Definitions
- the invention relates to a coupling for closing door and Shutters which at one end have a hanger with a hinged, fastened in the door or window frame first holder, a shortened Shank and the other end a releasably mounted headboard for hanging on a second holder fastened to the door or shutter.
- shutters and shutters for the shielding of doors and Window against the weather, especially against storm, rain, cold and / or sun used.
- shutters and shutters for the shielding of doors and Window against the weather, especially against storm, rain, cold and / or sun used.
- closed door and shutters also a privacy screen and can darken rooms in the desired mass.
- Door and shutters must be easily and easily opened and closed, so can be operated. This is usually done by panning or Slide. It is also known, door and shutters in different rotational positions to lock, d. H. partially open or close. this happens for example, by means of rods which are bent over at the end to form a hook, which in different positions in one at the bottom frame of the store attached L-shaped angled bar with attached at regular intervals Holes can be fixed. This locking of shutters and shutters in different opening positions by means of blinds is not Subject of the present invention.
- a coupling for closing door and shutters has only two positions, open or closed.
- a closed shop must be secured and be quiet even in stormy weather, so in particular do not rattle. Therefore, the assembly of door and shutters must be very precise become.
- the holders of bars for door and Shutters adjustable by a screwing motion and again secured, because of However, complicated handling of it becomes rare from house residents Made use of.
- Door and shutters are often designed as shutter shops, which in have a frame movable or permanently mounted slats.
- the conventional ones Wooden shutters are increasingly being replaced by metal shutters in particular of aluminum or an aluminum alloy, which without problems and can be permanently colored as well as virtually unbounded Time are maintenance free.
- the inventor has set himself the task of a clutch for closing To create door and shutters of the type mentioned, which the Assembly simplified, even over a long period of readjustment superfluous makes and disturbing Scheppergeakische even in stormy weather prevented.
- the tension coil spring must have a minimum hardness so that the relevant door or shutter can be pulled into the shutter with sufficient force; even in the event of a storm, the shutter must not be temporarily lifted or even torn out of the anchorage as a disturbing source of noise.
- the chosen spring rate a measure of the hardness, can be adjusted to the size of the shutter office, obviously large shutters need a harder spring than small shutters.
- the minimum spring force relative to the surface of the door or shutter is for example about 15 N / m 2 . In general, the introduced preload force is at least about 2.8 N / mm 2 , the largest spring force used in practice to date is about 360 N / mm 2 .
- the helical tension spring extends over the entire length of the Shaft, in other words, the spring in the hanger and in the headboard safe to escape anchored.
- the spring can but only over part of the distance between the hanger and the headboard extend.
- the remainder on one or both end faces of the spring can be as usual Be formed rod.
- the helical tension spring of the bolt is preferably made of stainless spring steel, the remaining structural parts made of aluminum or an aluminum alloy.
- a helical tension spring be cut to the required level on the construction site. It will be on both ends of the spring a piece of a matching threaded rod screwed in until at one end a piece protrudes for attachment. These Pieces are turned into a threaded hole in the hanger and in the head section and secured with a bolt. In general, the screwed protrude Parts of the threaded rod not from the hanger or from the Headboard out.
- the threaded rods can also hanger and Protruding headboard and form part of the shaft.
- the threaded rods can be pre-assembled in the coil tension spring and this instead of the Spring be cut to length. Of course, this can help to anchor the Spring necessary external thread only over the lying in the spring Extend part of the shaft. This is especially with regard to the aesthetics and to consider the deposition of dirt.
- the hanger is always articulated as possible via a first holder on one Pole of door or window frame attached.
- the articulated connection should on the one hand with closed shop a rich concern with minimal spring force and on the other hand, when the load is open, the clutch is automatically vertical let hang.
- the head part may be formed as an eyelet or hook on the Door or shutter mounted second holder is an eyelet a hook at a hook with an eyelet.
- hanger and head part are identical, especially with an eyelet.
- the coupling can perform a safety function and be connected to an electronic safety device Bolt circuit to be connected when opening the clutch is interrupted and triggers an alarm or other programmed actions.
- a coupling 10 shown in perspective in FIG. 1 essentially comprises a hanger 12, a coil spring 14 and a headboard 16.
- the off Spring steel existing coil spring 14 is at both ends in the hanger 12th or anchored in the head part 16 tensile strength. This is done each one from the front here positively screwed in the coil spring threaded pin, which the front side a few millimeters protrudes (Fig. 7).
- each equipped with a threaded pin tension spring 14 is one end of the hanger 12, the other end of the head part 16 screwed and with a radially acting Allen screw 18 secured. This is flush with the surface or something sunk.
- the hanger 12 is flattened at the free end and rounded, he has a Eyelet 20 for forming an articulated connection with a first holder 22 (Fig. 3), which is attached to the door or window frame.
- a first holder 22 Fig. 3
- a peripheral circumferential annular groove 24 is formed in the cylindrical Part of the hanger 12 . This annular groove 24 serves to receive an O-ring 26 (FIG. 3), when the hanger 12 serves as a head part 16.
- the head part 16 according to FIG. 1 is identical to the hanger 12, but it is a guided by the coil spring 14 protective stopper 28 wound.
