Claims (10)
- Mischsystem, insbesondere zum Mischen einer aus mehreren Komponenten zusammengesetzten Streichfarbe, bestehend aus einer Mischvorrichtung (1) mit Zulauf- (2) und Ablaufleitung (3),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Ablaufleitung (3) ein Druckregelventil (5) angeordnet ist und die Ablaufleitung (3) vor dem Druckregelventil (5) über eine Bypassleitung (4) mit der Zulaufleitung (2) oder direkt eingangsseitig mit der Mischvorrichtung (1) verbunden ist. - Mischsystem nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Mess- und Steuereinheit (6) zur Druckermittlung in die Ablaufleitung (3) eingebunden ist. - Mischsystem nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Mess- und Steuereinheit (6) zur Druckermittlung in die Bypassleitung (4) eingebunden ist. - Verfahren zur Herstellung von gestrichenem Papier oder Karton, bei dem eine Streichfarbe, insbesondere in einem frei fallenden Vorhang, auf eine Papieroder Kartonbahn aufgetragen wird, wobei die Streichfarbe Pigmente in wässriger Dispersion (10, 11), Bindemittel (12) und zumindest einen Ver-dicker (7) und weitere Additive (8, 9) enthält, wobei zunächst die wässrige Pigment-Dispersion mit Bindemittel hergestellt wird und der Verdicker (7) und die weiteren Additive (8, 9) unter Luftabschluss der Pigment-Dispersion in einer Mischvorrichtung (1) zugemischt werden und anschließend die Farbe aufgetragen wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Farbmischung über eine Bypassleitung (4) in die Mischvorrichtung (1) zur weiteren Homogenisierung zurückgeführt wird und in der Bypassleitung ein Gegendruck aufgebaut wird, wodurch sich die Farbe in Abhängigkeit von der Pumpleistung und dem Gegendruck durchmischt. - Verfahren zur Herstellung von gestrichenem Papier oder Karton nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gegendruck zwischen 0,5 - 5 bar liegt. - Verfahren zur Herstellung von gestrichenem Papier oder Karton nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gegendruck zwischen 2 - 3 bar liegt. - Verfahren zur Herstellung von gestrichenem Papier oder Karton nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Farbe erst bei einem vorgegebenen Gegendruck über ein Druckregelventil (5) zum Auftragen weitergeleitet wird. - Verfahren zur Herstellung von gestrichenem Papier oder Karton nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Streichfarbe vor dem Mischen mit dem Verdicker (7) und den weiteren Additiven einer Entgasung unterzogen wird. - Verfahren zur Herstellung von gestrichenem Papier oder Karton nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mittels eines Curtain-Coaters (16) in einem frei fallenden Vorhang die Farbe auf eine laufende Papier- oder Kartonbahn aufgetragen wird. - Verwendung einer Mischvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3 zur Anwendung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 9.
