Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Profil insbesondere aus Aluminium für eine Fußabstreifmatte, bei der mehrere Profile nebeneinander aneinander befestigt sind, wobei das Profil eine nach oben offene obere Mittelkammer aufweist, in der ein Schmutz aufnehmendes Aufnahmeelement einliegt, das mit einem oberen Bereich über die Profiloberseite vorsteht, und wobei unterhalb der oberen Mittelkammer mindestens eine untere Mittelkammer angeordnet ist.
  • Solche Profile für Fußabstreifmatten sind bekannt. Die Profile werden nebeneinander in der Regel dadurch befestigt, dass sie in Querrichtung von Verbindungsseilen durchdrungen sind. Auch ist es aus der EP-A-0 365 869 bekannt, mehrere gleiche Profile mit jeweils einem Schmutzabstreifelement aneinander lösbar zu befestigen. Hierbei ist es aus der DE 201 15 339 auch bekannt, Profile unterschiedlicher Bauart nebeneinander zu legen und zu verbinden, um mit einer Profilart Schmutz an Schuhen zu lösen und mit der anderen Profilart Schmutz und Feuchtigkeit aufzunehmen. Das Verwenden mehrerer unterschiedlicher Profile erhöht erheblich die Herstellungs- und Montagekosten.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, ein Profil für Fußabstreifmatten zu schaffen, dass unterschiedliche Profile ersetzt und hierbei sowohl dem Abstreifen als auch der Aufnahme von Schmutz und Feuchtigkeit dient.
  • Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, dass am Profil zumindest auf einer Seite ein erweiterter Bereich angeformt ist, der eine nach oben sich öffnende obere Seitenkammer bildet, in der ein Schmutz-Löseelement einliegt, und dass unter der Seitenkammer eine untere Seitenkammer angeordnet ist, wobei das Schmutz-Löseelement und das Aufnahmeelement unterschiedliche Querschnitte besitzen.
  • Vorzugsweise wird vorgeschlagen, dass es zu beiden Seiten jeweils einen erweiterten Bereich mit einem Schmutz-Löseelement und einer darunter angeordneten Seitenkammer aufweist. Auch ist von Vorteil, wenn die Seitenkammer(n) nach unten offen ist (sind). Hierdurch wird nicht nur Material eingespart, sondern die Seitenkammer(n) kann/können noch weitere Aufgaben übernehmen.
  • Material wird insbesondere dann eingespart, wenn die untere Seitenkammer(n) in ihrer Höhe größer ist (sind) als die untere Mittelkammer(n).
  • Vorzugsweise wird vorgeschlagen, dass in der/den unteren Seitenkammer(n) ein Trittschallhemmendes Profil einliegt. Zusätzlich oder alternativ wird vorgeschlagen, dass in der/den unteren Seitenkammer(n) ein Verbindungselement einliegt, das benachbarte Profile miteinander verbindet.
  • Eine hohe Stabilität des Profils bei geringem Materialaufwand wird erreicht, wenn das Profil fünf senkrechte Stegwände zwischen den unteren Kammern bildet.
  • Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung sind in den Zeichnungen in senkrechten Querschnitten dargestellt und werden im folgenden näher beschrieben.

