advantageous by about 0.6 meter thick cuboid side walls made of concrete.
- the cover so is designed to have predetermined thermal insulation properties with a heat transfer coefficient of approx. 0.3 W / (m2 / K) or has better thermal insulation properties. This minimizes advantageously in particular those from the hot asphalt Heat given off above as heat loss.
- the cover can e.g. made of prefabricated sheet-metal coated and with insulating materials such as. Polyurethane foam filled profile elements with a profile element thickness of about 80 mm exist.
- the side parts and / or the bottom part at least partly from prefabricated and with others composable elements.
- the Assembly of the device particularly easy and fast be executed.
- Standard parts can be used be and by a modular structure can be the Size of the storage volume flexible to the required Adjust the amount of asphalt.
- a preferred embodiment of the subject invention is characterized by the fact that the bearing completely against the environment is definable.
- the storage volume is essentially one completely enclosed space opposite the environment of Warehouse forms. This is usually fixed by two arranged opposite side walls and by two optionally attachable or to be closed frontal Side parts and reached by a removable cover.
- delimiting the storage volume can be improved protection of the particular near-surface Asphalt, for example, protection against oxidation, Pollution or wind cooling. Also be by Emissions of hot asphalt into the environment are minimized.
- the Cover at least partially in the form of a frame construction educated.
- the cover can be particularly stable be built.
- the frame construction be constructed of standard parts, e.g. out on the Sides resting steel profile beams, the e.g. With prefabricated or heat-insulating cover provided are.
- On a frame can also be customized depending on desired type of cover corresponding area more or less heat-insulating solid or flexible elements be attached. It is advantageous here that the if necessary, lift or swivel the entire cover removed from the side panels and then again can be attached.
- the cover comprises a flexible Cover element that extends into the area of the bottom part extends.
- a flexible e.g. plane-like cover element which is, for example, on the deposited asphalt, can particularly easy to assemble and easy to operate, e.g. by winding or unwinding. Particularly advantageous can be so at the same time the operating pages of which the camp loading or is unloaded, temporarily cover, bringing the above improved protection of the asphalt is possible, as long as not is loaded or unloaded.
- a tarpaulin can also advantageously to a certain extent to the contour equalize the material in the storage space. at tarpaulin lying on the asphalt finds particular almost no oxidation or reduced cooling or Emission of the covered asphalt.
- the Cover inside a device also different be formed, e.g. one part as flexible and another Part as a rigid construction.
- the invention relates to a method for Provision of ready-to-use bituminous Material, especially hot asphalt.
- the core idea lies now that the material before processing in particular in one of the above-mentioned devices for About 4 to 48 hours after its production in one Mixed plant is stored temporarily.
- the asphalt will in particular without further movements over several hours in held a warehouse.
- it will become one Equalization of the asphalt temperature of the one Asphalt mixing plant taken asphalt reached.
- a suitable Interim storage means for example, that the asphalt during the deployment against excessive cooling or an undesired change e.g. against oxidation is protected.
- the Temperature ranges of the intermediate asphalt are usually e.g. at high temperature asphalt at first in Range from approx. 150 ° C to 180 ° C. During storage The asphalt temperature then rises within a few hours by a few degrees Celsius and then drops almost evenly, e.g. in about 12 hours in about 5 ° C. After Interim storage may be the asphalt from the interim storage be taken, the asphalt usually a Minimum temperature for a hassle and ease Proper processing is sufficient, for example in the range of about 130 ° C. The Interim storage time is preferably not 18 hours exceed.
- the material to be provided with a cross-sectional area of at least approximately 6 m 2 is stored at a bearing height of at least one meter.
- the width and the height of the cross section through the asphalt heap should preferably be in comparable orders of magnitude, for example approaching a square cross-sectional area.
- the material to be provided is preferably temporarily stored in about 5 m wide and about 3 to 4 m high laterally limited landfills, wherein the free surface may have a slight Schüttkegelform. This results in a geometry of the volume occupied by the material, in which the asphalt temperature, which is comparatively higher than that of the surroundings during the interim storage of the asphalt, decreases relatively slowly due to geometry, or a noticeable oxidation of the asphalt is avoided.
- the outer surface of the asphalt heap should be relatively small compared to the storage volume of the heap.
- the length of the pile is set variably, eg from a few meters to tens of times.
- a preferred variant of the invention is as bituminous material used high temperature asphalt and stored in such a way that the asphalt temperature during intermediate storage not below approx. 130 ° C decreased.
- At about 130 ° C and above can be the High temperature asphalt economical and technical advantageous use.
- the from the asphalt intermediate storage with approx. 130 ° C taken asphalt is on the one hand hot enough to still spot easily processed and compacted. on the other hand the tarmac is not too hot anymore, so he is after his Processing over an acceptable or relatively short Period so far cool that it will be full as soon as possible is resilient.
- FIG 1 an inventive asphalt bearing 1 from the front illustrated, with the weather protection conversion for the Asphalt storage is not shown.
