Claims (5)
- Bodenmacherzylinder (5a,5b) einer Beutelmaschine,gekennzeichnet durchwelcher Papierschlauchstücke (12,124) an seinem Umfangs arretiert und an den um ihn angeordneten Bearbeitungsstationen vorbeiführt,und welcher zur Arretierung der Papierschlauchstücke (12,112) über Vakuumansaugvorrichtungen (2a,2b,3a,3b) und Seitengreifer (1a,1b) verfügt,welche mit ihnen zugeordneten Einstellvorrichtungen auf die Breite (B) der Papierschlauchstücke (112) einstellbar sind, wobei diese von dem Bodenmacherzylinder (5a,5b) so transportiert werden, dass sich die Breite (B) der Papierschlauchstücke (12,112) vorwiegend in der axialen Richtung (z) des Bodenmacherzylinders (5a,5b) erstreckt
zumindest eine Einstellvorrichtung, mit welcher zumindest ein Seitengreifer (1a,1b) und zumindest eine Vakuumsaugvorrichtung (2a,2b,3a,3b) gemeinsam auf die Breite der Papierschlauchstücke (12,112) eingestellt werden können. - Bodenmacherzylinder (5a,5b) nach Anspruch 1
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassmit der zumindest einen Einstellvorrichtung eine Verschiebung eines Greifers in der axialen Richtung des Bodenmacherzylinders (5a,5b) durchführbar istund zumindest eine Vakuumleitung (7,9, 6a, 6b) vorgesehen ist, welche gemeinsam mit dem Seitengreifer (1 a, 1 b) verschiebbar ist undwelche über zumindest eine Saugöffnung (2,3) verfügt, mit welcher die Papierschlauchstücke (12,112) angesaugt werden können. - Bodenmacherzylinder (5a,5b) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassan der Umfangsfläche des Bodenmacherzylinders (5a,5b) an den zur Aufnahme der Papierschlauchstücke (12,112) vorgesehenen Stellen eine Mehrzahl von Saugöffnungen (2,3,3a,3b) vorgesehen sind,von denen zumindest zwei Saugöffnungen (2,2a,2b) in der axialen Richtung des Zylinders unterschiedliche Positionen aufweisen,und dass diese zumindest zwei Saugöffnungen (2,2a,2b) von zumindest einer Vakuumleitung (7) versorgt werden,und dass diese zumindest eine Vakuumleitung (7) mit Absperrmitteln verschließbar ist,welche bei der Einstellung der Position eines Seitengreifers (1a, 1b) mit diesem verschiebbar sind, womit die Vakuumzufuhr zu den in der axialen Richtung (z) des Zylinders (5a,5b) außerhalb des gewünschten Sackformats liegenden Leitungen unterbrechbar ist. - Bodenmacherzylinder (5a,5b) nach dem vorstehenden Anspruch
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dasseine Vakuumleitung (7,9,11) zumindest zwei Saugöffnungen (2,2a,2b) versorgt, welche in der axialen Richtung des Zylinders (5a,5b)unterschiedliche Positionen aufweisen,dass diese Vakuumleitung (7,9) zumindest teilweise in der axialen Richtung (z) des Zylinders verläuftund dass diese Vakuumleitung (7,9) mit einem Stößel verschließbar ist, der in der Vakuumleitung (7,9) gleitet und bei der Einstellung der Position eines Seitengreifers (1a, 1b) mit diesem verschiebbar ist. - Verfahren zur Einstellung der Seitengreifer (1a, 1b) und der Vakuumsaugvorrichtungen (2,2a,2b,3a,3b,7,9,11) eines Bodenmacherzylinders (5a,5b) auf die Breite der Papierschlauchabschnitte (12,112), welche von der Beutelmaschine (135), zu welcher der Bodenmacherzylinder (5a,5b) gehört, zu Beuteln (123) verarbeitet werden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die axiale Position zumindest eines Seitengreifers (1a, 1b) und die Ausdehnung der Wirkung zumindest einer Vakuumansaugvorrichtung (2,2a,2b,3a,3b,7,9,11) in axialer Richtung mit einem Einstellvorgang eingestellt werden können.