  • Das erfindungsgemäße Metallprofil 1 insbesondere aus Aluminium weist in dem in Figur 1 dargestelltem ersten Ausführungsbeispiel einen mittleren Bereich 2 auf, an dem sich zu beiden Seiten seitliche erweiterte Bereiche 3a und 3b anschließen.
  • Der mittlere Bereich 2 bildet eine obere nach oben offene Mittelkammer 4, in der ein profilförmiges Schmutzaufnahmeelement 5 insbesondere aus Gummi oder Kunststoff mit nach oben vorstehenden Fasern formschlüssig einliegt. Unterhalb der Mittelkammer 4 bildet das Profil 1 zwei untere Mittekammern 6 gleicher Größe mit rechteckförmigen Querschnitt. Die Breite der beiden Mittelkammern 6 zusammengenommen entspricht etwa der Breite der oberen Mittelkammer 4.
  • In jeder der beiden seitlich erweiterten Bereiche 3a und 3b befindet sich eine obere nach oben offene Seitenkammer 7 und eine darunter befindliche nach unten offene untere Seitenkammer 8. In den zwei oberen Seitenkammern 7 liegt jeweils ein Schmutzlöseprofil 9 insbesondere aus Kunststoff formschlüssig ein, das über die Oberseite des Profils 1 hinausragt. Die unteren Seitekammern 8 sind entweder leer oder nehmen Kunststoff- oder Gummiprofile auf, die nach unten vorstehen, um das Profil 1 auf dem Untergrund zu lagern. Alternativ oder zusätzlich können aber auch in den unteren Seitenkammern 8 im Querschnitt U-förmige Verbindungsprofile einliegen, wobei ein U-Schenkel in der Seitenkammer 8 eines Profils 1 und der andere U-Schenkel in der unteren Seitenkammer 8 des benachbarten Profils einliegt.
  • Durch die unteren Kammern 6 und 8 können quereinliegende Verbindungsseile verlaufen, die durch mehrere Profile 1 hindurchgehen, um die Profile miteinander zu verbinden, wobei zwischen den Profilen Abstandshalter insbesondere aus Kunststoff oder Gummi liegen können, die vorzugsweise ringförmig sind und von den Verbindungsseilen durchdrungen werden.
  • Das Ausführungsbeispiel nach Figur 2 unterscheidet sich von dem nach Figur 1 nur dadurch, dass das Schmutzlöseprofil 9 einen unterschiedlichen Querschnitt besitzt. Beim Ausführungsbeispiel nach Figur 3 sind im Schmutzlöseprofil 9 senkrechte Borsten 10 eingebettet, die nach oben vorstehen.
  • Die unteren Kammern 6, 8 bilden zwischen sich und seitlich fünf senkrechte Stegwände 12, wodurch bei geringem Materialaufwand eine hohe Stabilität erreicht wird.
  • Auf der Unterseite der Matte kann eine flächige Trittschallschicht befestigt insbesondere geklebt sein.

Claims (10)

  1. Profil (1) insbesondere aus Aluminium für eine Fußabstreifmatte, bei der mehrere Profile nebeneinander aneinander befestigt sind, wobei das Profil (1) eine nach oben offene obere Mittelkammer (4) aufweist, in der ein Schmutz aufnehmendes Aufnahmeelement (5) einliegt, das mit einem oberen Bereich über die Profiloberseite vorsteht, und wobei unterhalb der oberen Mittelkammer (4) mindestens eine untere Mittelkammer (6) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Profil (1) zumindest auf einer Seite ein erweiterter Bereich (3a, 3b) angeformt ist, der eine nach oben sich öffnende obere Seitenkammer (7) bildet, in der ein Schmutz-Löseelement (9, 10, 11) einliegt, und dass unter der Seitenkammer eine untere Seitenkammer (8) angeordnet ist, wobei das Schmutz-Löseelement (9,10,11) und das Aufnahmeelement (5) unterschiedliche Querschnitte besitzen.
  2. Profil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zu beiden Seiten jeweils ein erweiterter Bereich (3a, 3b) mit einem Schmutz-Löseelement (9) und einer darunter angeordneten Seitenkammer (8) angeformt ist.
  3. Profil nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenkammer(n) (8) nach unten offen ist (sind).
  4. Profil nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erweiterte Bereich (3a, 3b) an seiner Oberseite angeformte Vorsprünge insbesondere Zähne (11) zum Schmutzlösen aufweist.
  5. Profil nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erweiterte Bereich (3a, 3b) eine nach oben offene obere Seitenkammer (76) aufweist, zur Aufnahme eines Schmutzlöseprofils (9).
  6. Profil nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die untere Seitenkammer(n) (8) in ihrer Höhe größer ist (sind) als die untere(n) Mittelkammer(n) (6).
  7. Profil nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der /den unteren Seitenkammer(n) (8) ein Trittschall hemmendes Profil einliegt.
  8. Profil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf der Unterseite der Matte eine flächige Trittschallschicht befestigt insbesondere geklebt ist.
  9. Profil nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der/den unteren Seitenkammer(n) (8) ein Verbindungselement einliegt, das benachbarte Profile (1) miteinander verbindet.
  10. Profil nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es fünf senkrechte Stegwände (12) zwischen und neben den unteren Kammern (6, 8) bildet.
